The executive was very careless and he straight away rejected to renew my policy stating I need to go to the same beach I had got the policy done. I really dont understand why they still follow a very outdated process approach though we are in digital technology...

I renewed my Car and Bike insurance. I called the office and told that I cannot come to office because of the lockdown. The new manager is a young lady and she is so much supportive and professional. I got it done without visiting the branch. Thanks guys

Need emission certification and valid registration certificates to renew 3rd party insurance.

I have never thought that a Government office could manage with such a professionalism. Thats the change what we can expect when educated youngsters come in to the senior positions. The branch manager is a young lady , who is knowledgeable and soooo much helping and supportive. Thanks for her guidance I got my insurance done with New India assurance in the era of Policy Baazar. I will never think about policy Bazar until this lady manager is there in the branch 😊

Their support system is pure garbage. I requested for a basic claims information letter for an auto policy that I had. They have been going in circles emailing each other in different branches for weeks and still no letter. I could have saved hundreds of dollars on my new insurance in Canada if I had received this simple letter from them. Really disappointed in their service on that matter.

Very bad attitude of staff, specially one old women sitting in the middle counter in the left, she was eating and talking in on phone continuously while ignoring me. I waited for more than 15 minutes to ask something and came back.

Good staff but fishy agents . Never accept any help from agents.you can directly go to the main desk .They are very happy to help you.
