One of the worst experience with Kalyani motors Hormavu branch today.They have charged RS 3000 for nothing.inside the car,was not cleaned, vacuumed, dashboard, ac duct, nothing .please find the photos attached for reference.They have removed all the 4 wheel caps and not fixed it back to the wheels,reason being they were scared it would break while fixing,and they wanted me to fix them myself.

The worst service ever!! Spent 11k on my car service and my spark plug was not changed. It was burnt because of which i could nt drive properly. After service I have gone the service centre more than 10 times to fix my window. Then they say that they need to fix the mechanism of the window for all the doors.. I am wondering why i spent 11k

I wanted to book a hibrid car at Kalyan motors in Bangalore Hormavu, went in contacted the reception and he asked me to sit, sitting for over may be 5-7 minutes, no soul turned up to enquire, before sales this is the service your company is providing, how about after sales. Its very disgusting to enter a showroom of this kind.

Do not trust Kalyani Motors at Horamavu Road, Bangalore. They will scam you in Insurance. I had experience where they cancelled Insurance which covers many addons and cover again new policy with No addons. If you purchase Car then there is no insurance covered to your vehicle. Please opt for different Maruti Showroom.

This is regarding service at kalyani motors horamavu.I gave my car for the first service but disappoint with time duration they are taking. Its been 8th days today but still they have not cleared my insurance claim.There was a small damage in my car for that i opted for insurance. They said it will take 2-3 days for approval. And within 10 days car will be ready. I aggreed for that. So far no insurance approval. And no possitive response from service representative.Not sure if this is a normal scenario for all or just with me. If the insurance company (bharti axa) is delaying for approval for every customer why cant kalyani motors stop selling their insurance product.I am just worrying about future service if this is case. Now its just first service.I hope this review help kalyani motors to improve its service process. Thank you.

Very bad experience. They promised us a car with a color of our choice. we made the token advance on the same day and started loan processing. In next 2 days we also provided them a cheque for the down payment amount. After all this process they told that the color we asked for is not available and they will give us some other color. It was a pure waste of time and energy. We wanted a car at the earliest for personal reasons. Because of their negligence we wasted our time. Instead we could have checked elsewhere.
