Worst service with amazon pay later. Complaint pending for 1 month! This concern is NOT resolved. They presented ECS multiple times and 2400 deducted from account as charges for a 10000 balance in amazon pay later account, which is still NOT settled even though the payment was completed. Be careful if you have amazon pay later with capital float. Do not believe the reply they are posting below. Stay away!The total cost of charges for a 10000 amazon pay later account is 3800 for 1 month even though I paid the entire amount. They keep on re-presenting ECS to punish customer.

I wanted to clear the amount before the due date and spoke to the customer care executive Nazia, my query was handled very nicely. She gave me the proper clarification about all my transactions and upcoming EMIs, I made the payment accordingly and it was all cleared within 24 hours.There is one more thing Capital float can do to help customer is if we get an option to convert EMIs for more than 12 month it would be easy to purchase products with high price.

I had the worst experience with these guys.1. Customer care does not know how to interact with their clients2. Random amounts of money keep getting deducted (reason- mandate fail charge) from my bank account even after the EMI is paid well in advance.3. They have no etiquette, and very evidently- no common sense at all.Dont ever trust this company. They will loot you.
