I usually go to renew my Vehicle insurance. Its usually done quickly, we have to wait sometimes if there is a queue. Due to covid times, you are not allowed inside, they have blocked the entrance. Someone would walk upto you and do the needful. They dont accept online payments, need to carry cash.

Conveniently located on the side lane next to Kanakapura road. The office is on the third floor. Lift is available.Spacious office. Personnel are responsive. Job gets done reasonably quickly. Personnel are quite adept with e-docs which is a major plus.

Friendly staff and got the job done in a few minutes.Car Insurance policy owner name transfer was done with no hassles. Highly recommend new India assurance and this particular office.

Very bad experience for me and my brother, bad peoples, no internet connection when we were there. No swapping machine, we must pay in cash. Then what is the use for cashless transaction. Everyone busy with their own mobiles. We never go there again. I dont know why these peoples are sitting there. Just close and go somewhere else.Those peoples are thinking they are king. First you peoples learn good behavior to customer.

If you make any policy here, there is no assurance that you will get any claim settled. The staffs will keep on asking one or the other documents and delay the process so that you get fed-up and stop going to them. They did not settle my claim even when all the required documents produced telling some silly reason.

Nice calm place, not crowded, you can get insurance renewed in 20 min time even if its expired. Closes by 3pm, so visit in the morning hours after 10am

Good efficient staff, prompt service, total satisfaction with the interaction I had, I went there to correct my mail ID and cell number in my car insurance policy document

Emplyees here dont know to give respect to the customers. They think they are doing a favour for the customer. Mainly the fair fat guy who does 2 wheeler insurance. No sense and no manners. I dont suggest this place. I went to Bajaj allianz in jayanagar and they happily did my 2 wheeler insurance.
