Purchased the Sony item based on its name TV 49 inch and Speaker.I have made purchase in year mid 2020 and they have given me 2019 product. Now TV is not working the properly and store is not entertain call. They have sell and forget policyMy advice is not to buy from this store as they give old stock and after sale service is very bad. You will be lucky if you get working product.i would have brought 3 TV of 50 inch with this price of SONY. I went only to buy reasonable and long lasting product.

I searched everywhere marathalli, Jayanagar, etc. but store owners said they will receive stock in next week or not sure about it.. Thanks to this store m enjoying with my Ps4 in this pandemic 🥰

Worst experience at Sony while buying PS4 give by a salesman named RAJ KUMAR one the most high attitude person, gave all wrong guides of the product . We got scammed due to his negligence ....... One of the WORST SALESMAN ever met (Mr. Raj Kumar )..... For such a brand he is unfit to be a salesman .....I wish I could give less than one star.

We bought a TV for ₹ 52,000 in 2013..There is a panel problem for which they dont have amy solution. They have taken it for service and it is almost 3 months they have never returned it. The spare part is not available after 5 years and the TV is a trash. They claim that they never get any complaints about their products.

They should have demo products for headphones. Because someone cant purchase a headphone by its specs. I went 3 times asked for some different headphones for demo. They have some of them but all are sealed. So literally it wont help me out.

One guy sold me ps4. I really like the shop and other staff but one guy is too rude and show ego dont know why. Rest is good.

If you are planing to buy Sony camera or camcorder, and they advise you’ll be provided with video/image processing software Playmemories for free, look for another manufacturer. Sony hardware is excellent, and that may push you into buying the product, but do not forget you need to extract video from this excellent product and play it somewhere. This is where Sony fails again, again, and once more. Playmemories will not install on Windows 10. They will take your name, your date of birth, they will send you through “I am not a robot” not less than 10 times, they will have your e-mail address confirmed, and when all is done, program DOES NOT WORK. Go to Canon or elsewhere, these jokers are not worth your money.

I recently visited Indira Nagar-Sony Centre for Soundbar for my Sony TV at my home. The crew out there is very helpful (of course it depends on the person who assists you when you step in to the store) in making you understand about discrete range of products those are available with them.For example, I visited to enquire about Sony ST5000 Dolby Atmos surround Sounbar which was not seen any reliance, home-town, aadishwar stores etc in the Bangalore city (neither I found in Hyderabad too).They gave me demo of the Dolby Atmos soundbar and completely made me realise the power and speciality of that particular product and also they gave me comparison of that product with standard 5.1 home theatre systems. Then I realised the real power of the Dolby Atmos. Thanks for the Sony crew member who helped me. Definitely i gonna buy this soundbar in few months.A very nice experience to be at Sony centre (Indira Nagar).

Visited here to buy Sony a6400 camera, they had a demo unit and various lens to play with, however the price was 4k higher compared to GK Vale. When I asked to match the price they refused.Edit: Went to buy Sony soundbar. Worst attitude by the salesperson, they were busy playing ludo. So I went to chrome nearby and got what I wanted 😀
