There is no need to tell anything extra about Baskin n Robbins about their choice of flavours in their Ice Creams. The most I loved about this place is that they will allow you try any flavours you are in doubt of and they are always pleasing and courteous with all their clients. A MUST VISIT place.

Took my mom for some ice cream. But unfortunately the person who was in charge was more interested talking in on the phone rather than serving customers. Finally after waiting for 10-15 minutes when we saw him continuing his phone call we just walked out. Pathetic customer service.

Whats with all the people sitting there without any purpose? They seemed like friends of the cashier, it was less of a Ice cream parlor and more of a joint where ppl hang out because they know the bar man. Observed this the third time. B&R Should look in to the video footage.
