Its SBI Life Insurance office on 7th Cross Malleswaram, Bangalore. Its located on the 3rd floor.The office staff are friendly and accommodation.

I visited SVC Co Op Bank Ltd that was shifted to this premises not visited SBI life.

SBI has to really work on their customer support. Absolutely poor managing.First of all, the timing mentioned here is not right. This place will be closed on 2nd and 3rd Saturday and work on 1st and 4th Saturday is what one of the employee informed me. Apparently he happened to be in office on a 3rd Saturday just to attend some meeting and Ill have to visit them again for any other service requests.Also, there are multiple places in Google maps which show sbi bank/sbi life insurance places but dont exist in that location. I have personally seen atleast 4 such locations within my vicinity.Staff are friendly only until they issue loans, after service is damn poor.

SVC bank is good

Nobody receives phone call. In customer care also it ends abruptly and message will come successfully attended. Maturity date of policy specify something and says something. Not reliable reply

The worst service ever from a public company.. they dont understand the concept of customer service.. they are just working as the government is paying them without asking them any questions.. i think people should stop investing on this organisation. I am not sure where the money people invested is going, as they really dont care about their customers. They have only one template to emails and reply with the same email everytime. I dont recommend the company at all

This place is on the second floor of the building.they have basement parking but not for visitors.Getribg parking nearby is not too easy either.Their landline isnt working either.It gets you connected to another branch or to the fax machine. You Would be better off parking in residential locals of Malleshwaram.Yhe staff in the branch are quite helpful but a little slow. They never keep the air-conditioning on and after you walk up the flight of stairs ure sweeting it out and the actual could actually be a great relief.

The staff there was helpful n really quick . Rare to find such in public sector offices

Worst life insurance I ever took. Returns is negligible. We need to follow up a lot to get money back. They will make you to run from branch to branch to get your money back. While paying you can Pay in any branch !!
