I am disappointed and it was waste of money for me. The overall servicing cost was less (3778) compared to the authorized service center but the work is no good.1. The only complaint I gave was the brakes making noise every time I apply them and this issue has not been fixed at all. The person who came to deliver the car said its fixed but I made him sit with me and showed him that the noise still comes every time use the brakes. I doubt if the brake was opened and checked. The noise is loud enough to be easily heard.2. The other reason for me to go with BMCS was their website saying 4hrs of general servicing but mine took little over 8 hrs (given my house is 15-20 mins away from the service center). If it takes time on a weekend, this should be communicated in advance. I understand that checking breaks might take time but not 4 hrs. The person picked the car 10.50 AM and returned back at 7.20 PM. I had to cancel my evening plans.3. Third reason I went with BMCS was so many good reviews in google. But I am totally disappointed.This was the first time in 5 years that I gave my car for servicing to an outside servicing dealer which is not an authorized Chevrolet authorized service center and I have to say I am disappointed. I should have gone to the authorized dealer or to a good brand.Even the car windows are not cleaned properly. It has been cleaned but looks like someone has cleaned the car windows with some cloth after the rain. I have taken the pictures in evening but you can still see them. If I rub them with paper, they completely go off.For me its NO more BMCS. I will now try BOSCH service center in Electronic city city Phase 2.

I needed an oil change , oil filter change and the oil and filter was bought my myself and a normal checkup on my car. Im also impressed with the informative email stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. The price is comparable to what Ive paid at previous shops for an oil change & checkup. The only negative was want to work on the car washing and cleaning part. Outside of that minor issue I am very pleased and will certainly return to the shop. The. Service was transparent. And Mr. Arun customer service officer in electronic city was very kind and was sharing the some knowledgeable information about the car and even the workers were very kind and positive approach. Overall the experience was good. And would recommend my office colleague to the book my car service.. Thank you so much book my service.

Not very happy with last 2 services.Got my polo and Renault serviced.. both had after service issues.No doubt good for dent and paint removal but wont recommend for servicing..

Excellent Service. I serviced my Hyundai accent two weeks back..the parts(Oil filter and Air filter) are OEM and genuine shell engine oil..main-thing is their transparency.. one power window was not worked in my accent...they diagnosed the issue very quickly and replaced the window switch...Finally the price is also very reasonable. I have given my car for service. Changed engine oil, oil filters and other minor items. Went for long drive to Chennai, whole engine oil is leaked. On emergency basis, I approached local garage and fixed. These guys failed to fit oil filter properly. I dont recommend this garage. It incurred unnecessary towing expenses, again oil and oil filter change cost. Disturbed my tour as well.

Really disappointed with the service...when I came there to check my car Ac cooling related issue they have not repair that but started selling there product and they told me to take general service of my car and finally they found a mistake in break pad which they have taken double price from the market price Normally in market front break pads will come in 800 to 900 Rs But they charge me 1650 +tax .Really they people are betraying to the customer.

One of great thing I noticed in bmcs compared to other such startups are their transparency. They allowed me to visit their garage during the repair. I can verify the genuinty of the spare parts they use. They also keep updating me about the repair works. And most importantly the cost effectiveness is unmatched. This is my 4th service with them for my Figo and my Thar. The service advisor is an experienced veteran in the car service industry. He was working with Toyota for over 15 years.

Based on the good Google reviews I went all the way from banashankari to BMCS station . There was a irritating sound from my I10 front suspension . Mr. Jino and team did a good analysis and rectified the problem and fixed it . I felt it was worth visiting there service center. Thanks Team.
