This place is beautifully landscaped without removing old trees it seems. Very good nature to enjoy. Its close to NH7. Easily accessible.

Low budget apartments, common walls. Also not per Vastu all North Indian style 2 or 3 BHK, kitchen at entrance.

Far away from the City. However, after five years on completion of the project, it will be a dream Project with a brand name of Godrej. Price is not so attractive with compare to its small carpet area. Outdoor amenities is an attractive thing which cannot be denied easily during site visits.Not yet sure, whether this project will face water crisis without Almighty Kaveri water connection or not.

The apartment are good but the apartments are small. They are definitely budget friendly. Trusting Godrej the amenities they would provide would also be good! I would suggest anyone who really wants to purchase a property for investment purpose can go for this

Very good, close to Airport, calm and quiet location

Such low grade of behaviour. We bought unit with condition that we would be able to do registration of sales agreement once back from home town as father health is not well. I have shared even flight ticket but these people fallen to such low levels that they are pushing me to do sales agreement even when relevant payments has been done on time. Such shamelessness I never saw in Bangalore with any big builder and this is when situation is informed upfront before booking and agreed by their sales team. Have Godrej sold their humanity and ethics.

Very good high rise development by tier 1 premium builder. Highway touch main gate. Located at NH44 - proposed STRR cross roads. Possession by 2025. Just 5 mins from airport railway halt station. Value for money 2BHKs & 3BHKs. Extremely good investment opportunity.

Really good location and very professional sales team..Feature rich in terms of amenities...But, flats are very small for the prices being quotedHowever, if some one is willing to buy a budget home, then this property is highly recommendable...Godrej properties have a stellar reputation..

Their sale tool have so many bugs that after sending so many reminder.. we still getting automatic emails for the payment when the payment was done. I m tired of explaining them and now I have stopped.

I have booked flat GDRW5B1807 in June-2020. They suppose to do the registration within one month. But Godrej team keep telling me the lie and postponed the registration process. After 4 months delay they suddenly came and asking me to change the unit to some other tower because land owner asking the my flat in his shares. I am keep fighting with Godrej team to solve this issue.1. They have lied and postponed registration for 4 Months. Till now registration not happened2. Before selling they should work with Land owner which flats he required3. After selling flat they should not come and ask flat owner to change the flat to some other tower4. They would have convinced land owner instead of asking flat owners5. Godrej team dont have faith in businessI request dont buy single unit in this project as well with Godrej projects. cheating by Godrej team. Hurts lot to peoples. Invest in some other project.Mr Pirojsha Godrej (CEO), you should work with your team. I dont know how you are running business without faith.

Too early to say anything as nothing is on the ground. It will take 4 years vision plan for completion. Though lost of vacant space is left out the living space is not worth for the price quoted. Moreover it could be useful for transit with a day or two break

I Booked my second home here..The project is right on the main road and budget friendly.Also Godrej is a well reputed company to invest our hard earned money.Come to the project concept its fully dedicated to natural lovers with approximate 3 Acres of open space and amenities with full of greenery.I am 100% Satisfied with staff behaviour they give all the details at correct time bonds,especially Mr.Bharath from sales team.Any way I believe Godrej group will complete this project at correct time.

Its all about money than serving your queries.if you are interested in the property and specific unit - you need to book it immediately with cash. If there are other buyers ready with the cash - they will not care to consult you before handing over the unit to the buyer...Thats a greedy nature and not a professional way of dealing things . This is Something I am sharing from my own experience .While I do understand, yes you need to pay cash to book unit , but if you are blocking it by token amount and someone pays more than that token amount , consider your unit is sold without consulting with you .I am sure we dont want builders with that attitude and mentality where cash is the god and not customer . One of the reason ,I backed out from this project.You will find more professional builders in that area like embassy and others who sell the property and add value to customers query!

Size if the property is too small for both two and three BHK. Inside the demo property the things are stuffed up and there is no free place to walk inside the house. Buying property after the airport toll is really waste since if your driving every day towards city you need to spend money only for toll.

No details of when will the apartment get Kaveri water. Foolish investment by people who are not caring about water scarcity in Bangalore. Builders are selling a dream that will crash 100 percent. How long will the underground water serve the ever growing demand. Give this issue a very serious thought before buying. What are the govts doing about ensuring you get water in future. Remember no water no growth of investment. You would have paid ur hard earned money for something worthless.

Outside City just next to National Highway.Please note that the flat sizes may seem a bit small as this is a budget housing property.I would not recommend to people who are looking for 1000+ sq ft area as this property doesnt have any.

Godrej Properties is mired in legal issues in Bangalore with the Godrej Lake Gardens and Godrej Reflections projects. Past and current press coverage can be seen in the pics. Buyers are an anxious lot.

Hi All,This is our own ancestral property, no amount properly settlement Intime to my father, partially settlement and once agreement done taken period of time to sale deed for four years and my father is an farmer not known much about the law. He loose the land. Now we are the looser.Purchaser would have given in time money we would have purchase agriculture land in other place, but when after fours when he settled amount the other land price was hike.My father did not sell the property in his business mind but purchaser taken land in his business mind.Hence I request all farmers when people sell, dont get cheat by builders.Any body wants me to advise.Vande Boomi Mataram.Jai Hind.

Lot of disconnect within Godrej staff itself, they informed me 10:90 plan with flat rates/ no plc /no floor rise + lockdown offers...few mins later no such scheme. Big concern on their reliability !! I would recommend to think before you invest your hard earned money.

We have booked a flat in godrej and after 4 months godrej people are coming and asking us to change unit because land owner wants the same flat.I dont have words to describe such unprofessionalism. Even the people who sells vegetables do there business ethically. The great godrej dont have this professionalism and business ethics.
