Don’t even go to this showroom. They will just be eager to get your money once, after that customer has to Chase them as if u r begging them for something which u have paid lacs of rupees.There is no manager to listen any body’s concern. I bought a car recently along with some accessories (payment already done).After delivering the car they r saying accessories will take a few months.Don’t give your money in wrong hands.If u want to complain about something, there will be nobody to listen.Sales persons don’t know any ethics there.

Vasudev was easily approachable and helped me in answering all my questions. Overall extremely satisfied with Kropex services.The reason for giving 4.5 stars, not 5, is I didnt get wrist wearable key along with car keys. Salesperson told me that Tata stopped giving the wearable keys now.

Tired of chasing for a our Car booked in.Oct.2020 :( To no luck. To no response. Just waiting till date!!! Endless wait.Edit1: I have tried everything I could, literally everything. So dont ask me to mail. You need to get your staff working! As if you care about the emails that i am writing!!! I am dead tired of listening to all excuses! You decide you want to deliver it or not!I am sure your sales are up to the roof! But my urgency for car has dropped now! And i would wish to come up and take my full booking amount back! Cz literally i cant keep up with sloth behaviour anymore!!!Edit 2: 23rd feb- So what do we do after writing email?? Again wait endlessly?Oh, I guess you might not have policy to look into emails, right?? 4 months already! 😂😂And wait continues.

Previously concorde motors, it is recommended service center. They usually understand your issues and get your issues resolved. At times, there can be people who cannot handle the customers properly. But usually its good

Preferably go to some other dealership as they will give you false dates and reasons for not delivering the car just to keep you waiting and not switch dealerships. Apart from the slow production of Nexon and TATA keeping dealerships in blind Kropex will keep lying to you about new delivery dates and reasons.Sales person when selling tells 6-8 weeks, when they take your booking in written they will say 8-10 weeks. Inspite of this they will keep promising you random dates during this. I was promised Jan End, then Feb 10, then Feb end and now March 15. That is a total change of date 4 times which means I had to cancel my plans 4 times.Better to go with a different dealership maybe KHT, or some other place. This place is just not worth it. TATA Cars are worth it but dealership definitely is not. Stay away.The best joke that might happen now is, they will comment a templated response to this comment on earning back their trust by calling them while they could just get the customer details from the screenshot below and reach out by themselves. As I said earlier, stay awayEdit 1 (March 10 -: I do not think they will be able to deliver as per their 4th commitment (Mar 15). Had an overall good experience. There were initial hiccups with the Sales advisor assigned, but once i reported the same to the Team Lead Mr. Girish and Sales Manager Mr. Bipin, they immediately addressed the issues and henceforth they personally looked into the matter and kept me updated about the entire process. Last but not the least, a special mention for Mr. Nagesh from Singasandra branch for his cooperation for making the delivery process seamless. Will update further after my first service.

They did not push me to buy things that I dont want to buy. They gave me accessories for free. Purchased Tata Nexon from Kropex, staff was very cooperative, I was communicating with Madhu, Ismail and Mandanna and appreciate all the efforts as they were cooperative.Outlet can be a bit more comfortable with AC/Fans placed near the seating areas as it’s kinda difficult to spend time there on hot days.But overall the purchasing experience was very nice.

Have to say I went from being reluctant to opt for a Tata made automobile to owning a Harrier. It may not be loaded with features but hands down one the best rides I have ever driven so far in the SUV segment, thoroughly impressed with what TATA has done with the Harrier. Given my Tata Zest car on 12th October 2020 for a broken rear windshield glass.. Its been more than a week and they are still telling me stories that the part has not been dispatched from the store.. Quiet annoying. Hope someone does something about this.

Dear Tata Motors,Very sad by your response, I know you guys have too much of booking and dont have time to attend client anymore, I went to your show room on Wednesday to enquire about Tata Altroz XZ petrol, I asked for quotation and price break up to your sales person, it has been 3 days, I havent received any update, i have called your sales person multiple times but every time he said you will receive in 10 minutes but havent received anything thing yet, similarly i went to Honda and Hundai showroom response had been amazing, my only reasone to consider Tata car is Vocal for Local...but Indian company never gonna improve their service, very sad.

Had the good fortune of buying my Altroz from there.. Why I am saying it is good fortune is because the people whom I met there are really customer centric.. To give a comparison I went the Tata showroom opposite Manayata Tech Park.. It was such a horrible experience.. First of the place was not well kept.. I was afraid of sitting down on the seats because it was really dusty.. Compared to that the Ford showroom just after that they were cleaning the floors after every 30 mins or so.. Coming to Kropex Dairy circle.. My experience in dealing with them was wonderful.. My sales person was Mr. Nagesh.. And he was with me every step of the way.. There has never been a situation when he has not returned my call.. Also I must mention the showroom manager Mr. Bipin who been very accommodating and patient in explaining the cost structure and during our initial haggling of the price.. I can vouch for the fact that these two gentlemen will help you with anything they will do it.. My only matter of concern here is that Tata isnt doing enough to make their showrooms presentable enough.. Probably that is why I could not give a 5 star rating.. But still for the people that you meet here I would recommend this showroom for Tata vehicles.. Case in point.. I live very far off but still came here to buy my car because of the people centric approach.. Hope they continue the good work..

Bought TATA Harrier XZA+ Dark Edition 2020 from KROPEX AUTO PVT LTD, Bangalore. Executives are not awear about product theyre selling. Infact I knew more about Altroz than Korpex tata executives.Even though I Booked TATA Altroz XE Rythm petrol red colour car from korpex motors on sep 23rd. No update was provided, after raising complaint with TATA customer care, I got to know that still the billing didnt happen in manufacturing plant. So they cant keep the promise made at the time of booking as 40 days dead line for vehicle delivery.Dont expect anything good from these people. Go for key Tata motors jaraganahalli Bangalore for better experience in terms of booking and after sales service.

Bought Tiago from this showroom this month(July 2020). Mr. Ismail helped me with all the information I asked during each step, sometimes I had to contact him even at night and there was instant reply each time. My first impression of Kropex Motors is just fantastic. My service and repairs was being handled by Tulsi Das, the service manager. He is very knowledgeable of specially the Safari. If you are owner of an SUV from Tata motors, he is the person to go to for service or repair related issues.My experience with him has been excellent and I have known him for the last 6 yrs from his Concorde motors days.In the past I have referred my other friends to him and they too have come back highly satisfied with Tulsis service.

Experience with Mr.Vasudev was good. He clearly made me understand all the process and was very polite.

My safari Dicor is with kopex for the last 10 days waiting for a spare part. The availability of spare part may be beyond kopex.s control, but they dont not care to update the customer if there is delay in the plan. Each time I have to follow up and even after escalating to the next level the customer communication has not improved.

Altroz, Im sure that I need not explain on the vehicle since its best at that price tag.Coming to Kropex tata - dairy circle, its a bundle of professional, talented and kind hearted team. Mr. Ismail throughout the process and Mr. Girish at the time of delivery have done the brilliant jobs.
