This outlet located on Mysore road has very good collection of electronic and home appliances. Ample parking space is also available. Showroom has very good number of company products on display. Our experience with purchase on this outlet has been good. Staff are helpful and co operative. Delivery of products was also on promised time. Products purchased here are all of good quality and working very well.

We purchased IFB Washing machine 8 kgs from Harsha Store Nayandalli with EMI option from HDFC . Every month EMI is deducting from ECS account. At the time of purchase there was a cashback offer for purchasing washing machine at 3,000/- which was promised to credit before 3 months on December 2019. It was almost one year, this was not credited and no response either from Harsha store nor from HDFC. please look into itPlease update on the above status........

I purchased an Ifb senator Washing machine. I was told that the delivery would come in 2 days. I had to wait for a whole week to get it delivered. Now, Im waiting for another 1 more week for the installation to happen. Its been like 15days since I purchased and the product is not yet opened. Though the pricing is good here the service needs a lot of improvements.

Great place for comfortable parking. But staff are not on top of things. After wasting time understanding the product options, the sales rep tells it is out of stock.Limited options in appliances and staff are more reactive rather than proactive.I had shopped at their branches in Mangalore & Udupi. Much better experience there.
