Really had a good experience at the passport office, overall had a smooth process in the office. Completed the entire process around 1 hour.Thing to note are:-1.There is private parking spaces available right opposite to the office.(paid parking)2.They will let you in only when your batch number is called or else you have to wait in the street. (Batch no will be mentioned on the gate and also on the window of the office) requesting officials to provide some seating facility for people waiting outside.3. Cafeteria is available inside the passport office.4. Proper crowd management and lot of seating space available inside.5. There is total of 3 counters. A-B-C. Please have a look at your ticket no mentioned on screen and go to the respective counters.6. Counter A will be in front of you from the entrance and Counter B and C will be on the left hand side from the entrance.7.Digital payments are not provided in the office.8.Xerox facility are provided inside the office.9.They are also selling passport holders.(Buy only if you are interested)10.Dont forget to take all the necessary documents. (Address proof etc)

Everyone has different experiences at PSK and here’s mine.Will start off with parking - it is available in building as well as adjacent spaces and is quite expensive too.. worth coming in Uber or Ola to be honest considering fuel costs and strain of driving.There’s absolutely no use of coming 15-20 mini early and standing in hot sun on the footpath. Rather be in exactly 5 minutes before stated time to get in.Once inside there is decent enough toilet facilities and a cafe coffee day shop. But we had too much of crowd and struggled yo have social distancing. Cleanliness is ok ok. There is no frequent sanitising sone, which includes finger print scanners 😜 so carry lots of Sanitisers and sprays.It took us 3.5 hours to get through three windows and whilst fee staff members were well trained and super efficient, sone were clue less.. though very few of them ..I am not happy with way crowd management was done or application was processed - it took 3.5 hours!! One can only imagine how challenging it would have been for me with a very young one to go through this..Unfortunately this is the world we need to be in so can’t complain much..

Super impressed with this service. I went for my passport reissue yesterday and I have my new passport in hand this morning!! The whole process was methodical and took just over an hour. Well done. Happy to see this seachange from days when we used to use agents to get work done.

Just another govt office, same mentality and bad working.The social distancing is totally messed. The security guys are not able to manage the crowd and have no control.The staff are good but if you ask them anything they have no idea and make you wait for hours and when you question they ask to write a complaint. The website is not updated and these folks keep making new rules. They make senior citizens wait and then are rude in behavior.Coffe day inside the building is useless. The Xerox guy is good but make sure you collect your change.

Worst people they dont even work properly. I am a minor and I had to take my moms pass port for my passport some employe I dont know which world she was in she cancled my moms passport and AOP of the branch is the worst. To save her employees she told it is a student issue my signatures are not proper thats why she cancled it. She was going to mail to the passport head office and mail that it is the issue of the me. Then we got angry and told her how can u do that we will complain to the higher authorities then she accepted its their mistake some employees are good but some are the waste people. Government should take strict action.And please change the AOP of the branch she is a waste worker there as he keeps talking to someone on the phone when we needed signatures of her to apply my passport. CHANGE THE AOP OF THIS BRANCH PLEASE.

Hassle Free experience. Had the process completed in 1 ½ hours on Tuesday 21st sept. Had come one hour early than the scheduled time, so had to wait on Footpath in the Hot Sun. If they make some arrangements for them it would be helpful. Also take Attested Xerox copies since the first phase would be in a hurry.

One of the best offices ever, counter B people might seem a little rude otherwise everything went smoothly, theres little to no space for waiting outside so be ready for that, its not a big issue though. Please be respectful to the employees who work there as they are humans to who are just doing their jobs, carry all the documents in photocopy and original everything will be alright! Also in case anyone is wondering, yes you can change the details after reaching the PSK, just need to fill a form of Rs. 1, also you will get your passport back with a cancelled stamp in case of reissue. Got my passport renewed in less than 24 hours. Great service.

Courteous and helpful staff from TCS make it much easier to wade through the whole process. Waiting area for incoming people needs to be improved, for the fact it does not exist. People are made to wait on the Main road. Adequate paid 3rd party parking space is available for 2/4 wheelers adjacent to and in front of the PSK.

Get all the self attested xerox copies and original documents, whatever you mentioned in the portal and even other documents also(whatever you have). Refer the file provided in the Passport Seva portal for required documents for different circumstances at the time of verification. Rest assured process will go smoothly. And remember to get cash for passport cover which is additional and has a cost range of 400 - 600 and plus 50 for sms alerts. Only cash accepted. Hope this helps. Thank you!🙏

This place, i have experienced as highly organised. People are cooperative , friendly and helpful. And you talk about efficiency, they are matchless. Yesterday my appointment time for renewal of my passport was @2:45 Pm. I reached there 10 minutes early since i were told that they are very punctual of time and it was true. By 3:09 I was out of the passport office. Even before 30 minutes.Second surprise i got at night by receiving an sms that my passport is dispatched, tracking number of speed post was given.And today before 2 pm my renewed passport is in my hand. That is less than 24 hours bro, unbelievable. Kudos , I present a loud applaud and salute for this level of efficiency.If you have fill up forms properly , produce necessary documents and report on time they take less than 30 minutes.Great.. Good experience. Very efficient staff. A bit crowded. If you before 11AM, you may need 45 min but it can take an hour or so. There are a few paid parking available - one opposite and two adjacent to the building. Try arriving there 15 to 20 min prior to your schedule as you will be made to wait outside on the road.

RUDE and UNEDUCATED Staff. Not able to handle tasks as per schedule. They show their ARROGANCE at every desk you visit. Security Staff are far better than the employees of TCS and Govt Officials who work there.They CHARGE for sending updates thorough SMS after paying mount for your application. These days, every vendor (whether small / big) will send SMS updates for free. Its pity to know this arrogant and useless Organization charges you for SMS updates.Pathetic thing is that, you need to carry CASH if you want to pay anything there including Tatkal fee. Its SHAME on the face of Digital India programme. Probably, they are doing some SCAM and thats the reason they are not accepting Digital Payments.NOTE: You will realise that all five star reviews are fake after visiting them.

Most importantly, aadhar and 10th-grade mark card.Step 1: book an appointment.Step 2:Reach the place half an hour before and show the guard the appointment.Step 3: Get your token number from the reception and wait for the number to be displayed.Step 4: Complete all the verification by going through the A, B, C Divisions.Step 5: Youre done with all the processes and collect the receipt, and you are Good to go.

Well maintained place, giving the slots to finish the job on time. Out side security is helpful to people. Parking is big problem here. There is paid parking just opposite to this office and adjacent to this place. Inside the staff are cooperated to people. No need to give more address proofs. Just provide one or two. Some times giving more information also makes trouble.

Had been there for Fresh pass ports for myself, wife and daughter.. Very very simple and hassle free... First of all no need to go very early before the allotted reporting time. Just be there on time.. the security will make you stand according to the reporting time. Get inside ,, first counter tokens will be issued... according to that we need to go to A counters wherein all details will be asked and also we can get checked, add, or delete our online application form. Whatever corrections needed we can get it done here.. After this we cannot do anything, once they fix it. All initials of applicant, applicants mother, father spouse will be expanded. Foto will be taken, .finger prints will be updated. After this we will be sent to C counters wherein original documents are verified... If thats done,, then we are out. Thats all we are done . We can carry xerox of uploaded supporting documents. But they will not even keep one copy of whatever copies we have got. Whatever we carry is just like backup, incase they ask. even online submitted application printout is not required. No need to carry photographs also. (Photos we carry is just a backup incase systems goes down or camera dosent work etc.) The staff were very cool, they answer any doubts we ask. Over all it took 20 mins for one person.. (The above experience is about fresh pass port.. I dont know about tatkal or re issue or others. ) We will receive mail about Police verification after which we should get our passport.

Worst place. Dont ever think of booking an appointment at this place.. This is worst Passport Seva Kendra. I should have booked the other PSK at outer ring road. Absolutely no proper queue system, people have to wait on the road even with appointment.

I had went for my passport renewal today. It was a very smooth process from the beginning till the end.1. Be there 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment and they will let you in most times.2. They have Xerox machine inside and they charged 1 rupee per side. Better to keep the change.3. The staff at the PSK were kind and helpful in each step.4. Any changes to the form can be done at counter A.5. Entire process happened in 30-40 mins and Passport went for print within couple of hours.Update: I applied on Friday and received my passport by Tuesday. Police Verification was done as well. All this in 2 working days. Great work by MEA and PSKs.

Good Improvements and Experience in overall due process. Appointment on Friday 3pm and Received renewed passport in hand at 2pm next day ie Saturday. Centralized digital verification system may cutdown duplicating steps in the process.

Applied for a normal passport renewal online which was a half hour effect. Got an appointment on 7th July @ 1215 hrs. Entire process completed in 20 minutes. New passport was delivered at our home on 8th July @ 1130 hrs! Thats fantastic! Even faster than Tatkal service. Hats off to the entire team. Police verification too was independent of the passport issue. We completed that after receipt of the passport. Doubt if this works in any other country....Digital India truly rocks!

So went there during a covid lockdown to get my passport renewal completed. The staff is quite helpful and polite. It moves fast...just the last section counter C the employees think no end of themselves and should definitely be replaced.1. Make photo copies of all things before hand, otherwise you will have to make them there.2. RS 50 for SMS updates.3. Dont just wait in the line outside check with the guard and get a number and go in.4. Parking is very hard to find here so better to go in a cab.

I never thought an Indian Passport Seva office would serve this great. All the process were hassle free, verification will be held at 4 steps, I had all the original documents and self Attested copies ready (Aadhar+SSLC Markscard compulsory), so not even a single minute was wasted in first 3 steps which will be done by TCS employees and in final step the real heros our govt employees appear here as usual some time will be wasted due to their non productive nature of work, but due to my luck they could waste only 5 mins of my day.Points to Remember:1. Xerox machine will be available inside the office itself incase if you forget to carry any.2. Dont be misguided by co applicants and stand in different queue always ask guards for any uncertainty3. Paid Two and four wheeler parking are available in a plot beside this passport office.4. The time mentioned in your online application doesnt require here (as far as I know) because it serves as a first come first serve basis ... Say if your appointment is at 11 o clock and if you reach the office at 10 o clock then you can start the verification process by getting the token early. So +/- 30 mins from your appointment time will be fine.5. 50 rs is demanded if you want SMS updates from passport seva and also they give you an option to purchase a passport cover/wallet which will be roughly between 500-600 rs

Hi had been there today was IN and OUT in 1 and half hourThere is xerox facility inside and yea only for 2 wheeler parking inside the building there is space and its for free dont go for paid onces outside the building.

Always crowded (obviously). The sign boards and TV displays are really helpful. Guidance could be improved further. They need to provide parking for people. The nearby parking place charges heavy amount. There is no proper restaurant inside which one of the inconveniences.

Great experience at the psk here at Bgl lalbagh. Completed the entire process for 4 people family in 2 hours. The best part for our normal applications is that the printed passport was delivered within 24 hours for 3 persons and for me it has to go for PV and PV was done in 24 hour, hope I will get in 2-3 days. My previous Indian passport was printed in USA Houston consulate and they took a week, in India its faster compared to the USA consulate. Very good service for a government office. I got passport renewed for myself, wife and minor son. It took about two hours for all three of ours to complete.People at token counter, counter A are very helpful in verifying and suggesting the documents.Suggestion to people going with minors - Keep two set of photocopies of parents documents along with one set of photo copy of the kid. Else you will have to go back and forth to the photocopy center(adjuscent to token counter).Take Original documents for identity and address proofs.

Very well organised. Been here on 8th April 2021, during the peak of covid second wave. Sanitizers are kept and temperature checked before entering.Better to go by Cab or auto to this place. Parking is not as spacious as in sai arcade PSK. Very efficient and faster as well.I had an appointment at 2pm, they let us in by 1.50 pm, finished at A counter by 2pm , Staff are courteous. I did a spelling mistake while filling up my application form. This was corrected at A counter without an issue.Finished B counter by 215 pm and finally C counter by 230pm. I was out of the building by 235pm.My passport is granted and hopefully I willl get in next couple of weeks.

If you are Applying for new Passport ,, Document verification takes minimum of 2-3 hours for completing procedures a bit early for Tatkal applicants. No worry most of the time you will be sitting waiting for your token call

What a great evolution from the fresh passport submission (2011) to passport renewal (2020). I remember spending some 5 hours at Passport office then, with a primitive and irksome process and now I spent literally 20 minutes inside the building and experienced a swift and professional service. I received the passport under a week, including the police verification. Kudos.

Well organised with zerox (photo copy)machine inside and copies are fairly prices .and it has coffee day canteen inside as well .parking available in the complex.but the office is very crowded always so not a good idea to reach very early .20 minites before reporting time is more than enough .(they can improve on seating arrangement outside as it gets very very hot outside before your token is announced)

Visited on a Thursday with a 10AM appointment to get a PCC for a visa application. It was my first experience with a government entity in India and to be honest, I was quite surprised by how pleasant the entire experience was. Here are some tips if you have applied for a PCC from this center:1) Take an appointment beforehand. When the taxi dropped me off I saw a line of people outside the gate, I showed the security my appointment SMS and I was allowed to enter.2) You will have to buy a PCC request form from the Xerox area (Rs 1). Bring a pen with you or you will have to roam around to ask a stranger for the pen. Form will take you less than a minute to fill.If you have all your valid and original documents you will be whisked through sections A B and C quite effeciently. The process took under an hour. The staff was also courteous; politeness given = politeness received.

They have very good infrastructure with facilities like parking , ATM , Xerox shop and also waiting lounge.At the entrance you need to go through the security checkup and show them the notification which you got through message or even the printout of the acknowledgement then based on the people you might have to wait in the line to enter security check again also they will enquire and inform you about the documents and process which is required.If you have all the required documents you need to verify with the BATCH number and go to the respective counter(A) as per the sequence.There you need to show the original and xerox copy of the documents and also will capture your photo for the passport,it will take maximum 5-10 minutes once after this you need to wait for the another approval/verification process in B and C counters respectively.Depending upon the people it might extend up to 2 hours or even more.In B counter you need to again show the original documents with the letter and once after verify you need to wait in the lounge , the numbers will display in the LCD screen so you can easily get to know when your number display on the screen.Then final counter will be C here just to need to sign and again verification will happen.After this you can fill up the feed back form which is just next to the counter.Overall process is very regulative and easy to go through.The management is good and very supportive if you need any help.But sometimes the waiting time may go up to hours so you should have patience to wait for it and go for your turn because number will not be in sequence here,(random algorithm),also in the display you can find number starting with N,S and T(New, Senior citizen and Tatkal).

Well organized and officials friendly and efficient. However I did not find any wheel chairs for old and disabled people.

Passport Seva Kendra official office is here. The office is neatly maintained and the officers are also cooperative. Restroom for men and women are there inside, needs a bit cleanliness. Drinking water and Mobile charging facility is also there. The seating facility inside is very good. But the waiting area outside the office needs a lot of improvement. Its very much crowded all the time. Situated on a one way road, the office is difficult to access. Parking space is a big issue here, they charge like anything 15 rs per hour.

On portal all wrong information is there. People are sent back for not matching one letter in Adhar. Where the application is for passport renewal.Online it says tatkal for lost passport here they return everyone.

Easy walk-in and out, within 1.5 hours your work will be completed, well supportive staff.

Every step here is organised with social distancing norms..Make sure you have Arogya Sethu app installed.Have to pass through Four countersFirst Counter for checking the documents. Do have inhouse XEROX.. pls dont go around looking for Xerox. And you are alotted a identity no NxxCounter A your information is verified, still have a chance to update your information here, Do smile, pics are captured here along with thumb, fingure print impression and finally with a fees of ₹50 you can get enrolled to sms updates only if you need it. Shld have been free.Counter B further verification. If any changes you will again be passed to A and finally C and Exit.Entire flow takes close to an hour..Police verification was done in couple of days andRecieved passport within a week.Caution your passport has to be picked up in person as speedpost said they are not authorised to give it to any other person.Lot of seating area and displays for the token no being called ..While registering online we are only given option to select the day, timings are randomly given , I and my wife were given morning and evening slots for the same day.Shades for people awaiting outside the entrance and near entrance with a bit of seating area would be appreciated.. Too hooot 😓🌞🥵You have tons of people moving in and out.. create parking space ur neighborhood parking space is congested and expensive..TRANSACTION FEES for paying with credit card.. Never heard anyone charging these days..

Very structured process... but very very bad in social distancing and too much of crowd.very difficult to get information.

One stop shop for corruption, inefficiency, and cultureless brutes!!!People here do not even know the P in polite.Be prepared to ask for reasons when they try to shun you away and always ask for written statements.

Firstly the process for the passport or renewal is done online and one can fix the appointment date after payment online, to avoid the middle men, so very convenient and transparent. Once we reach there they systematically take you step by step and done efficiently. Parking available nearby.

Passport renewal in 7 days !! Yes, its possible now thanks to less rush at the PSK post COVID, super efficient staff working in the PSK and the Police department for quick clearance. The entire process took just about 50 minutes moving across 3 counters - A, B and C. Since the Central AC was switched off it was bit muggy inside yet bearable since you hardly get to wait for longer duration. Private car parking is available at 3 or 4 places just before the PSK office, for Rs 30 - Rs 40 per hour depending on your bargaining skills. The staff is friendly, courteous and service oriented. I loved the marketing done by the Officer in Counter A to buy the leather Passport cover sold by PSK. Perhaps my next renewal will be done within 3-4 days and who needs Tatkaal service anyways .....

Could have a better infrastructure and parking space. Need to wait for at least 3hr to get the work done.

I went there for my passport re-issue.Made sure that my documentation is perfect to avoid any hassles.Gave my HPGas bill as my address proof.The staff is so friendly even though full address not mentioned in the bill,they helped me by entering the full address.Police verification happened after 4 working days and passport received on 7th working day from the date i gave application. Amazing well trained staff.They sell good quality leather passport holders as they have got a target to sell it.Purchased one at rs 2000.Lovely quality.I helped them they helped me in return.Lalbagh passport kendra very helpful and productive.

No social distancing ,No proper parking space ,No waiting hall people are waiting on Road outside office .No drinking water facility .Main road has soo much traffic even you cant hold your car for 5 mins..seems like cattle market..
