The worst experience i have ever had .i will not recommend Kone to any of my friends.No proper technical staffs.Only knows to take the payment on time. Sales is very poor.Not at all coustmer friendly.i choose to keep lift in my home in cochin and made a great mistake by choosing Kone
The worst experience we have ever had . We will not recommend Kone to any of Builder/friends. No proper approach as committed by them once they sign on agreement.Only knows to take the payment on time. Sales is very poor.Not at all coustmer friendly and no proper response from sr sales managers (Asish) also . i choose to keep lift in our appartment in Bangalore and made a great mistake by choosing Kone. Please do not go with Kone else you definitely get into trouble a lot. The perosn who dealt with is Amool - sales executive. Sr Sales Manager -- Asish. They blame us end of the day for their mistakes. I want to give less than one rating but there is no option for it.
