I got the models in lg shops in sahakar Nagar store and manager was very friendly with customer so I want suggest every one buy there only and staff was very good

No offers, no discounts offered. No follow up either! Was thoroughly saddened with the management decision at lg not to offer anything for this festivities season! Wasnt expecting this from a major consumer electronics brand like LG. Had to settle in for Samsung fridge coz the offered price was good and seemed value for money. Sales agent was well mannered and polite though.

Centrally located on main road, lot of parking space, best support staff, immediate response, polite approach, clear explanation of products, best price. All fine. Superb.

One of the best place to buy LG electronics. We purchased OLED last week. They gave us best price incomparable to any other showroom. Ms Pushpa and Mr. Purushotam the store manager take time to understand your needs and give you best offer. Its a customer friendly showroom. Definitely not trying to push the stocked appliances and clear stocks like other showrooms do. The extended warranty options with these guys are too good.

Sales executive were good but sales managers dealing with customer was not good.

I purchased a refrigerator from this store. Product was delivered on time. But no technician showed-up till date (we have concern related to heating), its been more then 15 days. When we purchased sales person said tech guy will visit to give demo within 48 hours of delivery. Now same person is asking us to call technician. No ownership and responsibility from their side. Bad experience. Will never ever purchase anything from this store again.

Recently bought an Air Conditioner from this store. The charge quoted for installation prior to purchasing the product was much lesser. After the product was purchased and delivered the asking price for installation was now higher. And the store does not want to bear any responsibility. The extra charges are passed onto the customer. What is not acceptable is salesman blatantly lying on the face of the customer to sell a product. I would have purchased the product even if they had told me about the extra charges and would have appreciated that. Now they have successfully lost another customer permanently.

If you had to purchase any product, ensure that when Product is delivered, the box is new & in unboxed condition.I got a TV which was opened & god knows who replaced the panels & how many times. The Product received was a year old as per the Box. I returned it & informed LG, but do you think that mattered? Got a new piece which took a week to get delivered or I had to settle for used/demo/repaired item.This is a general advice to all buying here or other place. ENSURE the Product seal IS NOT BROKEN & IN NEW condition.As a Customer you have the right to return if the Product is not satisfactory.

Worst experience from lg brand, I never seen before, that store manager Basha is very irresponsible person and even the didnt delivered new products. They are culprits mainly that manager.. Dont buy here. They are delivering open box and refurbished products.Am suggested you to all dont buy here. Even am not ready give one star also.

I am very unlucky to buy a product from this showroom.LG is a good brand and has a great value for its products, But particularly this showroom in Kodigehalli is the WORST showroom of LG in Bangalore, because the guys there including manager do not understand the value of Time, they promise you to deliver products the very next day and once you are done with the Billing of the product, you are gone. You need to call them and remind every hour and they tell you some stories. The first time when i visited this showroom, i asked about the reviews and they again started telling some stories. They actually do not care Customers.They have ZERO Knowledge on the Technical aspects of the products and their only agenda is fool customers and sell the product. I remember these guys fooling customers saying that the products available in Multi Brand showroom are Seconds. How cheap is the statement.

I glad to prefer LG products.. it’s really worth.. 2months back I bought a LG washing machine.. it’s working awesome.

They lied to us about installation being free, had to fight with them for 6hours to get 3 A/Cs installed. These guys are nothing criminals please don’t deal with them, no amount of complaining to the head office will work. They are absolute scumbags. Ended up costing me over 12K to get the A/Cs installed and the technicians left a massive mess behind for us to clean up and repair. Never again.

I have gone to buy a LG washing machine in kodigehalli on 30-06-2017.There we have waited 1.30pm to 4.30pm for making the EMI.The manager is not given me the good price.He is told my boss is deducting my salary if I have given the discount. After that I have buy a washing machine through tata capital. They told Monday we will give the dispatch clearance. Again Monday I have called to the LG manager,he told your approval is coming I will dispatch today or tomorrow.Again I have called on Tuesday night,at that time he told finance problem.Contineously I have talked up to 1 hour.Till today i have not recieved my product.Finally I have decided to reject my order. I never find that type of worst manager for customer quarry.The customer satisfaction also zero...I am a fan of LG products. But this type of managers will damage the products images...So I will not recommend this shop for my friends and family in future shopping..

**Pathetic & Irritating**I dont want to rate this store in real, but giving a single star just because google do not let post our reviews without a star . I will not recommend this LG store in Sahakar Nagar to any of my friends and family.I am a big time user of LG products. (Refrigerator, Wasting Machine, TV). The quality of the products are really good, no second thoughts about it.On Saturday 21st April 2018 i purchased a smart TV from this store, and was promised to deliver it on Tuesday 24th April. when i called the store to check on the delivery, they said their Drivers are busy with another shop opening in Kalyannagar and no drivers are available, hence it was postponed to 25th April. On 25th April its the same story telling that havent got delivery confirmation. So we will try to deliver it by late evening. When i called again to check on the evening they said we got the delivery confirmation and we will deliver it on 26th April. I had clearly told them i will be out of home by 2:00PM to 6:00PM on 26th so make it before 2:00PM. They agreed happily that yes sir this will be done by 2:00PM.I called them to check on my delivery status by 12:30 PM they said driver has already it the process of delivery this will be delivered by 2:00PM. I waited till 1:45 and again called them back, this time my call my unanswered for two times, and repeatedly calling them for three times they received the call and said driver has not yet reached the store so the product is still not delivered. We are in process of getting in touch with driver etc etc. These are the troubles i have undergone with this store.First thing store people do not have the curtsy to call up and let us know the about the status. Second we need to follow up each and every hour to know about the status. I would say this is the worst LG store in Bangalore.I actually should have read the reviews first and visited this store. I see may of the people here has echoed the same experience.

Paid 100% upfront for new LG high end refrigerator which costed us 2 lakhs plus and the LG showroom delivered us the product after a month and that too completely damaged product.I was not accepting the delivery and sales manager Vinod called me and requested me to accept the product with a promise to replace within a week.I purchased the product in July 2017 and got the delivery in August 2017 and its been over 6 months now with atleast 30-40 followups from our end but they seem to be very arrogant, disinterested and complete liars.I spoke and emailed LG managers directly and looks like they dont seem to be concerned at all and I am shocked by their attitude working for such a big brand. Please avoid buying LG products and avoid buying from LG showroom at Sahakara Nagar in Bangalore.Very disappointed by LG showroom for their unprofessional and unethical approach AND LG Company shows no attention how dealers sell their products.This has been an extremely painful experience by my family.Please avoid buying anything from this showroom.
