World class staff and world class food. Every single item we ordered was top notch and tasted delicious. The service is first class and the management of the restaurant is also very good. The ambience is very homely and makes you very comfortable while dining.

Service was really slow. Food served as part of the set menu was cold (except for Tarkari Pulao which was good).We opted for this place for their Daal Bukhara and that wasnt tasty either. It was cold which made it taste more bad.Ambience is good. Service was average. Food was bad. Desserts were the best.

Very good food. Its relatively expensive to be sure, but I feel you do get what you pay for. The lamb briyani is particularly good, as are the jumbo prawns (which are advertised endlessly on the hotels TV channel) which were huge and fresh. Mango lassi is a good bet too. Service is also excellent.

I had the best gilawat ke kebab here, never had better anywhere else, very well complimented with warqi paratha. Also the murgh angaar was extremely delicious and had a good smokey touch. Dal Bukhara is very unique and commendable with a good consistency, the mutton biryani is subtle and not very spicy but goes very well with garlic raitha and mirchi ka salan. The salan deserves appreciation for having a good thick consistency of its own and complements the biryani very well. Also tried paneer khurchan which was good in spices and complemented well with pudina paratha. Not to forget the phirni in desert which had a good wobbly consistency and a rich taste with apt sweetness

The food here is to die for. Their menu will definitely make one over eat. Dal Bukhara, their signature dish left me speechless. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

While the food is tasty, timely home delivery is horrible. Gave a benefit of doubt on the delay once, but this has happened thrice. They charge exorbitantly for the delivey but do not deliver on time. Delays more that 2 hours

One of my friends recommended this restaurant so I decided to try out today and went to this place for dinner.Firstly the ambience, it’s simple, neat and appealing. The lights are set right and the music was just perfect.Staff and their service was extremely courteous. They were humble and patient.Coming to the main point, food. I ordered ‘Murgh Angaar’ and ‘Gosht Dum Pukht Biryani’. Oh man, they were damn tasty. The spices right chicken and aromatic biryani were one of the best ones I had in the recent times. I highly recommend this restaurant.Suggestion- don’t order too many dishes and spoil your taste buds. Order limited variety and enjoy the taste. That’s the best way to find out tasty dishes.

My wife and I decided to celebrate my birthday here. Even before I venture to write about the food, I must make a special mention of the service, especially Mr Nitesh who provided a hospitality experience that reminded me of home. Hospitality is a fine balance between attentiveness and avoiding over intrusiveness and the staff here, especially Mr Nitesh achieved that balance like it was child’s play.The food- dear lord, the food! The dal Bukhara lives up to the repute and having tasted dal Bukhara from the iconic grand Bukhara at the Itc in Delhi, this one was just as great. The kebabs were marinated to perfection and melted in my mouth into a series of emotions, which no human expression can capture with sufficient justice.The signature bread, waqri parantha was rich and scrumptious and the biryani was flavoured with a delicate combination of subtlety and richness. And the Kulfi just brought the whole meal to a perfect end. The cake that the Itc staff provided as a surprise really embodies what a special experience they made this to be. Over all- it made the transition into my thirties, one to remember instead of being one to dread.

Pre-covid, this was one of our favourite Indian restaurants in the city. Upon visiting the restaurant recently, we felt that the quality and taste of food had drastically changed. This isn’t what we would expect from an ITC who has kept up their standard for decades.The food lacked balance of flavours & freshness. You could definitely tell that most dishes weren’t prepared fresh. They didn’t quite get the seasoning right as well - some items had too much salt.We even noticed a change in the ambience. It was dull and had a strange eeriness to it. They don’t have their Indian instrumental music playing in the background as before.Hoping they look into feedback and get their standard up again. Sad to see covid have such a large impact on the hospitality industry.

Ive dined at K&K Gardenia a couple of times. Great food and place, especially for those fond of traditional North Indian cuisine.

The best biriyani in town...Period! Not to forget the kebabs, dal and the breads. The desserts are divine too! A gourmet experience that satisfies the soul!One star short is for the slow and inattentive service and ordered items not served but billed. Unacceptable from a 5 star establishment!However, the quality and taste does leave an indelible impression!

If its Indian cuisine, look no further. Have dined here multiple times now. The best dish is of course the dal bukhara. It shouldnt be missed for the world. The kebabs are mouth watering too... pure bliss. To top it all, the service is super quick and they dont keep you waiting.

Had dinner on 27 th jan 2021. The chef - Mohd Luqman was very kind enough to give a personal touch to the complete meal preparations which had a lot of specifications regarding spice levels and which ones to use. And our steward Mr Anant attended to us very well. A good personal touch to the food made it all the more sumptuous. Best wishes to both Mr Mohd and Mr Anant.

ITC gardenia has a great range of restaurants but this one has the best Indian kebabs and curries.I had their 4 course menu, which offers you the best of their choices. Meat was tender, juicy and simply delicious. Every course was amazing no disappointments at all.Ambience and decor is soothing and makes it perfect for every occasion.Must try if you are around!

Food and hospitality was so good

Brilliant culinary delights at Kebabs and Kurries. The variety and finesse in menu is quite good. This was our first visit and the only missing point was slow service. While the staff was very welcoming and helpful but the delays between courses was a bit off putting. When you pay in excess of 3k per person everything must be spot on.

In short - delectable kebabs and sumptuous food, matching ambience and music, large portions of food.

We regularly visit the restaurant but we were disappointed by abysmal service standards. The biryani was too moist and half of the mutton pieces were too tough. This is not expected of a five star restaurant and the biryani is not worth the price. However, the Gelawati kebab and sikandari rann were delicious.

Class of cuisine with rich herbs and flavour

I went here for a family dinner. We ordered some starters, a dal bukhara, paneer khurchan and a chicken bemisal.All dishes were extremely well done. We ordered some gulab jamun and kulfi falooda for dessert, and the jamun was quite good, though not 100% khova.Though I did make a reservation, its safe to say that it isnt required for a weekday dinner.I deduct one star for the waiter being too pushy in asking for an online review.

Horrible service. Biryani was good so after having a little bit I asked them to pack the rest n plus ordered for one extra biryani but when I reached home there was very little biryani not even one full plate.very disappointing. Atleast not expected from 5 star ppl. Even the service on our table was bad where we hv to continuously call n ask them for menu to dessert to everything.not a peaceful experience.
