Car selling shouldnt be a target achieving for sales executives, branch manager, dealership and also for the company, they should mind that it is the customers hard earned money. We waited with utmost patience for almost a month now, and finally writing up the review.Loved the ambience of the showroom and at the very first visit we were happy convinced to buy our first Car, Grand i10 NIOS sports because of its looks and features. And yes, we made a right decision. Very happy to have joined the hyundai family💙The issues started once we confirmed our booking, we were told that the pricing would be according to the August month, and we would be given seat coverings as complementary. Unfortunately after our car was delivered we got to know by cross verifying the bill that they had booked our car according to the July ratings and we were asked to pay for August. When we raised the issue to the manager he tried convincing us as he was given us a so-called free seat coverings, but in the bill they had mentioned charges for seat covers which the manager himelf agreed later. And after a continuous discussion with the manager for more than 2-3hours we were given three altered bills to convince us which is totally un- profesional and without anyone there to answer for our quires properly including the accounts person failed to respond to the bill they themselves tallied or manipulated, God knows! we came out of the showroom without any satisfactory justification. though if we agreed to their explanation about the seat covering, the seat covers are of worst material and completely loosely fit even a local cab drivers wouldnt have purchased such low quality covers. Manager asked for a time of week to reply us either he would refund us the difference amount they had taken or they would give us a better seat cover.Later we agreed and requested atleast to change the covers as per our needs as it wasnt given free and we had paid to it. They agreed to do it and all this was happened on September 7th 2021, and old low quality covers were taken out from our car on 26th September, almost a half month later. Yet they asked for two days extra time for replacement and finally it happened on 28th September.Totally disappointed with the interactions that staffs had with client especially the manager Mr Harish. And our sales executive had a very speed up conversation which was really hard to understand and also we were given false information about many features like wireless charging, etc and the interior wasnt explained properly while delivering. Also the Car wasnt properly washed and cleaned before the delivery.Totally trust broken☹️

Extremely disappointed with Service.Labours are not skilled and professional.They made scratches and dents when I left my car for dicky glass replacement.Be carefull and dont leave any valuables in car when you leave for service, they stole even mounted idols from my car.They should work hard and replace unskilled labours first to build strong CRM.

We are extremely disappointed with last service. We changed the clutch plate and it did not last for even 5000 kms and the service advisor answer is that the clutch plate can have problem even after 500 kms. The same had been earlier replaced at other authorized service center and it was good for 35000 kms.

Not good service, They say first service is free but minimum they will charge Rs 2000...In that body wash not included..just name sake will take it and polish it internally, Please dont give it for pickup and drop better you would only go give it,
