I ordered Chicken Biryani rice was cooked perfectly chicken too but the chicken piece was saltless and the taste of biryani was lagging to greater extent.

Everytime I am in Bangalore,I cant avoid this place. High quality products at rather reasonable prices for what you buy.Staff behind the counter are plenty and efficient even if not very smiling at first... As a foreigner,I am always surprised by their lack of communication...but, the worse is when you pay: hardly difficult to get a smile from the cashier. My 4 stars are for the quality of the sweets and other pastries and the location of the shop on the rebuilt Commercial Street.A fifth star when the staff will be more customer friendly.

I liked this place for the fast service, but cleanliness is very bad.They should look into the cleanliness a lot.

Brilliant Ghee Rice and Grilled Chicken.Thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff are very helpful. Good seating space.Cards accepted here.Parking a bit difficult as there are some roadworks going on, plus the entrance to the restaurant is via a makeshift platform.

Really good food for a very reasonable price, the quality and quantity is also good, the ambience is average but acceptable. But its worth to visit for the food.

The taste could be better, the parking facilities should be better but the staff were hardworking but a little less unorganised.

Ordered Parcel due to covid lockdown expecting the quality of imperial, but experience was not as expected.Packaging was not at all good, chicken was spilling out from the parcel cover, bad experience from Imperial. Didnt expect.

One of my favourite places in Bangalore. Many branches in and around Bangalore today but we grew up visiting the one on Residency Road, however today with many branches in well known localities you need not travel far in Bangalore traffic.Great food and nice ambience and well located on Millers Road. My favourite is their ghee rice and chicken kababs.Value for money and visited by many and a favourite for most Bangaloreans.

Literally the worst shawarma I had in my life. Had served with and raw onions, shreds of chicken and mayo wrapped in bread. The management is least bothered to chck the quality of food served.

Food is good. Chicken tikka masala particularly is good.

Waiters are rude. After clearing the bill we wanted a copy of the bill but the waiter was very rude and he said we won’t be providing you the bill and in case if he Want to give the bill he saying it will take 10 minutes.

It was a good and delicious dinner at Imperial Restaurant. Me and my colleagues enjoyed our meal there. It was quite late around 11:40 and we were thinking about where to go for dinner so end up thinking about Imperial and to be honest it was not bad choice.

Blast of south Indian and North Indian Flavors together were awesome here.

This place has been a regular for me as its near to my workplace. They serve some amazing chicken biriyani, and the kebabs are great too. Do tryout their bbq chicken. Its heaven. In terms of food, quality and cleanliness this place deserves the accolades.

Decent non vegetarian restaurant in Bangalore food ..they serve decent food with reasonable price..Thier grill chicken is one of my favourite in the city.. other than that Thier shawarma is a do try item

It is a basic family restaurant. I had a plate shawarma which was pretty good but my friends who were vegetarians ordered paneer butter masala and other stuff which were not really good. They didnt taste quite nice and my friends didnt have it actually and we had to leave it there and come. All of us are from other states and it didnt satisfy out taste buds.

The one nearby to Cunningham road is open in the midnights too .. good place

Superb food. Must try when in Bangalore. Loves the tomato soup (different), the fish curry and ghee rice and the prawn starter.

The food is pretty decent with prompt service . Theyve started serving food on banana leaves since corona started which is pretty cool . The one thing that I didnt like was the unavailability of parking space .

Comparatively from the other Imperial branches the food is not that great. Well maintenaned and nice staff.

Never ever visiting again, the grill was so bland and old mayonnaise was stinking. I loved the grill once a time. Would never recommend anyone to go and waste their money.

Excellent Fast service. Good ghee rice and brain fry is a favorite of mine. Dal which comes with ghee rice as a compliment is just like water. Taste is good over all. Kababs and grills are good. Value for money.
