I am gonna be writing the review about the after sales service that they provide.I kept my car (Ford ecosport-2013) for service and I had a mixed feeling about the overall experience. I had to come twice to the service center within a week because the work wasnt done right and as per my expectations.Service advisor did try to help me out by trying to send the technician to my home but that wouldnt have helped me anyway since the work needed for the second time needed the car to be taken back to the service center again.After shelling out about 25k as bill it wasnt 100% in one go. 3 stars.

I would like to keep this (SERVICE) review as objectively as I can. My interactions with the supervisory staff had been good - appreciate their being grateful, humble and all that. However, my service experience at this center had been consistently terrific. After two horrible incidents, I stopped going to their Kudlu branch altogether.To start with, the branch manager has no shame in pestering you to give a 10/10 rating on the feedback sheet they supply, before you exit their premises - probably the reason why it has so many positive reviews. Last time I gave my vehicle for service, just before our planned long road trip. They assured me that my vehicle is in a good condition. While driving home (which is less than 10 KM from JSP Kudlu gate) gear box failed, wiper blades stopped functioning in the rain. Remember it happened in less than 30 minutes of service, after their certifying a clean bill of health to my vehicle. If any one who reads has a suggestion for a better FORD service center, please DM me.

This review is only for the sales at showroom and not for JSP Ford service.I bought the vehicle an year ago, the entire process was well taken care of and I was informed about every development properly. Rajesh helped me throughout, even after I had bought the car he personally came and delivered and installed the number plates which came after a few days. I have visited 2-3 times even after the purchase most recently to renew my insurance everytime its nice the way staff treats you. There are places where once you buy the vehicle staff is not interested to talk to you its not the case here. I am happy to have bought my car from here.

The dealership is good and well maintained from inside and there is parking space available for both 2 and 4 wheelers, they mostly have variants in EcoSport but they were not providing enough discount. Yes the staffs are good and polite and they will proactively provit you test ride.

Recently purchased Ford ecosport from JSP Ford, Hosur road . It is my first Car. Special thanks to Mr. Jai Sudhan, sales consultant for making it as great experience. Incapable staff. The dealership is not able to arrange a test drive for me. I have visited them in 2019 December and 2021 jan for ecosport automatic for a total of 3 times. Since they share the car model with another branch they promise to arrange test drive at your home ( if its nearby) which never happens. Both in 2019 & 2021 I had the same sales rep Sachin who kept postponing and re scheduling the test drive for one reason or the other. I even offered to visit the dealership but they said no we will arrange a test drive for you which never happens

Worst, dealers ever...their sales folk are completely irresponsible people. Have been promising me a test drive for 1 week and have not shownup.One of my friend recommended them to me. They do not respond in time and it is we who have to do all the chasing.It seems they have lot of bookings and lot business walking in.
