Its probably the first time I was disappointed the way staff at the Checkout counter behaved....It took them more than 30 minutes for every customer....They were only interested in trying to sell the customers some offers delaying the check out process.....I guess the change of ownership is starting to show.....The staff absolutely lacks basic courtesy, friendliness and lack of knowledge on the POS system....Very slow n painful check out process.....I have been a loyal customer of Central for last decade having spent lakhs of rupees but I guess its time to MOVE ON.......

Got huge collection of store and brands it Hvar four floors each of them are dedicated to gender wise and kids ... Must visit

Worst place to shop in Bengaluru! Unnecessarily overpriced lineup. The shop for 4000 & get 4000 worth vouchers is a scam. The 4000 is split into 500 inr vouchers each of which you can redeem only if you purchase for 2000inr.Westside & Lifestyle has better & honest discounts running.

Nice services. The sales people are very helpful in finding what you want. Opens till 9.30. however cosmetic section closes at 8. So plan your visit accordingly.

This Central Mall is quite different than its other branches. It is organized much better and feels spacious. Many sections in ground floor and on other floors are so very well placed. The lightening and the design of the mall is impressive. The outer periphery is beautiful with wooden bench and greenery. Small water fountains with red light just add to its beauty.

I just love Central and the variety they offer. But lately I have noticed that some of the items specifically in the watches and perfumes sections are just old models.. as if there was no change in stock for a very long period.

Cheats only. Firstly what offer the staff says vs the ones on counter differ. Also, despite mentioning everywhere and clearly sending out msgs for sale shop for 6000 pay only 3000 and get that too back in form of coupons when you visit there its not the same. It is basically 50%off on the selected brands selected collection. Pathetic experience. I have been in past to Mumbai Central there the offer is applicable as clearly said. I dont understand why Bangalore central is fooling people.

Always had a good shopping experience at Bangalore central. Coming to this shopping mall almost for many years now.Parking is not an hassle and available very easily.This outlet offers clothing, watches, accessories perfumes and many other items. Each floor is exclusively for gender items and many brands correspondingly.

This shopping place is situated very close to MG road with ample space and ambience. You can find lot of famous brand in same place, offers are quite good in sale season. Sales staff are nice and are always ready to help you.

Central Mall is nice place for shopping all age group foods and beverages also available at food court it is a huge Mall with the best collection it is fun is up here there is hometown about Central which makes it is your shop in one place there are few food options a hyper market and Central retail outlet for clothes a good option for people in JP Nagar

The collection was very good for tweenagers. The staff and service was very supportive. The staff went out of the way in bringing all the clothes of the size to try out to us instead of us having to go around.

They have special services like luxe billing, buying assistance, customer lounge. They are located close to the prime area. They have valet parking as well. The entire store is well designed and has floors designated for each departments. A perfect place for fashion shopping.

Like any other Central mall in the city. Has got 5 floor of shopping area. Ground floor has cosmetics and shoes. 1st floor has womens section. 2nd for Mens formal section and 3rd floor for Mens casual with 4th floor for Kids. It doesnt have eating zone though. Though there are many brands available here but the variety seems to be less.

This is a very modern mall/department store in the middle of Bangalore. It has all famous brands and there is also a Rooftop bar and restaurant. The prices are quite high and it is mostly frequented by tourists and wealthier locals. A good place to visit though you will not find many deals here.

3 floors of capitalism and consumerism. The ground floor has mens shoes and perfumes that will last 700 lifetimes. The 2nd floor houses womens attire from traditional Indian to European/US brands. The 3rd floor houses mens attire, theres a CK Jeans section too. This is an upscale establishment so it probably will burn some dents in an average Indians wallet especially if youre going full throttle shopping. Its wheelchair accessible so thats good. The exit gate is next to a one way street and Uber/Ola is usually hard to fetch. For a shopping complex this huge, it only has 2 washrooms on the parking lot and on the 2nd floor.

It is so far the best and most most varietied store Ive ever seen and visited. Truly impeccable. Loved it. Best of all the malls or shopping store in banglore as per my point of view.

The security guard shared some coupons with us also the executive who was showing us clothes said there is offer on these clothes when we picked out clothes we confirmed with her again.. we did our shopping and at the billing counter they said.. this doesnt apply to these clothes.. they dont have clear communication among them..

Compare to other central here they dont have much options

Hyderabad central is par better than this and customer service is not satisfactory...!!

One stop for all brands in garments and cosmetic products. All new arrivals available. No escalator and lift service available due to covid maintenance. Need to climb up and down. Hope the escalator resume in operation.

Well organized. Only problem is with customer service. Its too slow and people are not around. Had to wait around 30 minutes to get attended. I bought a Police watch that wasnt working. So check before you pay!!

Theres no food court , just keep that in mind. Theres parking facilities which is really useful.

One should not visit this place when they offer discounts.We had a horrific experience in this store. We received message for 50%discount and we went there and spend 3hrs in choosing 10 or more garments. When we came to the billing counter, only 4garments were in discount. The store was empty, no crowd was there in this Covid situation. One salesgirl helped me to choose the dresses and confidently she also confirmed that all will be 50%off.
