Not a big store with many choices

Bought a school bag. Have been using Wildcraft for ages and they are good and last long. The shop is well arranged. The staff has good knowledge and very helpful.

There is no return policy. Its my fault i bought a bag for 3999rs, but after coming home i saw in flipkart the same bag is 1613rs. They sale the product with MRP. Pls dont repeat my mistake. Look for online the same product before buying here!

You can have meaningful shopping here. Good place to visit with kid. Their food court is having prepaid card which will save some time if you are aware in advance. Traffic is pain here if you are coming on the Friday evening.

Mall is not fully functional.. Very few shops are open.. But, i loved the food and stall experience in the entrance. On cards, this might become a very good mall.

Love the childrens play area beside the food court. also the musical performance on the ground floor was entertaining. impressed with the 1hr free WiFi provided by the mall.

Nice mall. Huge parking place. Wide play area for kids. PVR with big screens. All shops not yet open. Nice infrastructure .

Very bad experience. First of all staff does not have much knowledge about the product. They dont give information about the product they just say the price first! And apart from all of these they do not show products they will ask you to buy product first than only they will show you! This is really pathetic. Gives really bad experience for sure!

Imax is awesome here. The mall is well built and clean. All the shops havent opened yet

We had a very nice experience at Wildcraft, VR mall. The person who attended us was extremely polite and courteous.

There is stupid procedure in food court you need to take their card from one place. you need to use only that card to pay. There will be waiting. If mall wants some commission on sale they can go for some other better options than troubling people who are paying.

Very less options, both in trekking shoe and winter jackets sections. its a small showroom, with limited stocks/options. service man is not that very helpful, you need to bug him. his only suggestion, sorry sir please visit our wildcraft indiranagar shop.

Nice decor. Cannot match Phoenix which is right next to this .But then again it can be an added accessory to Phoenix.Extra star for Imax .

Wild craft, very quality products. I prefer buying from there.

VR Bangalore looks very inviting and premium right from the entry. I am more excited about opening of the PNVR Gold Class and Imax, since it will be so close to my apartment.

Very poor customer service, the guy didnt even give any packing of sorts to the bag we bought (which was intended as a gift), not even a paper bag to hold it! He seemed uninterested to assist us.The shop itself does not have many basic items than in other Wildcraft stores and the items that are present seem more costly than their worth.Dont recommend to come here, check some other Wildcraft stores.

Visit the smoke grill in the food court for best sizzlers.

Drab dull and uninspired. But the worst was the staff didnt know much about their own products which was sad.

Premium shopping experience in mahadevapura and also IMAX movie experience .

Plus points:- Good ambience - better than lot of other established malls like forum- Easily accessible Elevators starting from lowest level of parking- PVR IMAX, Gold Class, Silver and Premium - Opened on 26th Dec- Go-round Horse ride for kids and adults (free as of now)- Kids play area, very innovative and kids freindly, mainly for toddlers (free as of now)- Parking is good enough (free as of now)- Musical Events in front of the mall with weekend stalls of food and other promotional stallsMinus points:- PVR is at the top, so it may be cumbersome at times to reach in hurry as lifts are only 2 that are always occupied and need to be lucky to get into it on time. Elevators are good, but you need to climb 5-6 elevators from parking to reach PVR.- Close to Phoenix mall, so traffic is horrible in front and new visitors get confused between PVR of Phoenix and VRB and may lose time to catch a movie. Also exit of the mall again intersects at the U-turn which is the only way to also get to the entrance if you are coming from ITPL. Very time taking affair in the weekend evenings.- Not so spacious in front of the mall where events are organized.

The staff is very lethargic, uninterested people. They have no interest whatsoever in showing people the bags that we went looking for. Finally had to get out of that place as nobody was showing anything
