You can’t go wrong with Dakshin Honda. They have really good and courteous staff. I felt the car servicing is done very well. No extra charges and always completed in time. This is my go to place to service my car.

Went there to replace headlight bulb.No one attended for 10-15 minutes. I asked someone whether they will check headlight problem and I was asked to register car number at receptionist and she will assign a service person.Reception desk was empty. Receptionist was having chat with someone.After approaching three other persons they asked receptionist madam to attend me. Then she said wor cannot be done today and asked to bring the vehicle next day or the day after.Since I took my vehicle inside their compound I needed a gate pass to go out. Receptionist was again started talking to someone. I had to rise my voice to make her preparing the Gate Pass. Even after writing the pass it took 10 minutes to hand it over to me.I did not see such horrible attitude to customer in any other vehicle service centre.

When I visited first time to buy the car sales person Prem explained in detail and he was very good in follow up in getting my car. After sales he helped me to get Honda Connect activated. Now he has been transferred to another branch and I understand he left the organisation. For the last one month Honda Connect is not working and escalated in Honda but nobody is helping me. I reached out Mallesh the Manager. He told me to visit the branch and they will solve the problem. Waited at service center for more than two hours. Problem not sorted and he said another two days this issue will be solved. Service center not bothered and manager also not showed any interest. Finally I had to come back. Guys dont buy Honda Connect subscription it is waste of money. You will not get the service what you are looking for because most of the time it will not work.

Service has been below average and now going from bad to worse! Citing no water cleaning, their cleaning is ZERO! Got back the car after service that costed me 14k, but the car was full of dust and spots! Roadside shops will do much better....Waste of time!

This review is of the showroom as well as the service center. The showroom is pretty decent and the staff is cooperative, helpful and willing to assist.Talking about the service centre, the service manager is knowledgeable and helps us assist with the changes which are necessary. Unlink other service centers this service centre does not focus on increasing the billing amount but tries to get work work done at the minimum possible cost.

While fixing the fixing Color damage, they made color damage at one more place. Advise to everyone, avoid this 3rd grade Dakshin Honda.

It was a nice experience buying our Honda City from Dakshin Honda at Hosur Road. The sales person (Naveen) spent good amount of time showing us multiple options across different variant, explained the features and benefits and also giving honest input on what is must to have and what not. We have seen the car in other showrooms also, but finally decided to go ahead and book from this Dakshin Honda as it was a great end to end experience.

She never declined any request and patiently answered all my questions and even let me take test drive with not one two but three times. This is one of the worst authorised service station for Honda cars. I had given my Honda City car for service and some repairs. I did not have any complaints on the electrically adjustable OVRM switches. However, after keeping the car for two days I get a bill with recommendation that the electric switches are weak. I had opted for drop off service and hence had enquired with the service manager (Veerendra) about this. He dismissed it without any reason. Unfortunately when I got my car back the switches were broken. I had expressed my agony during the feedback call and the customer service person said they would get back. However, its been more than one week and there is no call back to address the issue. This is it. I am never going back to this service station.

Wanted to share my worst experiance on my recent Car service with Dakshin Honda Bangalore service station.I left my Honda City for body work ( fender tinkering) and to change one of the part in the fuel system.I got frustrated due to below issues faced.1.The car service took more than 3 weeks and I had to follow up with multiple people almost on a daily basis to get my car service done.2. My IGO navigation SD card was missing when I checked the car after delivery. I had given it with SD card for last 4 to 5 times without any issues with other service stations3. Did not receive any candid response on what was happening, I was kept in dark just by telling that they have ordered the part and it is taking time to get it.4. Bill amount came up to 21 K for service and 3.5 K for body repair even thought I had bumper to bumper insurance. I cant comment what was included what was excluded, as I am not expert in that area but I felt that the bill was way too high.6. Absolutely no coordination within their own teams. I was asked to come and pick the car on a Sunday and after clearing the bills came to know that there was no. Clearance from body shop team. I spent INR 1000 as to and fro can fare. Manager told me that it will be compensated in other means but till date still waiting for that to happen...☹️6. Post service I observed that the coolent was not even up to middle mark... So not sure if justice is done to the service cost of 21 K7. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the service quality.I will never get my vehicle serviced again in Dakshin Honda, nor recommend anyone to do so.Please think twise if you want your vehicle to get serviced in Dakshin honda Bangalore.

Hi Team, yesterday I had very bad experience with your associates, the sales person was very arrogant, when we took testdrive of all new Amaze 2021 from Dakshin Honda Ecity, Sales person Naveen didnt explained a single spec details about the new AMAZE untill unless we enquired about each things. I recently bought a car at this dealership. In-spite of so many bad review, I had to choose this dealer because i was living close-by and its purely convenience.Buying a car is not buying grocery- we don’t buy car every month or every year. Sales team should show some basic respect for customer emotions and ensure a peaceful and pleasant delivery experience. Sales representative assigned to me at Dakshin honda Hosur road was pathetic and arrogant. Me and my wife literally want to cancel our order and walk away but then i cant buy a Honda at a maruthi or hundai dealership, so had to live with it. After reading the old reviews we were in any case was not expecting much from the dealership, but still it was a kill.I will not blame the sales staff, but will blame the leadership at Dakshin for irresponsible management and Bad recruiting. You cant cut conners with your sales staffing. Honda is a great brand and Dakshin is a Shame.I generally don’t write reviews but after 4 cars and dealing with many dealers for buying and servicing, i thought i should share my learning with car dealers.1. Don’t be shy, DEMAND for the senior Sales representative. Find out how many years experience he/she has and deal only with seniors. The only best chance for a reasonable service.2. Do your home work- read on internet, youtube. Sales teams are too busy to explain customers. Web has lot more information than what sales team can tell you.3. If you escalate i am sure some senior will try to fix it, but it doesn’t compensate for the stress you have to go through and sad buying experience. If the experience is bad, don’t hesitate to express on reviews and feedback calls. Sales team will request for a higher rating and put a sorry face, but do not get carried away. It’s important we share a true feedback.4. First free service- OMG. I am 100% sure they do not pay attention to any of the checklist items from HONDA, they take it for granted and assume everything will be ok in new car. Unless you call out any specific issue they wont check. First service is just a water wash. Let’s educate ourself on what needs to be inspected and quiz the service team and spend time and visually inspect if they have followed the procedure.5. Under body coating for new cars. Please instruct and if possible be there to make sure they clean the bottom of the car before they apply the 3m coating. In most cases they do not clean the bottom of the car properly before applying the 3m coating.Every dealership is equally sad, let’s educate ourself and live with it.

Went there with hard clutch, transmission and steering calibration issues at 50k mark for ivtec petrol. Happy to say all problems were addressed in one go. Car drives like breeze now. Mechanical problems getting addressed like this is a huge relief and shows quality at Dakshin and Honda.

I had given my car for regular servicing as I was in Bengaluru for few months. The reason of selecting Dakshin Honda was due to their high review scores.However, my experience have been very disappointing.Firstly, they took booking for vehicle pick up and did not show up. Post service reverse camera alignment was altered with and it has now become useless. Despite writing feedback to them and following up with service engineer Dinesh, there was no remedial action taken.

Little Disappointed visiting this place as I do remember back in 200* the honda showrooms were supposed to be most welcoming showrooms when compared to other brands but this one was no way even closer. The sales man was highly disinterested in sharing any info about the car and himself told that no one buys this car these days as every one is going for SUV which is in the same price segment...that was really strange as yourself are not promoting your brand.Not sure I am still inline to buy honda cars anymore after my unpleasant experience specially at this center. God know what is honda upto now in india.

Great pre & post sales experience in this showroom. Naveen is a great sales person - he answered all our questions patiently, helped us select the right car and variant for our needs, and was proactive in sorting out problems. As you can see it is a 5 rating as it was a overall very smooth process from beginning to end.I would like to give high praise to my sales executive Ms Sukanya, for excellent communication throughout the sale. Final prices was exactly as negotiated(except for other finance charges from Bank was totalled to ~8,000 instead of only 1,500 as told during total cost of purchase).4.Professional and polite salesperson Ms Sukanya.5. Sales person went above and beyond delivering the Car on committed timelines.6.Attentive to customer needs.7. Thorough explanation of features of car during delivery8. Loved the concept of creating whatsapp group to update me with all details of process from booking to delivery.9. It has been a week and happy with the car performance so far. Can comment more based on usage for few months.Improvements:1. Honda Connect app is not accurate with details and needs improvement.2. Loan processing personnel told me that an additional insurance for COVID-19 was mandatory while signinig the documents and its free of cost. However, it was unfolded during the loan approval where they were charging ~15,000. I went with the reviews and positive rating and got my car serviced here. I was actually recommended some unnecessary added things which had shot up the servicing cost. After doing some after analysis, close to 4k they charged extra which could have been avoided by giving fair advice. It was first paid service and car has no issues reported. Car was picked up from my home and delivered back to home on time.A big thanks to service advisor Mr.Umesh and his team. Mr Umesh made sure the entire service process went smooth without any delays right from pick up to delivery.There was no unnecessary replacement of parts. Mr. Umesh explained the wear and tear and Honda guidelines and which part are suggested to be replaced. Overall Worst experiences, very poor service quality, 3rd worst experience in a year, Lower level Service team need a lots of improvement. Management needs much improvements, They made dent in car and denied that they haven’t made and not ready to repair.Staff is rude and have no sense of talking to customer. Think that they can talk in any rubbish language with customer. No Mr. Karthik’s you can not talk like that to Customer.Only purchase experience was nice rest service and coordination are very poor.

The sales here is bad not a great experience. But be aware of the service many times in front of my eyes it self the vehicleIs not serviced and only billed. The service executives are money minded. Few days back I visited just to fix the bumper of Honda city which was a simple task (which outside I got fixed for 50rs ) the bumper clip had come out. So the service executive was like change the bumper itself just for the clip I couldn’t believe it and got it done outside but others please be aware that even for small thing they will tell change entire part itself. Don’t trust this service center. Prefer other service center in Bangalore .Thank you.

Excellent experience.SAPHIRE HONDA was a crook and its confirmed when I gave my car for repairs here in dakshin Honda - team here is awasome, I was not happy with the services in Saphire Honda, Marathahalli. with so many issues in my car, I had to open complain with Honda, I was suggested to go to dakshin Honda. Mallesh was assigned to Honda ticket and he helped me end to end in my vehicle inspection, repairs and suggested parts replacement which made my car 🚙 experience brand new. He also assigned Sr. Engineer kantharaj and he was awasome. I told him all my challange with my Honda brio till date and he solved all of them. He exceeded my expectation as this was not getting solved by other workshop. Mallesh kept me informed and solved all our issues.Issue resolved.1) Lot of vibrations in car and door rattle- solved, completely removed since 1 months now2) steering wheel hardness--solved since 1 months3)clutch and gear lever hardness--solved4) suspension issue and ride quality-- solved5)insurance claim for windshield - solved6)tail lap, headlight, AC vent all got solved.I had to order some parts and all came in less then 15 days. In my 1 months interaction with them I am happy and will visit again.Over all good experience, service adviser Sri vejeta is also very good in followup and getting the the job done, given he is a fresher.Why not 5 star(my observation)1) need to improve billing process, very slow2) some of the service advisers I interacted, they need to be trained and made aware on process and product, I am owner of Honda for 12 years, I dont like false promises and fake answers (Sri vejeta was good though) i know more then what they tell me.3) for my body workshop I had little hickups, I expected the adviser to get invoice checked with senior before sending me wrong invoice and also claiming my bumper to bumper policy is a normal policy, I had to make some phone calls to get that issue resolved.4)They should clean the car if not washing and give it to the customer in a acceptable condition. ( I got it solved which I raised to adviser)

Last week Visited Dakshin honda showroom for the new Honda jazz walk through . Nice showroom with several models/variants on display. Nice interacting with Ms.Sowmya ; she has good knowledge on each feature across all models. She understands requirement quick , well and has a pleasing attitude. 👍

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I did not a have a good experience. A bit of details follows below:I bought car Honda wrv which I still have NOT receiveD even though its more than a month now and the showroom has got the car 7 days back already.1. The company forces you to buy car insurance from them which we can buy from outside at lower price.2. On first visit they said that they will deliver car in 5 days. But during the actual buying they change their words. For some reason, I dont understand till now they said that any car will be realized after 1 month. Even though the demand of car is not that much as compared to Tata Nixon. And they deliver faster.3. They forced me to buy fast tag and charged me 600 rupees for fast tag with 200 recharge, even though it is available cheaper. I got a message from axis bank that the charge of fast tag is 100 rupees. They did not have any explanation.what is the rest 500 is for?4. They received the car in showroom 1 week back, and they still have not paid road tax and registration. And on asking the manager said server was down at RTO EVEN THOUGH I visited rto 1 day back and it was working perfect.55. I would definitely not recommend them, as they are not professional and God knows what they use your precious car for test driving and other purposes.5. They should higher better staff who have sales skill and focus more on timely delivery.I still not have received my car.

Such a worst service and the dealership executives. I gave my car for the service and to claim for the warranty, its been more than 4 months, till now i didnt received any call from their side. We should call and ask them for the details. It was really bad experience and i hope, i dont want anyone to have an bad experience from this dealership. Its waste of time and months so better please dont go for a service. They will give u fake a word and please dont believe their word. It will trouble ourself. I have their full call record with the service manager and the executive.I want to register this complaint to the head branch.

I gave my Honda city for service and this was the first service for my car. When we received the car it was all muddy from inside. They didn’t even bothered to clean the car from inside. And the driver who came to drop the vehicle said during service we don’t clean the car. That’s the pathetic response I received from them. I paid 10k for service and this is what I am getting in return a dirty car. Pathetic service center

I have a very bad experience from Dakshin. I have purchased extended warranty and 5 years road side assistance for my Jazz at the time of purchase. They collected money provided me the bills and not updated extend warranty in the system. I came to know about it when I went to a different dealer for my regular service after an year. I have called up dakshin for this issue and they assured me that it will be resolved. I believe them and not followed it up(My bad). Then after one more year again during service I came to know they have still not updated it in the system. I have lodged complain with honda and provided all the bills and sale agreement. Still waiting for their mercy to get the extended warranty and 5year RSA to be updated in the system for which I made all the payments 2 years back. I request whoever buying extended warranty to make sure they have entered it in the system. Please dont belive the dates they commit. Me with the original bills still running behind customer care to update the warrenty and RSA in the system which I purchased 3 years back. Hope this will help someone.
