But most of the expectations were met while seeing Sai Nandana Grandeur project from 5 Elements Realty.My friend asked to checkout once as he was in his Hometown, I went there to visit the project next day. Looking at the construction quality, location, pricing, my expectations and Vaastu, I was impressed and decided to book the same day, though I did not had immediate plans on buying an Apartment.Mr Chirag guided well and spent so much time to show us many flats in the Project.Then Mr. Manoj who is in charge of the project is so friendly, answered all our questions, helped all ways, provided even minute details and also did any minor changes requested on time and guided till the Registration process.Never felt like I was interacting with new people while I visited during weekends, each and every person is so professional and also friendly.Coming back to project, it is located within a Km from Bannerghatta Rd, which was my first expectation as Im staying here from quite few years.Next independent walls in the apartment, all of the projects from 5 elements have independent walls and our house wall is not shared with others.Excellent ventilation, 100% Vaastu compliant flats, they have planned it so well.Very good Amenities are being provided for the price.They also connected us to another company Money basket for loan process and Mr Dilip took care of all the process and with just one visit to Bank all of that was done.While interacting with Mr. Kashinath, Director of company, I felt I was talking to a known person from many years, they are so humble and professional.The whole process from day 1 booking till registration was hassle free and we feel welcomed each time we visit them.I suggest to visit their project and interact with them if you have plans for buying apartment in Bengaluru for affordable price.
