We bought a printer from H.P shop in RMZ Mall. The staff in the shop were very helpful to us in selecting the suitable printer. Mr.Nebin and Avez came to ou place to install and demonstrate its features. This was a great help to us as we are senior citizens and not very tech savvy. We are thankful for their help.

People don’t even care to answer your query inspite being you were only the customer during that time. Had a very unpleasant experience. Quite amused they don’t ask your number to have a follow up call though I specifically asked for a HP RTX GPU model. Better close the store instead with such a poor response to the customers.
