I had gone to renew my car insurance. The one at reception was very nice and helpful. She was genuine and caring. After a bad experience at Renault service center a few days back, this time I felt like Im valued as a customer.Renault should hire staff like her who attend to the already tensed customer rather than those staff who increase your blood pressure.
