Disappointing experience. Took my Xbox controller for repair and told will be done in 2 days. After that again asked for 3-4 days more. Whereas I went to another repair shop and they did it in a day and my controller is completely fine now.

Got my PS2 repaired there... The guy who runs it is very genuine and polite... Havent seen the gaming zones yet..but the service is really satisfactory...

From a gaming perspective an excellent place to play games. PC rates are affordable, but the only downside was that it had limited games in it roughly around 10-15Other than that amazing place, the owner is really a good guy. Friendly and humble.

Was busy with work so couldnt share my review. This incident happened in September. The owner is a cheat. I had dunzoed my PS4 pro based on the reviews to his gaming zone. He told hell check and let me know how much the repair will cost. I only thought it was an overheating issue which needed cleaning because otherwise my PS4 was working fine. He told it could be anything and hell have to check. Next day I called him he told capacitors are blown and needed to be changed. He told a whole story about how he buys these capacitors from Sony service center in black. That these are taken from the ps4s that go are replaced and sent back. I wasnt much convinced so asked him to return it as it is. I went there by myself to collect it and the PS4 was barely turning on. He kept on saying its because of the heating and unless fixed sooner itll become even worse and could go to unusable state. I was skeptical and left. Turned it on once I reached back home kept files on download because as per him once you open the motherboard the data gets formatted. Next day I went to another repair store and there to my surprise I was told that HDD requires replacement and they showed me the health of the HDD. When I asked them hows it possible since its less than two years old they showed how the HDD is not the stock HDD we get with original PS4. Thats when I realised what had happened. My PS4 wasnt turning on because Mr. Anurag had actually removed my toshiba HDD and replaced with an old Seagate HDD. Then I asked this guy at the second repair store if he can show me if theres anything wrong with capacitors or the motherboard. And there was nothing wrong. Mr. Anurag hadnt even opened the Console he just replaced my HDD in the hopes that Ill pay him for changing capacitors. There wasnt much dust to clean and capacitors were fine. So I called him and told to keep my HDD ready and I went and gave him back his Seagate and took my toshiba stock HDD. God only knows how many he conned like this.To all those who think or defend him saying it could have been merely a mistake, Id like to point it out that he had lied about capacitors, the overheating issue and the data getting formatted.

I wish if there was an 6* service option.i bought PS2 yesterday from this shop and its working fantastic.. this guy Mr. Anurag is amazing he guides you the whole process and functions very smoothly and customer dealing is lovely , very polite. they do laptop repairs too. they do not charge for checking the item they only charge if some damage is there or something needs to be replaced. The service quality is amazing. Its an amazing and cheap place(Rs50 for 1 hour) place to go and play on high end gaming PC. The owner is really friendly. We (me and my friends) came her for 3 hours and ended up staying for 5 hours. Really great place.

A pretty nice place , PC gaming is 50/- per hour. PS3 and PS4 are pretty pricey 200/- and above. PC are gud but the place is too cramped and less ventilation. Like the place but not love it.

Gave my ps4 for service to this guy and I left my assassins creed disk inside by mistake, I told him that I left it inside a day later then he says nothing was inside when I gave it to him. Never give anything to him I warn you also his prices are insane.
