Good service. Visited for XUV700.

Wanted to take an appointment to test drive and book XUV700, the number mentioned here in the link doesn’t pick up the call.

Hope less service , and fraud staff they have maintained in the showroom and specially the prakash sharam the manager is a big lier and with hopeless. Disgusting person

Mr. Vinay is very nice person and co operative from sales end. But service wise its very bad. I bought XUV 500 w11 Automatic from Sireesh Yelahanka, there is a noise in the center console. I got visited the service center morethan 4 times for the same issue. Instead of getting fixed its became worst. Cooling paper also I got fixed from the showroom. They replaced it thrice but no use, again it is coming out after paid the huge amount of 21k. Sales person is nice but service is really really bad. We have to wait in a quaue like beggers for giving to the service and for taking delivery also. 3 stars for sales but 0 for service. I never suggest Mahindra to any of my friends.

Sagar was very helpful in answering to the queries and patiently heard the customer and replies. He has been in touch from the day of booking the vehicle till the delivery. It was nice experience.

Its too bad driving. 36 minutes he doesnt reach yelahanka to yeshwanthpur rail station just 17 km. I missed train by for him. Its really too bad.

I had visited to check on XUV and experience was good. Prakash was able to provide clarity and details as required. Vinay had arranged for test drive as committed. Overall experience was good.

Not having capability to deliver the vehicle even after waiting for 10 weeks. Mr Dinesh n His Boss Prakash Sharma both are false commiters. Talks nicely while booking... My question is when you dont have capability to achive the target why you taking bookings?will not recemend this showroom even for my enemies. Waste of time visiting and booking. Mr Sharma tells nice stories... I have sent email... For fast action... Who wants your story Mr Sharma... We need result not story... The location is accessible. I went to check out the XUV 300, W6, AMT diesel variant, when I asked the representative to explain the features it had, he told it will have nothing.. and he promoted W8 variant. He spoke completely negative about the W6 variant. And when I asked for the test drive he said, the vehicle is not available I will call you tomorrow and get the vehicle to door step for trial. But he didn’t bother to ask the number. I silently left the showroom and was heading to my bike then he came and asked for number.. but it’s been more then a week there is no update from these guys.. looks like they lack professionalism. What if I buy a car here, I think I should be struggling to get services with them!!

For the first time in my life I experienced this in an automobile showroom where there was none to attend a customer when we entered, after a few minutes one strolled towards me and asked/told “Yes Sir” and updated me saying there is a meeting happening (at 12:30 PM) hence there was none to assist.Enquired about Thar for which they did not have either a display vehicle nor a Test Drive, or even time to assist further. Disappointedly drove towards India Garage and had an amazing experience😀Overall very poor experience, extremely small showroom with 1 each Scorpio, XUV and some Veritos models to display. Will not recommend this store even for enquiries!

On the highway location makes it more apt to handle issues like free space for test driving, revving and brake checking. Showroom is very well laid out and accomodates very courteous membrrs like Dinesh Raval and Prakash Sharma ! Worst store Experience. Visited store to check about XUV and no reprentatives were interested to attend customer. Waited for sometime and left the store. Looks like the store is not interested in making business and are least bothered to attend customers.These guys need to be trained or better close the shop. I see majority of the reviews are very similar to mine. Good that I walked out and will never walkin back to this place.

Went with a Happy mood to TestDrive & Same day book The Thar2020. Through online TestDriveBooking, I recd. call a call from showroom executive. I reached at 16:30 instead of 16:00, at first there was no one to take care or nobody bothered even if a Customer walked in, anyways on calling, an excutive came & simply denied for having any Thar mode to TestDrive, then i showed the contact no. Of another executive with whom i had an interaction. Then This one told to wait as another one was on way back. Everything OK till now, then finally, our intouch executive came with our dreamCarThar. We excitedly went to car and asked for a TestDrive to which again we were denied for a TestDrive due to some internal logistics arrangement within showrooms. And literally there was no interest shown by the representative in explaining the vehicle, infact we were told that TestVehicle will go to Another showroom and theres no key available, however, in front of our eyes they just shifted the vehicle to their godown. Chapter Close and executive simply told us to come another day. We felt very humiliated.So, with all this we have simply postponed our plan so that we can go to our hometown and book the vehicle there instead of dealing with these lethargic indecent & insincere people.If someone from Mahindra Sales team is reading this review, dear Sir, you just lost a potential booking for the time being.

Pls check the bill and ask them to explain everything before paying ..I found unnecessary huge labour charges mentioned in the bill for my car service without any explanation untill I ask for it ..Anyone will have a second thought to leave the car for service at the showroom after facing this ..

The sales guy Deepak was explaining each and every details. I felt he is very genuine and open. Also also his manager was also very good in answering different questions that I had. got a good offer from them because I was also comparing the quotes that I received from multiple dealers. I have purchased Mahindra XUV 300 (W8 Diesel ) in December 2019 from Sireesh Auto Yellahanka and would like to share my experience. Right from the day I visited the showroom till the delivery, I had a very good experience with the Mahindra . MR. VINAY GV who was the Sales Executive was very supportive and was very professional in dealing the entire process. I got a detailed explanation of all the variants /price break up / discounts on first day of visit. I have also exchanged my old car Santro and got a pretty good deal. I got the delivery on January 5th 2020 (within 15 days as per my requirement). Vinay made sure all the processes like Loan, Accessories installments and other RTO documentations, invoicing were and taken care before the delivery. This entire process was hassle free. He was very responsive in providing the guidance and support for various clarifications and doubts during each step. The team also arranged for a detailed demo on the XUV 300 which I have scheduled a week after delivery. The executive was awesome and took an hour to explain each and every detail of the car. Kudos ! I would thank each department for their service and effort especially VINAY GV. Overall amazing experience and definitely recommend Sireesh Auto. Thank you !

Irresponsible company

I really appreciate the sales team. They are amazing, very responsive and open. They keep customer informed about everything. Mr. Deepak is amazing sales person there. Fully committed and very helpful. Understand customers sentiment well. Little disappointed withwExchange team. Very Bad they are cheater. They false. XUV 3OO VEHICAL quality is not good for driven. Clutch quality is not good and if you drive 4400 KM clutch will damages and not work. For clutch replacement they will charge 27000 Rs/- very bad

First of all ShowRoom is well Maintained and has a nice atmosphere in it , well as far my taught I wished they had more spacious space to Exhibit more cars in there it was like they stuffed cars due to lack of space . Coming to staff they are knowledgeable they will clarify any doubt about the car and other registration stuff and polite too like any other showroom ....

Very expensive for minor

A good showroom with good staff in Yelahanka. Easy to find as it is on service road towards hyderabad. You can enjoy coffee here as CCD is very neat to this showroom. Perfect location for test drive. If you are planning to add a Mahindra stuff in your life ...and you are in north bangalore than this one is very accessible and simple to reach.enoough parking place. They provide a good customer setisfaction. Not sure that they provide pick n drop also!

Unable to give anything less than one star. So giving one star.I had the worst customer support experience. It seems like folks in Sireesh Auto are not interested in customers.I was looking for Mahindra E2o Plus and reached out to Sireesh Auto customer care, the representative took my details and said a sales representative will reach out to me in few minutes. I waited for a whole day, but no one reached out. The next day I again reached out to the customer care and got the very same response that sales representative will reached out to me in few mins. Again I waited for a day and still no one reached out. I tried reaching out to customer care for the third time and it turned out exactly similar to earlier two attempts.Since the sales representative never reached out to me. Yesterday I decided to go to the showroom directly to enquire about E2o plus and called the customer care to confirm my nearest showroom and its operating hours. It was around 4 o clock on the evening and I specifically inquired if the Yelahanka showroom (which was the nearest location) would be open if I reach there around 5 PM. The representative confirmed that it would be open. I traveled for nearly 40 mins and reached the showroom, to know that no one is there. Only the security was available any they said none of the sales representative are available.It has been a really frustrating experience.

Was looking forward suitable family car. Had booked Ertiga 2018, Due to delay in delivery visited Sireesh auto in yelahanka. Everything went on so smoothly that we ended up buying XUV500 W7. The executive named Deepak Gowda was extremely courteous and took us through the whole process very easily. Thank you Deepak.and Sireesh auto for helping me choose a wonderful vehicle. 😊

Absolute jokers... I visited them 3 weeks ago about buying a new KUV and selling my old car, the rep for buy back was supposed to call me back next day with a quote for my car. He didn’t bother to. And even though I had told them clearly that I wanted a rough idea about price for my car before I discuss incentives for KUV, the sales guy called me in 3 days to discuss KUV prices. I reminded him again to get the buy back guy to call me. Since then no interest from them at all. Today I went back to check, there were like 10 sales guys sitting and chatting, someone greeted me but she was least bothered about solving my problem, more about following process...asking me 6-7 questions... I walked out and will never go back. I probably will not consider a Mahindra anymore I feel... I have enough options and I’ll spend my hard earned lakhs of rupees where someone will treat me more courteously!

Visited the show room to purchase xuv 500. One of the executive showed his attitude after booking the vehicle because of his arrogant behaviour i have cancelled the deal. Please do not believe their false promises and waste your time. I suggest India Garrage for better deals and supportive staff.
