Worst after sales service. Had a good experience initially. Their agents do not respond to the call if we are facing problem. No service from customer care either.

Im a former employee of this company. This company will work you to the bone. obviously im using dummy ID to write a review here. 6 days a week + extra work with out any OT pay on due dates. under staffed in all departments so gets over worked and they wont approve any leaves. meager hike or sometimes no hike at all. Even for moving to other MNCs they will not consider these experience because they dont have any quality metrics. I suggest anybody joining here to think about their future then decide. office space is so congested that it will be impossible during pandemic to maintain social distancing.

Company is kannada centric,people speak local language not professional language english. worst for employ,best for product/service..They sideline non kannada people in one corner, behave indifferent backstabbing,discussing to kannadiga only.shame on that noone notices this. Thats why the company progress also low among others..That too they are literate unable to have commonsense to think of others.

Wouldnt suggest this company for GST SOFTWARE solutions as they have the worst customer care. Sales guy promises great support before sales, but post purchase no support..very disappointed.

The worst company who promise to give the service but fail to do so giving very silly reason.If used for inventory and vat calculations i will promise you will loose all your money.Lot of problems in the Saral Billing Software.- No proper calculations.- The so called manager who is useless dont handle any of our query.- People who work there are so dumb and cannot understand whats the risk we bare when something goes wrong technically.- Very unprofessional people in the whole company we have gone through lot of trouble and loss relying on this software.- Worst Service and the worst technical team, useless managers, unworthy people sitting there without giving any sort of support.

This Vendor only fit for only specific Pay roll package and if any employer is looking for some full fledged requirement in the pay roll ,then this software vendor may not be suitable.We had worst experience in terms of handling this Rel yon payroll integrated packages and online support from this vendor.This software vendor is not very informative and there is no proactive support.

Worst service, we have taken plenty of support from them, and paid huge amounts, but now they have put our payroll software in trail mode mentioning that we have not paid 4k fees towards the training given to us. Time to go to consumer court. there is no option to submit this without giving single star.
