I20 delivered to me was not in showroom condition and they sold 2020 make unit (delivery date 13 October 21), but invoiced for October21 price.I have added car pictures of rusty brake disc, last date battery charged December 2020. Ac vents not cleaned, interiors/mirror not cleaned, not polished.

They will not stand on what they promise and not deliver in-time. Especially they dont maintain accessories in stock even-though such huge showroom. And each person will say different prices on accessories.But sales guy will request you to give 10 rating :)

Recently purchased a new car from Advaith Hyundai Bellandur. Everything till the day of car delivery was very fast and professional BUT on the day of delivery they didnt have basic accessories in stock and they didnt inform in advance. I had to return from showroom and the whole day was wasted and in the evening they did a home delivery of the vehicle and promised the remaining accessories will come soon and I have to visit the showroom again. After following up for almost 3 weeks, they told all accessories are in stock and they again called me. When I visited the showroom they again mentioned some accessories were NOT in stock and had to wait almost 3-4 hrs. for a 15 min work and they didnt provide any proper update and the overall attitude was very careless.......They dont value customers time and during the initial car delivery experience they requested me to still rate them 10...(:Overall not a great experience !!!!!!!

Truly wonderful buying experience of the new Alcazar. During the pendamic situation Mr. Faisal called us few days before the vehicle launch informed about the expected launch date. 18th June the day Hyundai announced the launch of the car, he shared all the car details prices features. Great place to get the car serviced. The waiting time is less and even on a weekend the average time to get the car serviced would be 5 to 6 hours max. Please take prior appointment for service which makes the service experience hassle free. They charge 300rs for pick up and drop if the location is nearby.Overall a decent experience of getting the car serviced.

Overall service experience is satisfactory.Story 1:=========Few things that came to my observation and got clarification from service center are….1) Some times there seems to be some waiting time before somebody attends your car. This as told by the service center is to make sure adviser has good amount of time to listen to you carefully to address customer concerns properly. I felt this is a better approach but only if that waiting time results into good service. As far as my experience go, it did turn out really good. The adviser was patient enough to hear me.2)Sometimes, for not so regular services like clutch replacement, the service charge quotation is on the higher side(not much but just slightly) to make sure customer are not shocked when it comes to payment. It can be both good and bad but for me this a better approach because when taxes added it does not become pig from a rat.Story 2:============My front windshield was broken and the damage felt like defective windshield to me. Upon verification with this service center, the adviser was so helpful that he helped me to claim warranty and got it replaced without any charge.
