Ms Tofa, who is present at reception is exceptionally rude to a point that she refused us entry because we were 8 minutes late. In ideal scenarios it would have been fine because mistake was mine but on call i had informed here that i met with an injury and will be 15 minutes late to my scheduled booking for 1230 on 3rd Oct 2021. I reached 8 minutes late and reservation stood cancelled despite explaining her my situation. This was something unexpected after experiencing great hospitality at BBQ Nation. Definitely won’t recommend this outlet since the queries for delivery delays are also dealt in a sharp and unfriendly manner. Better to travel 15-20 minutes more to Koramangala outlet.

There was an offer for the mocktails and it was pathetic! Some 199 for 3. It tasted so bad. Felt like drinking a sugar syrup. Left it untouched

Always a delight to experience the amazing hospitality of Barbeque Nation. The starters and deserts are show stealers, the only thing that gives competition to them is the amazing service the place provides to its customers.

The service was very good, although it was a bit too much at times. I would like to eat in peace instead of telling that the food was excellent every 2 minutes 😁. The starters were pretty good, although i liked the veg ones better than the non veg ones. The crispy corn and potato were awesome. The prawns were the weakest among all the starters and they tend to get burnt if left on the grill for too long. The main course was pretty decent. The service staff was excellent and very courteous. Would definitely visit again.

Barbeque nation has been serving authentic and delicious food since ages and Ive eaten at almost all the outlets close to my home.This time I visited sarjapur branch when I got to hear about their street food festival (available at all outlets) and couldnt stop myself from overeating.The staff was very attentive and very enthusiastic and they also surprised us with their renowned dance moves. Had a great time her with friends and really enjoyed the food especially the barbeques.

Recently visited barbeque nation with friends. This place as always had amazing spread of food from chaats to mocktails and also a wide variety of desserts , barbeque and main course. They have introduced chaat section and it had jhaal muri, dahi bhalla , papdi chaat, and too yummy momos. We were welcomed with jaljeera drinks and went on to have some mocktails. In starters they had crispy corn, kebabs, chicken wings! Absolutely loved chicken wings. They had the perfect amount of spice. Also loved the various barbeque. Paneer, broccoli, chicken, prawns, fish, mushrooms, pineapple they had all sort of barbeques. And main course had a huge range of dishes, some of them were chicken biriyani, dal makhni, veg biriyani, noodles,veg manchurian and much more. I loved the noodles and biriyani.Desserts section was my absolute favorite. They say dessert doesnt go to stomach. They go directly to heart. And indeed it was my most favorite section, had phirni, gulab jamun, ice cream, kulfis, brownies, swiss roll, chocolate balls and much more. Totally worth the time spent there.

Food blogging at BBQ Nation is one of the best memories at recent times i would say. Located in the main lanes of Sarjapur, it is a very accessible & a highly clean place with an amazing ambiance. Especially the little mechanical robot kept at the centre serves as a main attraction. The place is spacious to accommodate a lot of crowd and has a well defined vehicle parking space. When it comes to food it exceeds the expectations from a normal BBQ cafes would have, the food was crafted to finess and perfection & was delivered at right time. Some of the signature and iconic dishes we tried here is,Dishes: Apple cakes, Murmura chat, Dahi ke sholey, Chicken dum Biryani, Khadai paneer, Subz gulbahar, Dal makhni, steam rice, Pindi chola, Mutton rogha Josh, Mangalore fish curry, Golden Rajma, Egg masala & assorted desserts.Drinks: Mcaln magic, virgin mojito, spiced tango, bombay collins.Overall it was an amazing experience.Food: 4/5Ambiance: 4/5VFM: 4/5Service: 4/5

I have visited BBQ nation before so I decided to try ordering for once and was very disappointed. The experience in person and the online is completely because the quantity is just too less for the price they charge. The meals in a box is barely enough for 2 people. The fish tikka had a sharp bone in it and that was quite shocking because if the quantity is not right the quality has to be on point. They failed on both these counts. Packaging is the only strong point about the order. I highly recommend visiting in person but one should avoid ordering online.

Its a really nice place with great ambience and the buffet is also really great and the chefs personally ask for your opinion and the staff is very friendly plus the food is great... Would recommend to go there for a brunch... Coz there is alot of food..

Visited Barbecue Nation today and this place as usual never disappoints me. They have introduced the new chat festival and it has all the varieties of chat available here. They even had a traditional Bengali jhal muri wala who was serving everyone. The spread is awesome and it includes all possible types of chats ranging from papdi chat to momos to dahi vada chat to vada pav to pav bhaji. The chat itself was so filling. The starters as usual are heavenly here and a wide variety of deserts as well. The main course also had a good spread but trust me you won’t even go till the main course. This is one place which equally has variety for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians. The mocktails are also very good here.This particular outlet is one of the most spacious in which I have been.

Good service but the quality of food has dropped post covid

Visited recently Barbecue Nation for dinner when I came to know they have great streetfood festival going on and the vibes were so good really appreciated the staffs for their quick service .They welcomed us with jaljeera which was so perfect in taste and spice.They had various chaats from jalmuri ,pani puri dhani bhalla to chicken kabab and many more .Starters were seekh crispy corn wings Shami kabab each and every starters were drool worthy.And then comes Barbeque the one their known forWhich was yet delicious like always what their known for .Wide spread of salads main course had veg and non veg buffet loved their fried rice and Manchurian which was specifically made for my taste buds and loved it.Coming to my favourite section that is dessertsWide spread which stole my heartFrom chcolate cakes ,chocolate ball , shaitukda gulab jamun swiss rolls custard boodi with rabdi kulfi icecreams it was just amazing no words for it.The mocktail session was yet too entertaining when the person had his own style of making the drinks .The staff entertained us with their dance which was just one amazing moment .Worth the time and day well spent .

Hungry and confused what to have or like you want to have huge variety of meal in budget then @barbequenation is the place for you.@barbequenation is nation was my first buffet to visit and it must be yours also. For me buffet is all all about starter and dessert . After having a huge variety of starter only some go for main course, mostly after having such a vast variety of starter we all end with dessert and in that @barbequenation focus . Being a vegetarian I rarely found such a great variety in buffet but here I can’t even try all , so much variety are there . Among all the dishes I tried I liked aloo tikki, tandoori bhindi, grilled mushroom . They have a huge variety and I am sure most of us also don’t know their all varieties.I will recommend you paan masti milkshake and bhoondi in rabdi.

I visited @barbequenation for the Wednesday Buffet!Totally cherished the Ambience and music. We started out with Jaljeera Drinks, accompanied by some Chaats and Jhaal Moodhi ! They had various sorts of Chaats which I certainly loved. We then tried their mocktails, which was very effortless and interesting accompanied by some starters, which had a wide variety !I cherished the Chicken Wings the most, it had perfect combination of spices for my taste buds. We then tried their Barbeque Chicken, Fish and Prawns.They had a vast spread of Maincourse in Veg and Non veg both. Me being a die hard Non vegetarian could not withstand their Vegetarian dishes. We ended the entirety on a sweet note with various kinds of desserts. Different flavours of kulfi with the best toppings to end it all with a BANG!

The food was great all the barbecue and even the main course was of great taste. The place was decently crowded not over. They follow all the COVID guidelines for safety.

Nd comes to chats omg momos is so yummm.... Nd main course has a wide range of dishes and I tried to try eat all but end up with some delicious hyderabadi biriyani and dal makhni and chawal, and kadai Paneer..Comes to desserts..... They have delicious and cute cute dessert with so many flavours of cakes, Payasam, jammuns, ice cream ❤️.I personally liked there.. momos, prawn nd chicken barbeque, dal makhni with chawal nd there delicious browine😋.Im a barbeque loverAre you!!!

Went for Friday night buffet. The tandoori starters were good but the Chinese starters that were available in a separate counter were not upto the mark.

One of the better buffet restaurants in bangalore. Slightly priced on the higher side. The starters are quite good especially the quality of seafood used. The desserts are also aptly portioned and decent tasting. Problem area is their main course- very predictable and hardly any effort put into it. Very basic and nothing to look forward to.Courteous staff and hospitality. One extra point especially for this.Overall decent place but certainly needs work on their main course.

Very very bad food. No taste, no one is bothered about the cold food and unavailability of the cutlery. Management is too rigid and says no one is complaining and all are eating. Pathetic experience. Simply spoilt my special day.

Worst experience at Barbeque Nation Sarjapur road , due to the receptionist who denied us a table even after booking . Extremely rude and not at all customer friendly. Unfortunately can’t review about place or food since we were denied entry .@BBQ - you need to give some ettiquets training to your staff before recruiting them probably ! Highly disappointed!!

Food was not that good. Quality is bad, variety also lesser than previous times.

Yummy food. Both in terms of quality and quantity. The service was mind blowing. Rich selection of food from starters, main course and dessert. They offer a complimentary drink as well.

The place is pretty good. Compared to the other visited BBQ, there are slow, but I anticipate it is due to the pandemic situation and shortage of employees. They did a pretty decent job. Well behaved employees. They can definitely do better.

Guys in this lockdown period we all know its not safe to eat out in restraunt. well its not the same with bbq nation. They are maintaining proper protocols and sanatize everyones hand and feet and temperature check too.Talking about the taste and variety of dishes bbq nation doesnt require any review i guess. This chain is absolutely brilliant in terms of providing tasty and variety of dishes with amazing hospitality by their staff. As always the starters are the best. Mutton seekh kebab was really nice.overall if you are thinking to visit a restraunt with proper sanitization and hygiene you can choose bbq nation Sarjapur.

This is the best Barbeque Nation chain I have ever visited. The ambience is just amazing. The staff is caring and courteous. The food was simply superb and we ended up over eating. The varities are good enough. I have tried most of Barbeque Nation chains in Bangalore,but none fits into comparison to this Sarjapur Branch with regards to Taste and Ambience. They also have a small Kids play area at the entrance, where your kids can have some good time equally. Just an advice to keep a security or some attendant for the safety of kids. Please do visit this place. My visit was today afternoon ie 3rd March 2020

There is also one of a kind shoe sanitizer.The tables are properly cleaned.The waiters and managers are wearing a badge with their temperature written on it.FOOD - The food is superb as expected. From veg-starters I will recommend Cajun Potato, Crispy corn and Chilli Paneer . They were really good.Their non-veg starters were also fantastic. Some of my favorite item would be chilli chicken, and Tandoori tangdi.The main course was really delicious and I would 100% recommend Paneer butter masala, Dal Makhni and kadai chicken.They have a long dessert menu and I love how they have veg and nonveg sections for desserts also. Great food and hospitality. Ambience is ok, menu spread is less because of corona, but they make sure to provide the items we requested for even though it is not part of the buffet. Takeaway box or from zomato/swiggy is a let-off and overpriced

I had been to BBQN several times before in the past and the food and hospitality both were outstanding. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case now. If it was only about food, I would not have bothered to post this review. What really troubled us was how the staff irritated us after we told them food was bland. They almost made a scene and it was embarassing. They kept bugging us until we decided it was time to get out of their asap.

I loved the main course here. Very rare to have main course as good as starters. Its actually less crowded than the other Barbecue Nation outlets, so getting reserved seats is an easy task. This place is best for corporate lunches. If you dont like any starters, better to tell them while having it for the first time, so you would get in your style from the next time.

Last time I had been to BBQ nation was more than 10 years ago I guess and to a different branch in Koramangala and it was a fantastic experience. This time round it was exactly the opposite. We were there in a large group and had to ask for everything multiple times. Even then most of items did not turn up and we just stopped asking. The chicken which we did get served was raw. Over all not a very good experience.

Barbeque nation are well know for their different types of barbecue chicken and fish. Apart from that I like their grilled pineapple and crispy corn. I like the hospitality.

Wow what a buffet 😋. Lot of varities. Starters are heavy. Welcome drink. Main dishes and finally deserts. Two wheeler parking and car parking in the basement. Its worth for the money.

I feel the quality of service and food is getting deteriorated in comparison of timeline here. The standard food was not served despite repeated requests, staff are friendly though. Dear Management, please try to keep the brand value you have got interns of taste of the food and service. I’m not sure why the cake was never served for the occasion for which we went there and reason why staff curiously have collected the message on the cake!

Amazing! They have kept up the quality and quantity of good even in the difficult times. Many times better than even renowned hotels like Novotel.

Pretty good and decent. Food is good. Went there for dinner with my family. Starters are as usual like they serve in the afternoon. Nothing is different for dinner. Since I went there on Ramadan fasting month, they were plenty of non-veg items (Im vegetarian, and few special veg were there). Staffs are good and very hospitality.

Very bad experience in JP Nagar branch...food is pale and no taste..no good deserts...very ordinary deserts... forget about wow factor but not good enough to satisfy the eatout experience after long time with family...975rs per person for Sunday Buffet is total waste of money..we were 4 people and not worth...staff is trying to please with courtecy gesture but that is not just enough to rate this outlet as good...

It was really Good you must try it. For vegetarian there are not many options but for non veg it is great the service is really GoodOver all I give it a 4 stars as there are not many options for veg and even I am veg.So overall 4 stars rating is pretty good. If Barbeque nation adds more of veg options I will surely give it a 5 star rating

Had a capacity of only 15 cars or so and that too sharing with brand factory. And there is no valet available

The place was well maintained with enough social distancing, food was well served with the live grill which is the highlight of BBQ nation!! Especially the executive Suman who deserves this five star for hospitality. Would recommend to friends as well!!

Been to BBQ Nation sarjapura road. Reduced menu seems to be the order of the day....no live counters except for pani poori, kulfis are out of stock by 9.15pm, noodles are bland...dont want to say anything more... Only saving grace is the grill items.

Visited couple of times.This new hotel, have some problems.Chicken, Mutton meat preparation are not at all good though it may looks good.Pron was ok but sometime served without cooked properly.Grill was not working at all even though they change twice.Staffs does not even serve all tables properly, even though you pay bill, still you have to call multiple times to get your food, pathetic.Biriyani a total waste, many from my team were so disappointed.Roti was just ok.Desserts was also just ok, some of the items are not consistent in terms of taste across my visits.Serving staffs were so careless.Totally not at all worth to go for a team lunch or dinner.Avoid it.

Superb experience. And the staffers are very ambience with customers. Especially mr Khan is very supportive. Value for money number of items even we didnt taste some. That many varieties are there a small or big family can eat plenty of variety food with reasonable amounts and they will surprises us with cake for our occasion so I would like to recommend every one will go and taste the variety of food.

One of the best barbeque buffets in town. I recently covered almost all the live barbeque buffet places in town and even though barbeque nation was one of the oldest places, its still definitely the best.Everyone knows about their barbecue starters. But the fact that even the fried chicken was perfect is a noteworthy fact.Service was amazing and lightning quick with Milon taking care of us. Always checked on us to see if anything was less than perfect, so that they can get it immediately replaced.

We have been to Batbeque nation after such a long time but the experience have been below par.Me and my wife visited there at around 3 and thankfully got the seat.We waited for 5-10 min for even waiter to come to the table.Then the snack preparations (Vegetarian) was not at all impressive apart from paneer tikka.The crispy potato wedges mayonies was not at all crisp.It took so much time for them to get the crispy corn( never had such overfried bad tasted corns) .We asked for paneer tikka to get refilled that we got once we are over with the snacks and was starting with main course.The same story repeated with the main course. Plates were not there and when plates arrived bowls were not there.All the vegetables were not hot.Noodles was empty and when those were filled sauce was missing.The taste of all the items except gravy of malai kofta was not upto the standard.Kofta was completely cold and was very hard.Then comes the desserts and most of the items were empty.Anyhow we could arrange for a kulfi and it was good. Gulab Jamun was cometely cold.No one was there at the dessert counter.In all Barbeque nation has lost all its charm for me.They seems to be not concerned with the quality and service of the business even though being a listed company.We all are paying so much to get good dining experience but these big restaurant chains feels that 800 bucks per person is not enough.

This is the first time I went bbq in Bangalore , after visiting , I changed my opinion , I dont want to go next time , the service is pathetic oh my god , only starters available , vegetarians pls dont go there not more options for us, they are not filling dishes which is over , and I just literally waited like a person with empty plates who is eating free food , my money wasted and my mood spoiled , the location is Sarjapur bbq nation

Waiter went out during the lunch to serve us corn and did not even ask us if we want to change the order to something else .. that is customer experience..It was a delightful experience at BN. We had ordered corn which apparently they had run out of. But they really wanted to serve what was requested so instead of taking the easy way out which is telling the customer sorry we dont have it, they delighted us by actually putting an effort to get it within minutes and prepare and serve it to us, without us realizing what all went behind the scene. It was only when we asked we came to know that the order was late (just by 10-15 minutes, and during this time, we were being served other delicacies, because of which we did not even realize).We relished the fresh corn and completed our lunch !

Worst experience ever, we booked for 9 PM and due to traffic reached at 9.06 and we were denied entry despite availablity, the receptionist was way too rude and needs to learn some basic etiquettes.

This location of barbeque nation gave me such a pathetic experience on my special occasion.This is perfect example of management failure in terms of handling customers and managing food dishes availability.Knowing the crowd on weekends, the management didnt take any necessary actions.Literally customers are waiting for the food with the empty plates for starters and even for main course & desserts.I saw that, 1 lady was requesting manager by coming to stall, to take off the plates from the table.Many people were trying for eye contact to call waiters.Myself called waiter/manager atleast 6, 7 times to bring requested starters.Coming to main course, there was No paneer pieces in paneer butter masala & No pieces in malai kofta.Coming to desserts, the people literally waiting for kulfi, fresh fruits and cakes.I couldve taken pic of empty plates at desserts section.When I called one of the manager for 2 times, finally 1 guy came and served kulfi which is almost half melted.And the ice cream scoop serving spoon was in such a unhygien condition. Didnt dare to touch it.I visited this marathahalli-sarjaur road branch on 18 July at 02:30 PM.@ Barbecue nation management: Please take this feedback seriously if you really want to improve your customer service and to maintain your brand name.

I have had such better experiences at bbq before. This was one of the average experience W.r.t food and service

This is one of the newly opened chain on the Sarjapur road and you will be surprised to see the place nicely crowded even on a weekday. Place is well organised and right on the main road and have 4 wheeler parking in the basement as well.Food was really good even for vegetarians as well.2 things which I really liked today was - first - they have added methi kababs in the starters which is actually yumm and second, I was happy to see indian sweets in the deserts section- Bengali sweet, balusha, Shahi tukra , suji and halwa, Jalebi and rest other items.Service was its been always great, as usual.Suggestion :1. Live counter was okay ( may be they can add few more options there )2. There should be complimentary drinks even during the dinner time especially when you are a big crowd going for a corporate dinner.3. Washrooms are not very clean ( may be you can improve on that too )Overall , a nice place to visit with your family and office lunch/dinners as their service and the food options never dissappoints.

Excellent place for team outing and with friends.. Sarjapur road Barbeque nation is newly opened and has good spacious seating capacity.. Chef Ijajul and manager samrat and rohit has provided great service.. Chef special Dry fruit rabdi, Chicken pakoda and other veg items were really great.. I would definitely recommend this place and also love to visit quite often.. Thanks..

After corona looks like peoples are not much seen.less staff.no compromise on food quality.somewhere we feel like we are not in BN due to many empty seats.Hopefully we can see the old BN soon.

The place was good but the staffs were not very friendly and a little slow in getting us the serviceFood quality medium to goodI have been to Barbeque Nations at different metros such as Pune, Kolkata, Delhi and even in Bangalore at other locations but compared to their courteous staffs, at this bbq it was not the case.
