This is a horrible company to take a loan from.They have zero customer service.If something goes wrong with the loan, you have to wait in some long queue to rectify it. And even then there is a good chance it wont be corrected.I was told I will receive NOC after completing the loan but its been over a year since I closed the loan. And have received nothing yet. The customer call service is horrible. I would never recommend this place for a loan.

I wish to rate in negative but unfortunately its not available.Its has the worst customer service team. I have been waiting for rate of interest reduction for almost 8months now. Finally I got the mail with reduced interest rate after visiting the branch and arguing for long hours. I paid the switch fee immediately but even after that the interest is not reduced yet. Even after calling them for so many times I get the same response that it will be escalated and interest will be updated in 2days but its been months together its not done yet. Upon that the emi has been deducted with the old emi itself.PLEASE DONT AVAIL ANY LOANS IN TATA CAPITAL.

Most irritating and frustrating talking to branch staff, people with less professional skills and talent but more of illiterates and tapori attitude staff. Please do not get involved with any financial service with Tata capital, Tata is a good brand but the branch staff is ruining the name.

I feel very bad to talk about executives who speak irrational and foul languages for 1 month emi. I have been prompt and have paid my EMIs every month untill now. Due to CVOID-19 hold-up I was unable to do it. I dont know how these people are trained and hired, are they trained to speak foul languages to customers. Its better to hire some good manager who can guide these people on how to talk to customer. I really want to talk to state head or the HR department who hired these staff. What a shame for a reputed company.

Worst experience of my life, there is no good customer service

From last 7 months I am running behind this people for my concerns.I have approached them for a Home loan purpose. After so many formalities the home got approved and disbursed in the system. But not in my hand or my previous bank. After one week they have started EMI for that amount. Simply achieving their monthly target they have disbursed on the system. They have charged me around 30000 Rupees to get this loan. After so many mails and rough discussions from them I have cancelled the Loan and they promised me to refund my entire paid cash. From there (July 2020) I am taking follow-up and till now and no one is replying to the mail and taking responsibility.Better to avoid TATA Capital housing finance from your life.To the replier:- Since I have sent more than 10 mails and not getting any reply or response from customer care and this branch peoples. So dont ask me to sent any mail to your customer care mail id with my concerns.Reply to reply:- What is the purpose of this reply, I told u that I have already sent lot of mail with that Mail ID............... Check with Bangalore branch manager and you will get all the details.

This is worst experience had with customer care and executives and managers in TATA capital housing finance near Richmond circle.He sanctioned 24 lacs loan and gave me cheque for 21.5 lac and am paying EMI for 24 lacs and paid processing fee for 24 lacs only.There is no professionalism and respect for customers here.Without my consent MR Durgesh disbursed loan on 30/dec/2020 just to meet his target and I received cheque on 22/jan/2021.Even the insurance has calculated for 24 lacs and now I have to mail for each and everything to refund.I escalated to customer Care via email but I got a mail stating my mail id has not registered if that’s the case how did I get EMI reminder to my mail id for payment.I escalated to Head through mail but no response from any one.Almost 9 months still I didn’t get my refund and I didn’t get my sanction letter and LOD.My previous housing finance PNB HOUSING FINANCE IS BETTER THAN TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE.When I called customer care they told they can’t do anything regarding this issue.

I am not happy with TCHFL due to a number of reasons but I am happy with this branch. I visited this branch last month. They are only providing fewer services due to COVID. Do check before you visit the branch. Staffs are very helpful and polite. I liked the precautionary arrangement they made for COVID.

Due to COVID lockdown we have not paid 1 month EMI they gave my vehicle for recovery department for seasing. And they will torcher you like anything. If you dont pay 1 month they will present ECS 4-5 times in a month. My account is -8000 due to this worst customer service. Worst finance I will never recommend this finance for any kind of loan.

Not happy with the service, even during Covid situation if the payment is delayed for 1 day, they deduct bounce charges, late payment fee etc. People are not really concerned.

Services are delayed due to shortage of employees working and its a token system. Most of the options are not available but they work on foreclosure emi payment and NOC handover. A scanned document is attached in the photo section of Google for further clarification. Whatsapp service number is also available for downloading statements and other enquiries.

Worst bank ever, On 5th of April my EMI didnt deducted, i did a online transfer of my EMI amount to TATA capital account, after 2 days i got a message stating my EMI got bounced due to insufficient balance. is that my mistake that they did not deduct the EMI on 5th. Really not happy with the service.

This is the worst bank i have ever interacted with, in the name of TATA they are cheating their customers. there is no process or procedure set in place, everything happens haphazardly.the location is so bad, there is no car parking available there.to begin with, such a big banks head office in Bangalore has only one lazy and lethargic customer care front desk executive who never attends to her customers calls. for everything you need to visit the branch, NO reply over email of telephone. are the customers jobless and waiting the whole day only to visit the branch, good riddance i got rid of this cheater bank.when i wanted to close my loan with this bank, i realized they had misplaced my documents and were unable to retrieve it. after repeated visits to the branch and fighting with the arrogant staff they were able to trace the documents after 2 months and charged me for the retrial of the documents. there is nothing like customer care in this branch.if you raise any complain by email or in the portal they will close it without even bothering to speak to you or understand your issue, and if you call them for anything and if they happen to pick your call they will ask you to visit the branch for small and trivial issues which can be solved over the phone or email. in this branch customer service means customer has to serve the branch not the other way around.Better take loan from HDFC bank at a cheaper interest rate than breaking your head with this branch. i got cheated in the name of TATA. beware of this bank.

One of the worst company. The employees are illiterate to solve even one small issue. Richmond office is worst and where the employees dont even know what to do. I had to foreclosure my loan, i even got a letter to pay 15000/- and close my account. I had to roam for 4 days putting leaves to my office and sitting and waiting for their employees to help me out. After 4 days of mental harassment I get one more letter from them saying you need to pay 75000/- for foreclosure. No one of their staff are capable and helping me to understand how does the amount increased from 15000/- to 75000/- in just 3 days and for those 3 days i was sitting in their office to just close my loan.Worst Service.

One of the worst company i ever saw, i had a literally very bad experience with TCHFL. Had to speak to MD for every small thing. ROI of Home loan were increased based on their requirement.Current ROI as per the RBI should be 9.05 but i had ended up in paying 10.70 %Company loots you for every thing, DRC, Document Security Charges and a lot of other charges.I think one of the day robbers is what i have seen in TCHFL.

Try for Foreclosure, Any service. then you will come to know why i given 1 Star. Customer care will talk like a robot. seems the same words c.care speaks, 8 hrs a day *5 days per week, 4 weeks work then salary by end of each month. How they are paid??... We are in their trap. Dont prefer it.
