I havent seen a team that dedicated to customer loyalty, any time query resolving and richly knowledgeable. Have been invested with them for over a year now and I have only good things to say about them to anyone and everyone around. Do not hesitate, they are not your neighborhood advisory agent only looking for commission, they come from a good place :) Go invest with them rightaway :)P.S.: You would have never come across such a vibrant, feel good dashboard as the one they have with them :)

Ive nice experience with Goalwise for more then an year. Everything is so flawless and smooth... From account opening to setting up goal and executing sip. Ankur and team are nice passionate guys towards realizing others dreams. Keep it up.

So far my experiences have been very nice. This is the kind of platform I was looking for, where all my MFs are consolidated and tracked. I was struggling to find one such platform. I dont know, so far, which Fund Houses you dont deal with but I found what I wanted. Since it is just one month, I need to see their service in long run. As my experience have been- companies are good initially, later they start showing lack-luster attitude when then get more and more customers. Lets see. Their UIs are smooth easy to use, complete from user-friendliness perspective.

The customer service is what clinched it. I have tried many different mutual fund platforms before, direct AMC websites, MF Utility, PayTM Money. None of them can hold a candle to the service GoalWise offers. Goal based investing made simple and easy. Decreasing equity and increasing debt as you near your goal, automatic rebalancing, tax gain harvesting all this is great. But the customer service, it is in another level. I just hope this does not change as they grow and get more users.

Recently i got an email stating that GW is switching to direct funds + fee for comprehensive financial planning. I am not sure where are you guys headed. Few days ago I had a conversation with GW on switching to direct funds and charge a fixed fee for providing incremental returns. Instead of listening to my logic i got the below from them. Finally decided to move funds away from GW to better platforms (eg. Kuvera)Even a 1% fee on 10 lakhs of investment is just 10k per year (less than a domestic helps monthly salary) for which you get best-in-class financial advice and management. Our Mutual Fund selections, rebalancing etc has helped investors earn higher returns by 3-4% than if they would have done it themselves.On average we get 0.6% per year (less than half of the exaggerated figures of 1.5-2% that keep getting mentioned in the media). Even this will come down over time as the industry penetration increases. So projecting these costs over the next 20-30 years is just a marketing gimmick and nothing else (e.g. 5 years ago, the costs were higher and direct funds didn’t even exist. In the next 5 years, may be it will all be ETFs like in the US). We dont believe we can charge a flat fee of Rs 100-500 per month for the services we provide. Any sustainable business of wealth management has to be % based.As an investor myself, I dont think that when I have Rs 50 lakhs of investments, paying Rs 100 per month will get me the attention my money or goals require.

Have just started investing with them and couldnt resist myself from writing a review when at every stage of having a query, the co-founder himself was so willingly and modestly offering solutions. :)Update (21st May 2018): Removing 2 stars as they dont give direct funds options to investUpdate (13th Jan 2020): Adding back the 2 stars as they seem to be giving only direct funds now.

Unbelievable customer service. Each and every step, right from account opening, is very transparent and fast. No delay whatsoever. Got my account opened, setup goals and started investing within 24 hours. I could transfer in all my other investments from another broker within 4 days! The advisors are always there for portfolio and SIP rebalancing. And speak about the customer service through chats! They are there virtually 24X7. Really amazed by the Goalwise team.Two things I am looking for, in coming days. One, an app for iOS devices . Second, Direct MFs.Nevertheless, congratulations to Goalwise team. Just a year old start up and already doing a great job. I would definitely recommend.
