Worst showroom I buyed NTORQ before 3 months ago I didt got number plate and rc card worst experience they r not pickuping my calls from last 5 days

Very very worst service, I have purchased TVS XL 100 close to two years back still I have not received RC card for my vehicle. If we call to the showroom very careless answer and not picking the phone.Customers please dont prefer this show room then ull get suffered.

Worst service. Given new TVS Jupiter for service. They just washed and given, washing also not proper. Over that, stupid people taken vehicle outside ride of 4km. Break sounds also not addressed. Such a pathetic service centre.

And also registered an FIR against the company.. Even today when I visited the showroom the executive named pooja is abusing in bad words. Threatening me in very bad words. I clearly told them let this issue be resolved in the court. Even the owner is not responding properly., owner is saying go to court it will take 10 yeras to resolve till that I cannot give u number plate.

Hi everyone Good morning,I had brought a TVS Apache RTR 160, way back last year on 20.11.2020. The sale however was smooth with small glitches that usually follow, which I would also take it as part of the sale package.I had declared my company GST details well before the billing, and the same has been reflected on the Invoice too.But, the agency has failed to file and remit the GST collected from me on the GST portal yet. Several calls to the showroom owner Mr. Venkata Reddy has fallen into deaf ears, and even my personal visits have yielded no beneficial results.I am unable to claim the ITC of the sale.The agency has not mentioned the official email for any communication in this regard too, which forces me to put out my hardship here on this platform.Very poor after sales service meted to me in this transaction.Please take note of it.

I took vehicle on June still now I have not received my registered number for my vechicle and Venkat reddy gave me fake no ka01jk 5421 last one month back which no is not registered on my name I was not knowing about it last few days back police catched me that time I came to know its fake no . Dont purchase any vechicle here Venkat reddy is fraud person still now have not received road tax 5 months over bs6 classic vechicle pls take required action on this showroom he is cheating customers

Worst service ever. We bought the vehicle TVS Apache RTR 200 4v BS6 in the month of Feb 2020 and till date we havent recived the Registration number and RC book. When we contacted the showroom personnel, they redirected me to their manager Venkat Reddy, who is one of most irresponsible person, he never responds to my calls and last he messaged on Jun stating that we will receive the number within a week.Now he is neither responding to the calls nor to the messages.We are really tired of this.If anyone is planning to purchase a vehicle from this showroom, please dont.

It has been 5 months since I took a tvs ntorq. But till now I havent received the registration. Very poor service. When ever I call them they are asking for 15days. When I took they told with in 2 days they will get the registration done. But till now I havent received.

I bought Ntorq race edition BS6 version. I got the best price for this. I m really excited and happy from the service that I received from Mansoor. It is my first bike and I am happy that I bought it from here. ✌✌🙂🙂

They are not doing good service and simply wash bike from outer part and change oil even they are opening chain box I will suggest you better go outside you can save money

I want to give them ZERO but there is no option. They do not value their customers after sales. They make false promises at the time of purchase and then deny it afterwards. Sadly I bought my two wheeler from them. At the time of purchase they told me that they will give me IND number plate but after one month when I asked them after getting my vehicle number they simply declined. I should have never trust their oral promise instead I should have it in written. For such a small thing I have to face so much embarrassment. Again I would say if you cannot deliver then dont commit.

Worst Experience, doesnt care Customers. It took 3 months post delivery to get Vehicle number with regular follow ups on daily basis. Still struggling to get RC. Dealer doesnt pick the calls. Staff has no clue without manager, he wont be available most of the time. Such a worst experience. You can find best dealers, plzz dont compromise.

This is too bringing to notice that I have purchased the TVS NTROQ vehicle on 6th October 2019 till today I have not received any response and updates from TVS show in madiwala INDIAN MOTERS Banglore I have visit the SHOWROOM more than 10 times no one is responding and caring for after sales.Manager is the one of the worst and NOT AT ALL all responding.No road tax has been provided no Vehicle number provided for all the concern we will have to go show room.

Worst service by the showroom manager. Issue with the RC it’s been 7 months neither RTO is refusing to provide my RC due to the showroom manager negligence he is not paying the money to the government though I have paid while booking my Scooty. Manager is refusing to take calls as well as not ready to take action on this and the people are saying he was not there and has gone for the meeting. This makes people not to suggest any one to go with TVS. In the same year we have purchased another vehicle from Yamaha where the service was quite good not like the TVS motors and here people are not ready to understand the issue. If this is not getting resolved I will be registering the complaint of TVS showroom Madiwala.

Worst service center and showroom people too.They made delay in providing the bike registration number and very bad worst service centre in front of me only one of the boy made my bike to fell down and they have made one Scratch on kick starter. They didnt even clean the bike properly and didnt do taflon coating too. Again after shouting they did taflon coating and re washed again. But still I faced the scratch on my kick starter.They wont handle bikes properly very harshly they will handle.Overall very bad service.I dont recommend.

Bad service center in Bangalore .no people Technicians

First of all I request Google to keep negative rating or atleast zero star.If you want your bike to be in good condition stay away from this service centre.They are running the service centre without knowing the actual meaning of the service.I had given my bike for first service due to break issue.Inspite of telling it so many times they still couldnt fix the problem. Rather than fixing the problem they created more problems. After the service my bike started making more noise.

Good Response from Manager. Same needs to be Guided and trained for staffs... So that Customer Satisfaction can be increased.

Not a good experience , in first service they created self start problem in second service they dashed the vehicle to a side wall which spoiled my clutch handle bar. When I ask they replaced the handle bar but it is shorter than the original. Not at all satisfied.Generally we go for service center to resolve the problems... But here they are creating new problems... That is something special here.

NEW VEHICLE STARTING PROBLEM EVERY DAY NOT SOLVED EVEN AFTER 10 SERVICES WITH IN 1 MONTH.Multiple (around 10 time in a month) servicing has been carried out. However, the starting problem remains. Inspite of using choke & Kicker vehicle does not start during morning. It takes 10 to 15 times with choke and self and more than 10 times if kicked.If the vehicle is not started for 2 days third day it will take 50 kicks to start and is very embarrassing to kick a new vehicle so many times.Vehicle Delivery Date: - 22 May 2018Vehicle type :- TVS JupiterWhen I goes on city specially in traffic if it is stopped by some reason then it is not start with button .then there is only one way to start that is by kick start system. Also there is millage problem with my Jupiter.Its not usable for Ladies.We have another TVS & Honda Scooty which is 4-5 yrs old but starts without any problem. I am not happy with TVS Vehicle, service and attitude.I am planning to register a complaint in consumer court.

Employees are cheaters.they changed my bike parts with older parts.Dont go there for service.their main target is to increase the payment in free sevices, per suppose if u have any issue after service, nobody will help.

Worst service center i have seen in my life. Always problem comes in my bike (Apache 160 rtr) after servicing.Dont know whether they are doing bike servicing or just washing out vehicle so that it can look clean and they can tell to customer we have done your servicing.Many times i have been told them this is a exact problem in my bike but after that also they have not fixed it out.i have faced problem with my bike chain sprocket and disk plate because of their negligence. And finally i have decided not to go them and replace my faulty parts of my bike in some other service center.Never give your vehicle in Indian motors for servicing it wont work proper after they have done it.

Call them up for service, they tell another number like insurance ad ! It looks like service owner is different and sales owner is different ! there is no common thread. If are thinking the nearby Kubera motor is better... they are worse ! Going to neighbourhood mechanic , enough is enough !

Some of the staff seemed a little arrogant to the other customers who were asking them to fix some issue with their vehicle at the service station.But they offer good service and timely vehicle delivery.

I wish to give ZERO if there was an option. Bunch of unprofessional morons sitting in the sales office. They have no track of customers and vehicles. They have no mannerisms, No value for customers. Sad part is bought a 2 wheers from these folks. They have no customer delight commitment. The front office desk people are so rude on the phone. I was infomred that 1 Litre pertol is available in the vehicile. It did not even run for 1.5Km and stopped, I had to push the vehicle on my own for a KM. They did not even bother to infrom to fuel up at the time of delivery. When I called them to ask why did they do like this, they had very irresponsible behavior saying, its my responsibility to check. I highly do not recommend these people. I see a lot of negative reviews about these peoples servicing also. BEWARE!!!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Very poor service. I gave my bike for service on 20 July and received on 24 July. My bike had electric start issue. And they asked me to change battery. They could not identify the problem. Starter motor was not working. I gave it to local service and fixed myself. Indian TVS madiwala is with inelgible service engineers.

On January 29th I purchased TVS jupiter from Indian Motors Madiwala. Very bad experience .1. when they have given me the vehucle all the accessories were not there. There was not tool kit , delivery guy dint give any demo , I visited 3 time to get all accessories2. I got my road tax receipt after 1 and half month after many calls and visit to show room.Usually everyone give very next day of purchase .3. Even after one and half month I dint not get my vehicle registration number.Over all very bad experience .very much disappointed with way they treat customers

I have recently purchased TVS jupiter from Indian Motors Madiwala Bangalore. My experience is not very pleasant Below problem i faced1. I have done full payment in advance but when they have given me the scotty all the accessories were not there. I have to go three times in order to get my accessories. 2. The invoice that they have given me has wrong color of scotty, i have purchased grey but in bill they have mentioned as red, when i tell them to change they said it doesnt matter.If I am paying full amount i should get every thing proper. 3. They told me that warranty of vehicle is 5 years but they have not given me any document for that also

Showroom is in good place and you will get info on bikes as well other TVs two wheelers.But sometime they will not offer you test drive so its hard to take final discussion .

Very very bad service. I did the 2nd free service now my bike got too much heat so checked what happened I got big shock bcz fully dry engine oil. Bcz they are not fixed its bolt properly. I never go back to there.

Worse than the worst after sales experience.I had booked for a Apache RTR 200 4V (stock tyres) for 1st of January and made the payment.The delivery was delayed by a day for almost a week and i finally got the bike (pirelli tyres - that was probably for someone else) on 6th of Jan.In a city like Bengaluru we can expect the RTO papers and smart card (RC) in 30 to 45 days; but i have not yet received the RC or any RTO document.This resulted in almost a daily encounter with a traffic police for not have a number plate till now.Right from the day i bought my bike, the owner does not respond to my calls or texts.And for every other thing you have paid for, you would have to beg from this dealership.DO NOT BUY EVEN A SCREW FROM THESE GUYS, ELSE THEY WOULD MAKE SURE THAT EVERYDAY WITH YOUR BIKE IS A HORRIBLE DREAM.Best of luck Indian Motors!! #Jaago Grahak Jaago :P

They steal the petrol. You need to question them only then you atleast get 50% petrol filled back.If you planned to service it here give your vehicle with very less petrol filled and leave it for service.
