We bought a car and sold it back to them when we left Bangalore. We never received our balance for around Rs 24,000 (I forget the exact amount, it was two years ago). After constantly telling us the money would be paid they stopped answering calls or responding to messages. Thieves.

Their customer service is excellent. Right from walking in the showroom to going for a test drive to booking to getting the new Ford Freestyle Titanium. So I am dealing with a bunch of unethical guys here. I was buying S cross cancelling their car, but their salesman called and asked for another chance which I thought they deserved. Now after full payment also they are not delivering the Car and reason being they do not have FORM 22 of the car. So they sold me the car without the necessary documents at their disposal. I wish I could go back in time and changed my decision but I am stuck with these bunch of tricksters and I have to live with it. Think 10 times before buying a FORD here. There are better and much more professional services available all across bangalore.P.S. The car I am buying is march manufactured and they do not have the documents yet.Maybe buying a test drive or display car. Wish me luck as I will be traveling with family on this one.Dont go by the comments by them on this. They are automated.

I booked Ford freestyle titanium petrol car from cauvery ford. Sales consultant (Ms. Veena) told me that car manufactured date is from June month. I was very particular about manufactured date because of coivd situation. So, after discussion with Veena I agreed to do PDI of the car. But to do PDI, they demanded to make down payment. So, I did pay 1.3lakh down payment and then went to cauvery stockyard near railway station. After detail checking of the car, I found that car is manufactured on January 2021. Since this car was standing from last 6 months, lot. Of spider web present in many places in car. I was very disappointed with this car. I raised this concern about manufactured date, then Veena says that I didnot know the manufactured date blah blah blah.I didnot loose my temper still then asked for another car with latest manufactured date.They said no car is available. Then I asked for 1lakh discount as the car was 6 months old and it had depreciated 10% of its value. They didnot agree to that price. Without much options left I asked to refund the down payment. I sent the refund mail on July 7th to Mr. Daya who handles refund it seems.After lot of quires and scoldings I got the refund yesterday.i.e. 27th of JULY.Because of thses kind of unprofessional sales consultants Ford is loosing customers.I went to PPS FORD and their customer service was so good. I got the new car within a week and everything was so transparent with PPS FORD lalbagh.Bottom line is: DO NOT BUY CAR FROM CAUVERY FORD DEALERS. THEY WILL FOOL THE CUSTOMERS.

We purchased a FORD ECO SPORT TITANIUM S on 2nd Nov 20, from Ford Kormangala Branch. We couples did a lot of research online and paying a personal visits to all showrooms of all available brands in Bangalore(India). We were not satisfied with any new cars that were available, we finally visited Ford and got attracted to Eco sport and booked it right away. Well behaved and better product knowledge including finance options.3. Prompt response to queries and follow up. She will just call and clarify customer doubts. In my case, she also provided regular updates about delivery and answered many tough questions that I asked.About the showroom...1. Clean and friendly atmosphere2. Well behaved staff3. Well maintained cars - both in showroom as well as the delivery cars.4. They allow customers to inspect the car before delivery which is niceAbout the delivery process... This is where I expected a bit more.1. Since COVID-19, companies home deliver the car. So I expected ribbon, pack of tissues and key handover process smooth, cake cutting etc. But they lacked during our car delivery. Thats fine but I this is an area of improvement.2. If a customer orders accessories, please make sure they are available at the time of delivery. In our case, this was missing and I had to follow up to get it done. Very bad customer experience with Cauvery Ford. Came twice in a day for a test drive. Second time came with an advanced booking. But still they failed to provide a test vehicle also failed to communicate the same to customer.Waited almost 25 min in the lobby even with an appointment, wasted half of my day.However the first sales executive who attended us nicely in the first session.

Good place to checkout Ford releases. Sales executive are decent and knowledgeable.Finding a parking spot could be a challenge. Showroom has parking facility for 1-2 visitor cars. Not much trial drive space apart from the crowded roads.

The dealer took an appointment from me for 11.58 today 06.11.2020but no one turned up. I received a call around 1.30pm and asked when I would require a test drive. I was busy, so asked them to call me in the evening, but till now no one called me. I feel they should improve on keeping up the time or at least update if cannot and there is a delay.

Being a customer u have Keep proof of everything they say in written. Latter they might give 1000 excuses to avoid the mess created by them in terms of delivery and registration .They wont give any discount on accessories but forcefully spend money on cake, photo frame and flowers on the name of Ford even if the customer strictly informed them that these formalities are not required .

I finally got my vehicle Ford Ecosport Titanium Plus Automatic delivered yesterday. I started my search few months back and I had to ensure first that the dealer had an tie up with CSD. Fortunately in Bangalore three dealers has tie up with CSD. I started with PPS ford then went to JSP and then finally to Cauvery. The aspect that stands out cauvery from the rest is that their zeal to not to lose a single customer. They have ensured to accommodate most of my requirement . In this context i must wholeheartedly thank my SA Veena. She has always been upfront in replying to queries and tried to get best deal on can get. I had a worst experience with staff of Cauvery Ford came to test drive the Ford Endevour. One sales consultant named Manjula was very rude to us I had come with my mother and brother. They had treated us very rudely. I suggest please don’t buy your Ford from Cauvery Ford.

All people are very courteous and attentive. Only fallback I see is they still have some scope to improve showroom ambience, particularly front space of the showroom.
