Plz Dont reffer others. I submited all my vehicle and address proof documents towards for transform or change of ownership as on 22. 03.2018. but till date (20.06.2018) no updates. They charged ₹.170/- + ₹ 50/- for transfer charges and also for verification charges ₹200/-. Even they didnt given receipt for this. I dont know. What to do. They are totally useless fellows.

Not worthy insurebce company.Make you run here and there..Pls choose BHARATHI AXA Insurance.I have got good experience.. Here is is worst and Few personalities are attitude guys. Since I guess they are from village background. They Don really know the mean of humble and respect.Reliance had its own brand name.

Worst customer service.. They will keep u roam around bangalore to collect ur settlement DD/Check. Government insurance company is far far better than Reliance insurance. Bunch of cheaters and Idiots works here. Especially Reliance insurance wont give importance to policy holders. They give importance only to their buyers.

I renewed my car policy on line,twice the payment was deducted,help line no 1800 3009,no body picking up since 5 days.

Payment mode is cash or by cheques only. Card not accepted.Executivees are friendly.
