I visited der office along with my cheque book to buy 2 health insurance policies one for my family and one for my mother they discussed with me about the policy and said they will send me the complete details through mail . Later I myself called them 4 or 5 times to ask why they are not sending any details but they were like yes sir we are sending in 10 mins , I am sending by afternoon, I am sending by evening.... if they have this kind of service before buying the policy just imagine what kind of service we can get after purchasing policy through them..
