Very irresponsible staff Jaykumar ,very poor service ,even he dont know how to speak.illetrate person .I dont know why reliance digital is keeping such type of person in their showroom .Very poor service from relience . Total fraud.I purchased 1 LG 5 star 1.5 ton split AC.Before purchasing I was informed by them that installation will be with in 2 days of ordering.After purchasing they informed installation will be 2 days after delivery of product, that will again take 2 days to deliver.I purchased on Sunday, as promised istalltion was supposed be happen on Thursday.Since Wednesday I have been calling them and on Thursday they replied they are unable to find or arrange 1 technician for installation of the same.I purchased this AC on urgent basis. But, unfortunately, the trust I put in reliance digital is not worth buying such heavy purchase.I recommend going to Chroma, a retail outlet next to reliance digital or ordering from Amazon or flipkart at least they fullfil the commitment made to customer.Literally disappointed.

They mentioned timing starts from 10 am I was waiting till 10:20am it is still closed.. An executive says its starts from 11am. I wasted my 20 minutes waiting to open .

Very good service. We brought a Blue star AC and the sales person Named Sameer was really informative and good. The delivery was bit hankypanky. Overall experience was good. I will recommend the Management to promote him to a next level because I have seen that potential. We were not sure that we will buy from Reliance because we were supposed to go to grihass after Reliance Digital but he hold us back and close the order. We had check before this at Crooma and sales personnel was like a robot 🤖 because he never asked our requirements he just gave his sales speech but sameer was a person knew how to start . My wife is in sales from last 8 years in a MNC and I am a owner of a Business I understand the value of this tipes of employee how hard to find. I haVe more words but I will sum it up keep up the good work and keep going ... thank you for the service.

Freedom sale was value for money.

This is a good branch to be honest. They were friendly and cooperative with me. Sometimes youll see a fat dude sitting on the sofa and watching TVs otherwise its a nice place to go and get your favourite electronic gadgets. They do give certain offers of certain products at certain times of the year.

Went to buy headphones, not a single sales person came to talk, though they saw and knew I was looking for something.. lot of scope for improvement

I went there to get a jio hotspot device. They were not able to process the docs properly. I had to come back again. Then they asked me for a fresh set of documents. I had to go home and collect it. Once I reached no one was at the desk. I had to wait another 30 mts. Not customer friendly at all. I hope thats not the experience with the device.

I visited Reliance digital Koramangala store recently to purchase two iPhone 11 pro and SE. the sales executive staff Harish approached me and helped me throughout the process. He checked the best way i could buy the phone availing all the offers provided by HDFC cards and made sure i am completely satisfied.I visited like 2-3 other reliance stores before and have NEVER experienced such a customer friendly and warm approach by any sales executive. I am so happy with the purchase and overall shopping experience. I would definitely suggest everyone to check with Harish once if you are in the store because he can guide and explain things in the best way. :)

Been here only once that was the last I visited this. Wanted to check a mobile model and the sales person was rude. Almost all present there are already tired and frustrated as they have to stand whole day and not many customers to attend. So they are rude maybe for this reason or they r trained like that. No idea. And the moment you enter, they will scan u from top to bottom and decide in their mind if this joker is here for purchasing or time pass. This attitude is wrong.. I hate it.

A real bad place to do any shopping. Service is so bad. Sold me a defect product and now running behind them. They think, we are at their mercy. They dont want to replace the product. Never take calls, on calling to find status of returned product. Absolutely a waste place. Disappointed 😞

We bought an Epsom printer day before yesterday and it did not work. So we took it back to the store and they tried it and again it did not work. So now they say they cannot give us a replacement or a new product or refund our money without brand permission. So much headache and we have already paid our money. Amazing place to buy electronic and amazing staff but sometimes I feel they judge you on the way you look.. but youre Ill get good offers on all mobile and laptops I just had an experience with one of the person who actually baugh the same laptop top as I did I payed the same amount but he got a better offer than me.. They have a good range of all kind of electronics goods and home appliances. You can get some discounts also during the festival season.The prices are also very competitive as compared with croma and other stores. The staff is also experienced and very responsive.The parking space is available. The store is located near Sony signal can be easily spotted from the main road.Overall a good experience.
