I bought tvs apache 160 4v, even after three weeks registration has not done. My first service also over. Don’t know whether I will get registration or not. Every day I am paying to police when they caught.

Dont buy any vehicle from this showroom. They delay the registration of vehicle for six to eight months not paying to RTO on time and will never give you high security number plate. High security number plate is crucial and would result in hefty fine if not available.I bouth Ntorq in Feb 2020, got the RC in Jan 2021. High security number plate is still not available. They do not respond to phone calls.

Its a wonderful experience being in that showrooms, they provide an good service and they respond immediately to our queries.And I thank those staff members for helping me out.

The showroom sales staff is bit on the ignorant side and not so interested in attending to customer queries. I went to query for a bike and the staff was like this is your quote thank you. Not interested to tell me when can I get the bike, not answering my questions properly.

I have purchased the TVS NTROQ vehicle on 6th October 2019 till today I have not received any response and updates from TVS show in madiwala INDIAN MOTERS Banglore I have visit the SHOWROOM more than 10 times no one is responding and caring for after sales. HSRP NUMBER PLATE IS STILL PENDING even after collecting charges, Manager is the one of the worst and NOT AT ALL all responding. No road tax has been provided no Vehicle number provided for all the concern we will have to go show room.

Dont buy vehicle from here. If you want to get registration number plate look for other showroom. Its been more than 135 days and I have not received my bikes RTO registration number.The showroom people will take the money and keep with them and not apply in RTO for Registration. THEY ARE NUMBER 1 FRAUD cheating customers and RTO. I regret myself for buying from this showroom.I have filed complaint in consumer court and TVS customer care.

I purchased Jupiter ZX on 1st Oct 2019 from this showroom including all Accessories but few of them was not installed since it was not available in showroom.Later I was chasing them everyday for 2 weeks to get that installed.They Provided the Temporary number for bike and told me that will get RC number in 10-20 days. Now Its been 40 Days still no clue of any number.Again I am chasing them from continuously 2 weeks I am listening its process and within 2 days you will get number but nothing is happening.Staff is nice but With respect to processing your bike you will get frustrated of there excuses.Please go through other reviews you all will get fair idea how much time they will take to process your number RC BOOK, NUMBER PLATE, ACCESSORIES.I SUGGEST YOU ALL PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE BIKE FROM THIS SHOWROOM.

As aptly called, it is really a show room only as the salesmen are behaving like bosses and a customer like me felt as though I went there seeking some sort of arms. I regretmy decision to go there.They are there only to show and not for sale. Also there is no parking place at all. Thoroughly an unsuitable place for a 2 wheeler show room.

Did not find it very exciting.The sales girls were just dummy pieces, dont know anything about automobiles.If you want to buy 2 wheelers based on technical specifications, then better go some where else.

We need to prove the agents, on getting info on vehicles. Better to buy where there is service center also.. as this is only show room, not much gaurantee on after sales..there own service center not good, twice I had bad experience while getting services.even informing the .manager of service center did not get response .other showroom provide good pickup/drop service .

Worst experience!! Bought my bike 2 months before and still Ive to follow up so many times for RTO registration. Staff do not bother to pick up the call or provide you correct information.Also, they dont mention their GST number on bills which is illegal.

Dont buy your vehicle in here.... if you ready to fight for your RC book and number plate with them then purchase here....First theyll tell within 21 days number and rc book will come after 21 days they start to tell stories... they issued my number plate after 70days that also after daily fight and raising complaints.... i suffered more because of them still theyre not yet provided my rc book for this also again theyre starting to telling the stories...Better my suggestion is please buy in some other showrooms dont suffer like me...

Worst decision to buy Jupiter grande from this store. Buy from any store in Bangalore but dont buy from this showroom.I am saying this because of following reason- They will charge you for all the accessories but they wont provide you. They charge me for mate, seat cover but didnt provide it, not even provided with tool kit- Speed meter of Jupiter was not working even on day of buying.- With I a week headlight of scooter stop workingNo assistance will be provided to you.

Worst showroom.They will make you wait for 2 months for registration of the vehicle.I think they are just holding everyones bike registration so they can get interest on the already collected registration money from customers.Everything, we have to followup and nothing will be done correctly.They promise that RC card will be delivered home or they will get it for us. When you go to take it, you will be asked to pay some money to take RC card. If you dont agree, they will say tell that they will give the RC card back to RTO and collect it from there.Manager Venkat Reddy is an A-class fraud guy.
