Worst Service, these people will misguide and sell health insurance

Submitted a claim application in August till now claim has not been settled and moreover no one is responsible in closing the claim request,waited in office to know about the claim status for more than 1 hour but no response from the staff.Very bad experience and 3rd class service .My suggestion to you in this place is to collect phone number and offical email id of the contact person so that we can chase him / her to know the claim status.Poor customer service and if the management is not inmproving in this regard definitely you will be out of the game.

I am exhausted dealing with these people. All original documents sent by courier and they say not received. Sent even the courier details. Have been calling every day since a month, sending mails. A bunch of fraudsters and absolutely irresponsible people. Never make the mistake of taking insurance from these people. I have contacted all possible levels and still they have not helped . Really sad I took insurance with them.

Worst Service, Misguides on product.

Apollo Munich Health insurance is found very prompt in service. This is what I experienced today. I been to my banker for buying a Health insurance policy and the Channel Sales Officer of AMHI visited the bank as early as he could in response to the bank manager.Found Sunil A V very professional and responsive. I must appreciate the service of the bank manager too. Though it was peak banking hours, she has priortatized my case and completed the work.My compliments to both of them.The Govt Insurance sector needs to learn from private players on How to improve Customer retention and Service Standards.Im sure AMHI will maintain such effectiveness even after.

They misguide about health insurance

Nobody response I am requesting for last 15 days to contact me to renew health policies of ten policies all executives are telling to visit there office they could send an executive this is the role of Apollo Munich
