One of the worst experience with sales people like Suniel and Tenson.. they are terribly worst and bad.. never expected such services from bosch.. just brand matters but these kind of arrogant and stupid people do not deserve to work.. they have taken literally more than 45days.. they bill irrelevant things and claim as price change.. they take order of stock not available and then say they will exchange and again claim to pay irrelevant charges.. bosch siemens brand value is at stake due to such retail stores.

Pathetic customer support. Booked my dishwasher 2 months back. Still haven’t received it. The sales guys don’t even care to respond. Horrible experience.

They promise to deliver the product and after the payment they keep on telling it will be delivered tomorrow. We have to call them daily to get the status.. they say we will call you in 10mins with status and they will not call. We have to keep calling. Buying online is far better than buying here.

Their sales man Raghunath will tell you anything to make a sale after that you will hear a lot of excuses.Terrible experience with Arjay Retail.

Didnot delivered the washing machine even after one month they took the payment promising the product will be delivered in one day and they will not pick the calls daily need to visit the store better to buy online....

Ordered and got the washing machine delivered from snapdeal in Goa. But the installation personnel who I contacted via customer care havent arrived for a week yet. Very bad service

Very very pathetic. I had booked washing machine 15 days back and still i havent received it . After calling they keep on promising tomorrow tomorrow and on top they show arroganceI humbly request you people not to buy anything from this outlet try in other outlet

Bosch service support is pathetic....I am waiting for the technicians for the 5th day today and there is no response at all. Dont expect anything from this store.
