The worst experience we had...My friend purchased Nexon just couple of days ago (after chasing them for 6+ months), which is another story. And to the surprise, from what it looks like body area in boot is kinda damaged and repainted. He reached out to dealership and they said it will be repaired - unacceptable. After all its a new car.More than this, overall response which we received was pretty bad. You keep on calling and people dont pick the call.One should avoid this place and look for other options - like Prerana Motors.

Not a good experience as the technicians are not helpful. Service is not good at all. Tata motors should improve the quality of service provided to its customers. I went 3 times to the service station and the the technicians are not ready to listen to the problems faced by the customers. What ever you say they have a generic answer its like that only sir, there is no issue with your vehicle. I am not at all satisfied with the services.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TATA NEXON XM(S) 2020 BS6.It got broken down within 8 months and had to be towed to the showroom after one hour of waiting period, due to some ECU issues.The showroom technicians are not ready to disclose what lead to the breakdown.  No one was even bothered to escalate the issue to Tata until I raised my concern regarding it. It took 4 working days to get the issue escalated

Best place for getting a TATA car, they are very attentive and very caring. Worth visiting the place. Also they are truly vocal for local.

The first impression of the place and store is very appealing, Staff was sincerely helping us to see the features of various models. Lets start with a positive note.We got the vehicle on time. The person in charge is very friendly. After sales service meeting is scheduled, so I am expecting the same level of quality. The delivery of vehicle was done very professionally by their driver. We felt good.

It was nice experience with Kropex Tata Motors.I got my Altroz delivered within 8 weeks.Initially I have ordered XZ version, later upgraded to XZ+ due to digital instrument cluster discontinued in lower versions from the time I placed my order. This is really a disappointment from Tata Motors.Sales executive Adarsh helped to get everything done on time from the day of placing the order till the delivery.

Overall the experience with Tata motors was good. Our sales executive was Jayant, he was very supportive and gave maximum possible information about the car. We bought an Altroz XZ which with the support of Jayant got it within 10 days. I would definitely suggest Tata motors and also if possible contact Jayant for any cars related support.

If you want any kind of decent pre-sales or post-sales service, please dont go even with in 100mtr of Kropex. Once you buy a car from Kropex, you alone are responsible for your high BP.5 Stars to the vehicles though. I am owner of Tata Nexon XZA+(s) and absolutely no issues with Tata Nexon or Tata Motors.Kropex Auto is another matter altogether.They didnt reveal all the available offers and I overpaid for the car. The delivery was delayed way beyond promised timelines, yet there was no communication or response to my calls (they couldnt control the manufacturing process but at least they could have made it a point to inform and/or be apologetic about the delay).No person from Kropex ever tries for any kind of customer satisfaction. The sole agenda seems to be squeezing out money from car buyers and leaving them high and dry. On some levels it feels like dealing with a quintessential unhelpful government office.Maybe others have had a better experience at Kropex, but I would advise all my friends/relatives/acquaintances to stay away from Kropex.

I got my Tata Safari XZA+ white delivered today. It was a wonderful experience with Kropex Tata Motors from day 1. Mr. Pradeep was a very responsive and experienced representative who helped and guided me at each and every step. My loan was approved within a week because of Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Arun from SBI. I got the car delivered in less than a month from booking time. I would definitely recommend Kropex Motors and Mr. Pradeep as sales representative to anyone who wants to purchase a Tata vehicle.

Staffs are friendly, they offered us tea and water. We were looking for a gray coloured Altroz, but they didnt have a display car of gray colour. They took us to service center where they had one. Test drive too was good, we were taken to road that less traffic, I was able ride to ride in 4th gear. Booking process was also easy.

Worst service center for Tata. Never expected this kind of service. I have been giving my vehicle to prerna motor since the beginning but due to insurance limitation I gave my Nexon to Kropex Tata motors and totally dissatisfied with the service as well as the body Shop work. In fact I got back my car with an scratch. Now I have to followup on that and get it fixed killing time.

It was a very pleasant experience from booking date to delivery, pretty transparent process & communication throughout the process. I booked my Nexon in 2020 Sep and got it delivered in Jan 2021. Made changes during the booking period - variant change, Petrol to diesel, color green to white, delayed my delivery as I was out of town. But the sales manager Navneet was a huge support, and never said no to my request. Sharing this for people to know TATA customer experience skills have improved exponentially - not just sweet talk but real delivery. I was given the best deal, best discounts, on time delivery inspite of the change requests from my end. I was alloted the 1st diesel Nexon manufactured by Tata in 2021. Strongly recommend Kropex Auto @ Singasandra, Hosur Road and Navneet & Annapoorna from Sales team. Wish them both good luck.

Fraud..... Fraud...... Fraud.....Sales Executive and Team Leaders will do unnecessary committment to full fill the target, then there will be no response and service on the commitment they made. Post sales, the behaviour of employees are horrible especially from Navneet (an employee of Kropex Motors).Regarding this I spoke to General Manager Raghu as well, even this guy is avoiding our calls, no response from him even after 1 month. This is how they treat customer post sales. Many of my friends suggested to go for Key Motors in Kanakapura Road. I got cheated after going to Kropex Motors. Buyers please avoid this place, I got cheated on false promises provided by Navneet and and there no response from General Manager after escalating my issue to him. If we talk about promises made by them prior sales, no one cares about this.

Very poor experience with the delivery sales person named Chethan. His behaviour and support was worst. We had to keep following up and when we went for PDI, there was some damage on the dashboard. He acknowledged the defect but refused to change the vehicle or even offer any kind of solution. Later the customer service person got involved and we had to cancel our car since they said car cannot be changed, why would someone buy a damaged car?Very disappointed with the overall experience and in particular to the sales person Chethan. If you are planning to buy a TATA car, never go to this guy atleast.

Horrible experience. I handed over my Nexon to fix rattle and suspension noise, to be fixed under warranty. I paid for a wash as well. 24 hours later, when I went to collect the vehicle, no one from the service team was available for a test drive. Predictably, none of the issues were fixed. No one was there to check. It is service like this that is ruining Tatas reputation.Recommend everyone to avoid this place. Its just a waste of time.

This review is for service. I gave my vehicle on Thursday morning & was promised to get delivery on Friday. Friday evening received call my vehicle has some issues in gear box which causes vibration surprisingly I never faced any issues of vibration. Later informed washing also not done. Hence vehicle will be delivered on Monday morning bcz of weekend curfew. I am here right now on Monday 3:45 PM & still my vehicle is not ready. It’s the worst experience I ever got from any Tata service center. This much time just for general service imagine if vehicle comes here for any major repair work. Very bad experience. For sure my 1st & last visit.

I had been there for 1st free service along with that ordered few more accessories. They asked for 2 days for servicing, outside foam wash, inside vacume cleaning and to fix the accessories. I went there and they told my vehicle was ready to deliver. But if I see they have not done any cleaning. I had complained the same then they cleaned and delivered . I went there around 11AM and they delivered the vehicle by 3PM. In this Pandemic situation I had to wait there for 4 hrs.

Had a very smooth, simple, quick and comfortable delivery experience with Korpex Team. Mr. Sandeep, Sales Team Leader, was assigned and I must say he guided me very well. Cleared all doubts be it about payment/process/ vehicle. Got my vehicle within promised timeline and took care of every request. Went for my 1st servicing. Lots of vehicles, they dont take care of vehicles properly. Even after leaving my vehicle for more than 3 days, all my concerns are not met with.

After a long wait of 4 months I finally got my Nexon xx+ delivered yesterday. Annapurna and Navaneeth were always available on call and at the time of delivery were able to answer all my queries. Also, Navaneeth was able to get the discounts for me which I was looking for without much of a bargain. Thank you both

Went to buy a new car. The staff member attending to us was very helpful. Explained everything to us in great detail, including the differences between the different variants of a car and between different cars. Also gave a very clear and detailed picture of the car loan and EMIs. Since Tata had announced that they would be increasing the price of some models, she also explained the pros and cons of going with early booking and price protection. They allowed us a test drive, but since we didnt have our DLs, they didnt allow us to go to the main road. They took 3 days to allocate a car for the test drive, however. Also, the car we booked has a wait time of around 3 months. So our experience wasnt ideal, but it wasnt bad.EDIT: We got our car today finally, and our experience has grown bad to worse every step of the way. The saleswoman has been very nice to us, but the whole process was a big hassle. The HDFC loan people allocated in the showroom kept making us go round and round in circles. When the invoice was ready, it had the wrong customer name. The car allocated to us had paint chipped at places when we inspected it, so we talked to them, but they didnt fix it till today. Also, they didnt change the car on the day of the inspection because they said it wasnt a big deal and theyll fix it while cleaning the car. Their warehouse is a field, so theres no protection for your car from the sun and the rain while its in the warehouse and our car was there for a whole week. When we arrived today, the car was not ready and wasnt in the showroom for us to pick up. It arrived late and then we discovered that none of the accessories were installed. They said that the rain visor was not available and they had ordered the bumper protector but it wasnt here yet. It still doesnt have the number plate or the insurance either and the saleswoman said it was out of their hands, which we believe, but we should have been informed of that beforehand.

Very Bad experience.I had a mobile charger issue with my vehicle.This problem was not solved at all because the technical team themselves dont know how to rectify the issue.The staff here are rude and they will teach you how to talk with them.Really very bad experience.Charges are also on the higher side.Now I am thinking why did I purchase a TATA car. I spent nearly 2hrs here to get 2 small issues solved,still 1 is pending only.Authorised service centre being so pathetic is really astonishing. I feel TATA motors should look into this mater and help such customers like me resolve their issues.

After they merged with Concorde motors, Service quality experience here in this center has drastically gone down.I had my car serviced here after the covid lockdown and they have not taken care of anything whichever I have requested them to check...Even my car situation went from worse to worst after servicing..This servicing center is not at all recommended.

Tata Motors allotted me one vehicle but, Kropex allotted me display vehicle which was made in June whereas I booked vehicle in July20th. which was used in showroom by 1000s of people. Just because of this they didnt allow me to do PDI also. I dont know when this will broke down. I have sent email to tata motors, but no response at all.

Nexon is a great car but the sales person employed by Tata motors are pathetic. high time they look into and improve customer experience.

I have taken my Tata nexon delivery today( after completion of my long waiting on this model).The staff especially my sales supervisor Mr. Thimmesh was very helpful right from my day of booking, explained all the deatils about different variants and their prices updated me regularly about the car status. Alerted me about future hikes in price and helped me to commit my early booking. Overall my experience was good with service, but not providing even small complimentary goodies was little disoppointong. Way to go with my services and other accessories purchase. Hope they maintain the same in future too .

For the first time, I had given my Tiago at Kropex as it is more near to my home now. My opinion is, they are sensitive to increase in cost. They price accordingly. My bill total servicing bill was quite affordable and people are nice as they helped me to get petrol as my fuel tank was empty.They are customer-friendly and I strongly recommend Kropex Motors. Mr. Arvind was incharge supervisor of my job card. He handled the entire process quite smoothly. Mr. Kamrul helped with minor work. There were few more whose names I do not know who helped in the entire process.

Cant say much few people are nice to you and few are still selling and servicing cars for taxi drivers and they dont have differences between buyers come there for buying indica or safari. In case you come along people who are nice will get good service.

I brought a tigor here. The deal was competitive compared to other Tata showrooms, the delivery was on the promised time. There were hiccups on delivery date but have solved them. Thanks to sales executive Anand and team for all the support. They need to still improve at delivering better customer experience. Just that I finalized only to go for a Tata, I had to stick. This is the case with KHT motors as well. It was all a rush to send us off from showroom. Needs improvement.

I always wished to own a Tata Nexon ever since its launch in the year 2017. It was only in 2020 when the facelift variant was launched, I finally decided to book one. With this in mind I approached one of the popular Tata Motor dealers near the Whitefield area which was very close to my place and booked the XMA(S) version in the first week of October 2020. Though the standard waiting period was 8 weeks, the dealer assured me of the delivery in 5 weeks at the time of booking. However even after waiting for 12 weeks and doing numerous follow ups, there was absolutely no update from the dealer on delivery of my vehicle. Disappointed and frustrated, I started exploring about other popular sub compact SUVs. But somewhere in my heart I knew owning any SUV other than Nexon will never give me a sense of satisfaction. Thats when I decided to give one more try with a different dealer this time. I cancelled my existing booking with the previous dealer and rebooked a XZA+(S) variant with Kropex Motors. Mr. Thimmesh from Kropex Motors was allotted as the Sales Consultant and he coordinated right from the booking to the delivery. The process was extremely smooth and professionally handled. At each step, regular updates were provided by Mr. Thimmesh to keep me informed about the status of my booking. In fact the delivery of my vehicle was arranged within 6 weeks of booking. I would really like to thank Kropex Motors and Mr. Thimmesh in particular for arranging the delivery and restoring my faith in Tata Motors.

Never ever trust on Kropex. Worst guys i have ever met, they picked up vehicle and post that when tried reaching them about update next day then the service advisor was too rude and highly unprofessional. Also I tried contacting Roopa who is CRM over there but she is also not coming on call. All of a sudden they have sent my vehicle back with doing anything and denied to do service. Worst experience ever.

Not that great , went to take delivery of my vehicle but the whole delivery process was very unprofessional..vehicle was not polished properly and there was no proper handover of vehicle ..it was just done in a hurry tht too in the basement service place. Overall not happy.made me feel very unprofessional.

SA Pradeep was available always to answer my queries. Happy with the hassle free experience.

Good sales people and serive also too good compared with others.

Booked Nexon XMA on 21st of March and at that time we were Assured a delivery within 11 weeks.Before booking we got many calls from dealer for booking and after that there was no single call upfront.We were told many dates like first they mentioned may end,June 1st week,June last week and July 1st week now it is 21st july and neither the dealer nor Tata motors have any update.Everytime we ask dealer they have no updates and no final date about deivery.Pathetic service. They also dont deserve 1 star.

Money centric, not customer friendly. I have taken my Tiago without detailed PDI because they couldnt arrange before delivery date. Even during delivery they havent explained guidelines and not handover properly as they were in hurry for lunch break. I tolerated all this for TATA product but this dealer gives worst experience.I couldnt even negotiate for free floor mat from this Dealer as I paid Booking amount. I suggest to choose alternative dealer unless you have no option.

Service center was good. Mr tulsi took good care of my new tata safari.

Very good responds as per the 1st servicing. Also whenever there is an issue the service person (Prashanth) responds really well and ready to fix the issue.

Best service for tata car purchase It was really good experience with Kropex team for my nexon booking ,specially Mr.sonu and Mr. Anand was very supportive, he tried to provide me all options for getting me new Nexon before committed time ,unfortunately i had to cancel my booking with personal reason he helped me to get my refund amount within 2 days

Absolutely Terrible service !!We have booked nexon in the month of February and till now it’s is not alloted or billed!!The sales executive is useless and manager alsoThey don’t respond to the texts or give callbacks !!While other dealers are providing vehicle in the stipulated timeline that is 6-10 weeksThese ppl are just not botheredShow some professionalism to your customers!!!Horrible experience seriously, if we had know this is kind of service we will given we would have never opted for Kropex!!Pls beware!!!
