Meal are delicious , all of it , we had mini meals , sambar , rasam , bindi , rice , puri , payasam , curd rice , papad , pickle . Filter coffee is a must . Reasonably priced .. waiters wear mask , it has a store as well to purchase MTR products , they accept , cash , card and UPI for payment

Nice restaurant we had Idly sambar and Kesaribath latter one is must try ; one of the best i ever tasted. Little expensive but worth it.

If we consider Ambience and name for the cost of food its still expensive.If you really want to try MTR and have some good extra bucks in your pocket you may try.The quantity was also not adequate for the cost at which it came.

MTR Is a Famous South Indian Restaurant with multiple outlets in Bangalore. The quality of the food is unmatched and top notch. The filter coffee is a must try. The drawback is that the Prices are expensive but the food is amazing. Try to go for Breakfast in the morning to relish the Dosai and Kesari Bath along with a filter coffee to kick start your day !

It was so bad!. .. just giving 2 stars because of the brand name and for the sweets at sight.Damn expensive and overly hyped place. One can get a better and tasty food at half price anywhere in India. Service was not near to any standard. If youre paying double for food, you should expect something or the other. But here you wont even get the bare minimum. The inside decorations were good. But you get dirty water and no tissue paper at all in your table. Keeping aside the inlanders,I beg the outsiders, think before you wanna step inside.

There is no second thought about the taste of food. Especially the masala dosa here is sooo apt and crisp. Loved the pooris as well. I have tasted masala dosa, poori, Bisibele bath, RAVA dosa and coffee. And for me the order of the most liked would be masala dosa first and then poori, RAVA dosa, coffee and last one would be bisi bele bath.A good place for sweets as well. I have tasted their gulab jamoon and tastes quite good. Rating them 4 star only for the price. Cost of the dishes is comparatively quite higher than usual.

Super fast service. As a Mahsrashtrian, both the dishes were bit mis-leading by the name. Egg bonda was actually a Batata Vada and Khara Bhath was very similar to Upama. But it didnt affect the experience.Filter coffee superb finishing!

If you can bear with slow service, then this place is amazing for authentic south Indian dosas. Must visit if you are traveling to Bangalore for the first time. You will fall in love with the Masala Dosas. The Ghee Bowl idea is unique and amazing.

The dosa was not very good while other places like shri Sagar and vidyarthi shaven serve very good dosas. I had the kesari bath also. It was good and maybe better than many others. The cost for a masala Dosa and kesari bath is 140 rs.

One of the oldest and most famous hotel in Bengaluru Tiffin here is good mainly idlli and masala dosa must try and chutney is Very good, they even sell sweets here,usually crowded at mornings and evenings and holidays and weekends so you better get early to have a peaceful breakfast. Prices are a bit high but totally worth trying FYI After GST Prices increased a bit high

While in Bangalore, I wanted to taste something nice.. which is more of local taste. Searched in Google and came across this MTR outlet. It was a known name and pushed my thought to venture there. Post my visit, I surely know that they have taken their pre mix concept way too seriously or rather their style of preparation must have come as pre mix package. No idli, no vada for lunch though its mentioned in the menu.. only stuff available was I believe whats available in a pre mix packing. Was disappointed with the meals that I eventually decided to go for. The guy gave me quick option of choosing from roti, poori or rice. I chose roti, thinking it would be a normal roti but it was more of a rava dosa served in the name of roti and curries were nothing that went along. Curd rice was sweet which again is a first for me! All in all giving 1 🌟 just because I ate there. Not a place where I would want to come back.

Very Nice experience, you might think its overpriced a little but its not. everything is made in Ghee. Also they serve a small ghee cup with every dish to make it yasye more yummy. Caution their coffee is recommended but not for faint hearted its very strong. Also do try their rava idli. Its made out of Wheat rava.

MTR is a famous hotel with multiple outlets. Visited this place on a friday evening. It closes early so we had to hurry. Entering this place it feels pleasant and spacious. We wanted to try a variety of dishes so we had rava idli, besibele bhatt, masala dosa, onion dosa and filter coffee obviously. Everything was brilliant and a hit and we walked away very satisfied. Have to mention the sides that came with every dish were different and very delicious. They give a small amount of ghee with it too. Definitely a must try.!

Food is expensive but taste is awesome

MTR one among the good places to visit with family there. The pillow-soft idlis with dollop of ghee on top served with generous amount of chutney, mouth-watering masala dosas and piping hot coffee. Hygiene is little missing. Parking has an issue always in Gandhinagar.
