Casio supermarket, seegahalli - have cheated me in returning my security deposit for water can. I have gave 200 as a gift to them and they happily took it.I have deposited 200 rupees for a water can. During that time they have clearly said it is fully refundable. After a month, today I have return the Water can and they gave 100. When I questioned them for 200 they asked my bill. I went home and brought the bill and gave to them. Now, they are saying if I return Water can in 1 week then only they give full amount. They never said this before.

Casino Hyper is an excellent one stop shop for all your daily and household needs. The store has a good amount of parking and has recently started putting up a lot of discounts across the outlet. Managed to get a good discount today on Surf Excel.Ambience: (5/5)The store is kept extremely clean and neat unlike some other smaller store like this. They have also kept items very neatly on the shelf making it easier to find. The fresh and household have a separate section which is also ready to find. Liquids and ice creams have been kept right near the front for easy access. The first floor has kids items as well as household items.Shopping Experience: (5/5)The store has done some things which help shopper like me out. Firstly there is a promotion section right in the front. Many company products are kept there with clear offer details. The second thing is that as you walk through and look up, you will see many yellow board with more offers for each section you walk by. Thirdly there are many many options I found for certain categories especially things like facewash and shampoos. There were many check out counters and so didnt have to wait too long to bill either. I did get lost inbetween to locate an item, but the staff helped out quickly when I asked them.Summary: (5/5)Fantastic shopping experience. Keep up the great work. I recommend shopping here for people living nearby who dont want to go through traffic to go to another place.

They are actively following the covid prevention protocol in the best way in this locality.Hand sanitization at entrance and then golves are given to each customer and social distancing is strictly followed at billing counter. So kudos to management of the store.

I decided to call this area - Seegehalli as home only after seeing Casio. This is a huge place and you would practically get everything here that is needed for a refined living. Staff are friendly and the place is always spic and span. Nice experience. My kids love daily visits to this place. Its walk away from home as well.

Comparatively prices are higher than A1, otherwise its ok.Now the problem comes when dealing with customer, they think the store is above all laws by mistake you have to ask for refund, they act like hooligans. Be careful when dealing with Casio. Better avoid. Worse customer experience

Bought Kuttu Atta for mahashivratri , packed date was 3-March-19. When came out, realised that atta quality is not good and there is one more chit below the upper chit. On that packing date was 19-Oct-18 with 2 months of expiry. Enquired with staff and they replaced the packet with another one with a sorry.I really dont understand how they could play with the health of the people just to make few bucks. I am sure they are not only one to do these tricks. I didnt expect this from such a big store.
