Uninterested staff with a very small selection on display. We went there on a Saturday afternoon to find just a baleno, s-cross and ciaz on display. No other cars were there. No one attended to us even though the showroom wasnt crowded. On asking for a test drive, the sales person took a lot of time and finally wasnt able to arrange it. All in all a disappointing experience from a Nexa showroom.

He was very honest and realistic which tilted our decision in favour of Maruti. Actually its a exclusive NEXA showroom & exclusive NEXA service center, but handling ordinary Maruti vehicles as well (Maruti Arena) and their numbers are more compare to NEXA and even no importance as well, so guys if you have premium Maruti NEXA vehicles then avoid/ consider as least, since I had very bad experience.

We were there taking delivery of Baleno for a friend. Staff is well mannered, Nexa experience is definitely an ugrade from regular Maruti dealership. But then there were limited accessories options and things like mat and seat covers had a few standard versions. Take it or leave it sort. They should stock up more and give choices to customers. Time to move beyond just the premium showroom feel thing.Thumbs up to the staff though. Thanks!

The most awful services. Everything was so smooth, except the delivery, refund because of over payment and change in insurance plan. And all this three started gaining root only after I completed all the formalities from side and gave green go for the car. Am yet to get complete refund. Maruti was one of the first car in my family but I had real tough time dealing with their services and in a place like Bangalore.

Very good experience. All staff members are really helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Pratap for awesome coordination and on time delivery of my vehicle. I have seen he almost fights with true value team members to increase my old Alto K10 vehicle selling price which met my expectations. They also did provide leather steering cover what I didn’t ask, by default it was added in car cost, mainly free teflon coating. I did purchase seat cover from them, quality is superb. These guys are cheats.They put unnecessary charges.They charged me for fumigation INR 900. When I got done full interior 3M cleaning INR 1500 approx, then what was the need to do fumigation.Seems like Maruti Service Centers are recovering Covid business losses from customers. They have increased so many unwanted charges. My usual bill used to be INR 8k-9k since 10 yrs. This time the bill has shot upto 12k. Labor charges have gone up. Also interior cleaning was not so great as claimed to be done by 3M. Further the under hood cleaning wasnt fully done. Oil stains, dust remains all across. No cleaning done on engine area. All dirty. They told free wheel alignment and balancing. But they didnt put or replace any weights. How can there be no change in weights after 18 months from previous service?Dont go to this place.

Absolutely loved this place. Huge showroom with great interiors and lighting. They had fun games to play like throwing rings and mini golf to keep busy while we wait for someone to attend to us. We were offered coffee, tea and cool drinks. I had called ahead and requested for test drive. The vehicle was ready and we were able to test drive without any hassles. I personally have a very good experience with the showroom. I contacted them via call, and then they followed up pretty well. I would recommend Mr. Karthik b, who was our point of contact for the whole time.They scheduled test drives for multiple cars at Whitefield, which is far from their showroom. Also everything related to car versions and engine details were shared correctly to us, for making an aware choice for a car.The experience was awesome that led us to buy a car with them. Good job guys!

Absolutely loved this place. Huge showroom with great interiors and lighting. They had fun games to play like throwing rings and mini golf to keep busy while we wait for someone to attend to us. We were offered coffee, tea and cool drinks. I had called ahead and requested for test drive. The vehicle was ready and we were able to test drive without any hassles. The sales executive Mr. Goutham even insisted and let my wife and my brother to try driving the car after I finished. Really a grand experience. Dont think a lot of places try to provide you with an experience like Pratham Nexa rather than just try to sell their cars.
