Bang on the highway. Excellent location with l good sports amenities planned. Great place to build house and live. One of the best properties around this area, even the top builders cannot match the location, amenities and pricing that this project is offering.

I visited this project 4 times from past 3 Months. This projects is located @higway, its nice location its value for money for residing purpose and also for an investment. Development work also doing very fast, I have booked 2 Plots in 30 X 40 Dimension.This builder is providing all amenities inclusive club house, swimming pool with other sports amenities.I Paid Rs.1,00,000/- booking amount for 2 plots, they have given allotment letter and Legal sets of both plots. I have given documents to my lawyer. Finally Lawyer has given legal opinion with positive feedback.I have completed Registered Sale agreement also.

Bought one plot in phase 2. Mr Harsha, and Mr Dasthagiri explained all amenities of the project. Very happy with the purchase.

Project banged on highway excellent location with all amenities. BMRDA and RERA Approved project. I have booked 30 X 50 Plot, I have given project documents to Reputed Legal form they scrutinised each and every document, they have given Positive Legal opinion. I have asked Lawyer about Raja Kaluve and Lake bed Lawyer said Project has maintained as per Standards of BMRDA. After Legal opinion i finished my Sale Agreement, LIC Sanctioned 75 % loan.Really thanks to Mr. Harsha Reddy and Sales people to given a good plot.

Very good amenities, large play area, You can build your own house customize construction with single kitchen which is a nice option.

Project looks good due to highway but I feel heavy risk because of Raju kalwa inside project and also the lake bed next to the project which very high almost 20 feet, in Google lake is not visible but actually its next to Lake bed and Raju kalwa flowing

Promising 32 acre villa plots property with sports theme and is conveniently located bang on the Bangalore - Tirupati NH75 highway. Has amenities like football ground, Tennis court, Basketball court, Volleyball court, Amphitheatre, Cricket pitch, Children playarea, Swimming pool, Clubhouse with indoor Badminton courts, Squash court, Gym and many more for active lifestyle. Takes 30-45 min to Whitefield which is not bad compared to what lakhs of people spend on road when coming from other parts of city. Also, with PRR and STRR proposed to pass through Hoskote, hope to see even better connectivity to other parts of Bangalore. CM Yedurappa promised Metro to Hoskote by 2025 as it will help Industrial belts in Hoskote, Malur and Narasapura as they are picking up demand. Though distance seems a bit far from Whitefield, ride is smooth (due to highway) so we wont feel stressed. Gave a 4 star rating as its under construction with promise to complete core infrastructure (roads, landscaping, outdooramenities) by Jun 2021 and Clubhouse by Dec 2021. Will upgrade if Developers develop the layout as shown in brochure. I also saw their existing projects Taapasi Rosebay and Taapasi Summerbay before booking a plot here and Im impressed with the development of Rosebay. Promoters, Mr.Harsha Reddy is a true gentleman and showed patience and support though we changed our plot selection multiple times. Project staff Rakshit, Sukhjeet also are very supportive. What impressed me is, Developers made it clear that every plot should have only single kitchen which means you will see only Villas here and not plots with multiple rental houses in one plot which would truly make it luxury villa community as they state. Im planning to construct a villa and live here so giving a detailed review so I can soon find more like minded neighbors. Thats all for now. :D

Too expensive,over priced.lake behind the project.6 kms from Hoskote.

Its a nice project for those looking to settle near Whiteield. Mr. Reddy has been extremely professional in our interactions. I hope to live here with a happy and vibrant community. I wish to see some great architect designed Villas coming up here and not matchbox type houses.Buyers should keep in mind we should support the developer to keep up the aesthatics of the entire project which in turn will increase value for us in future.

We visited 14th Feb noon. Sales executive didnt answer to our queries and walked away in the middle of the discussion to attend another customer. No values for customers.

Road side plots available. Its still under development. The area is on the high way and near to nandi grand hotel. I hope it will give good returns if you invest there

Excellent plotted development on Bangalore-Tirupathi highway in Hoskote. They have great sports amenities, making it a nice place to live. The location of the project makes it an exciting investment prospect. I have visited the site multiple times and there is solid progress in terms of work completed. Mr. Harsha Reddy(Developer) is a reliable, professional developer who fulfils his promises. I have visited his Taapasi Rosebay project and was impressed by the quality of their development. I am confident that Palm County will be equally impressive, if not better.
