Id recently bought a DT770 pro 80 ohm headphone. Unfortunately my pet chewed off the end of the cable. Is there any way the cable can be replaced? Also I would like to know its cost. Ive been trying to call this number multiple times but theres no response. Waiting for a reply.

Excellent service.I live in New Delhi and needed to replace the pads for my DT 770 headphones. Sent them an email and got a reply after 15 minutes. The team working here is extremely professional and helpful. They couriered a new set of pads and I had them in 4 days.

My byron btas broke after 18 months of use. I sent it over to their office and they returned my money without any hassles/questions, since the model has been discontinued, it wasnt possible to replace it.Highly recommended this brand and their headphones.

I couriered the headphone from Chennai to Bangalore and it was back in just 2 days fully repaired under warranty. Was superbly impressed by the attention paid to the customers. Why is no one answering calls. It says we are connecting to technical support but no one is connected. Been trying call from 3 days.Its nearly 20 km away from my place. I have no idea if its open closed or anything.

Got to appreciate the level of commitment from these guys. My right earphone started developing problems, led to it being obsolete. This was 5 months after I bought them through amazon. Directly mailed these guys here, they asked me to send it over including everything that came with it. My cable was missing, even then, three days after sending it to their office in Bangalore, I received via mail, a brand new replacement. Just pure awesomeness. Kudos to the entire team.

I dont know about the service as of now, yet to send the defective earphone to them. One thing is common in all reviews is that one earpiece stopped working after 5-6 month. Something is wrong with the earpiece design. In the process of making it affordable you have made it less reliable. Look at the cost of replacement... HUGE... Talk German.. they are known for reliability but what we have got here !!!!!

I feel very happy that Im a proud customer of Beyerdynamic since October 2018.Their 2 year brand warranty is top notch.This German audio giant doesnt compromise on the audio quality.I have a good experience on in ear headphones since 2012.My previous earphones are1.Sennheiser-CX-1802. Cowon-EM1.3.Soundmagic e18s.4.Soundmagic E10C.5.Beyerdynamic Byron.6.Beyerdynamic Soul byrd.The last two pairs are well balanced in terms of sound quality.Soul Byrds flat design makes it more comfortable for night time songs by sleeping on one side with your ears on pillow.Their THD is as crazy as 0.015% which makes it very capable of handling a wide range of instruments with every note.Its audio performance is well balanced. Its slightly a V shaped sound signature. But it is not bass boosted or making high pitch. I went to the beyerdynamic office today because my Byron wired in ears left earpiece was not working. I came from Kadugodi but it was worth the journey and toil. Im extremely impressed with the way Beyerdynamics customer care handles issues, especially the lady admin, I think her name is Azmin. Really awesome and quick resolution to your problem. No wastage of time in asking questions or useless documents, just bring an invoice and your item, if it is within the warranty, theyll check the issue.If possible, theyll repair or ultimately replace it without hassle and within five minutes. I was using it since October 2017 and around June 2018, one side of the earphone stopped working. I had no idea it could be replaced so I left it. In facebook page Beyerdynamic, I found people commenting that it could be replaced. Contacted them through Facebook, got reply within minutes. I sent my earphones to this address on 9th October, 2018 along with the invoice. And i got brand new earphones as replacement. And i got it on October 12th, 2018.Special thanks to Deexith and Rajesh Ray who responded to my every query. And they really impressed me with their service.Guys, dont hesitate to approach them.
