This Hyundai service centre is one of the best in the city. My service advisor Puneeth was very hospitable and listened to all the issues with patience. He gave proper updates of the work done and explained the bill in detail. He was also able to sell Extended warranty for my vehicle to me which is beneficial for all. Overall a good experience.

This service center is very costly. I have paid more than 3500 INR in a free service of a car like Grand i10. They have target to achieve and will ask you to replace one or other spare part. if you say no, he will say Its upto you and you may end up in car failure on your way. The car is not even driven more. They will try to bring one or other things in every service. Very bad experience. Dont go here for service or any other work.

Dont have complaints regarding the service given or my service advisor. But shocked to know all petty things from my car is stolen. Just anguished to know about the dignity of the mechanics at Advaith. You claim to be Worlds biggest Hyundai dealer but basic ethics are not taught to your staff. I am sure your team might come back with no resolution for this hence want to post it here to have it as a watermark!

All the technical and general details were explained well. The executive Vivek was very helpful and professional. He patiently answered all our queries and regularly gave us necessary updates. Team Advaith,Thanks for addressing my concern.The below has been addressed by Puneet in the recent service which was done yesterday.Im updating my ratings and reviews accordingly.PREVIOUS EXPERIENCEWorst experience ever.Ive replaced brand new clutch plates but within 2-3000 kms clutch plates became so hard.Alignment had been done and coolant has been charged, but once I get it checked outside ideally they didnt do anything.Advise to everyone basis on my experiencePlease get the service done on weekdays preferably instead of weekends.Whenever I get it done on weekends, the service is pathetic basis on the huge demand of the service.On weekdays, I feel the service is a lot better.

Service levels for the Outer Ring Road branch has gone way too low. It was me only who had given 10 rating in 2019 and now with the quality of service is so bad that it is sad to even rate them. Car was given for service and even the vaccum was not done correctly. It was told that the doors were sanitized however it was found that they were not even cleaned and now the person who delivered the car is made to clean my car. If i had to get the car cleaned that way then i should have paid someone Rs.100 and would have got it cleaned. I paid Rs.13000 for the service to which some parts were replaced but i have my doubts when the outside job is so bad dont know what would have been replaced for the interiors for which we are charged for. They charge labour cost for each and every task, not sure what there labour is doing when a mere cleaning or interior vaccum was not upto the mark.

Experiencing significantly improved customer service at the Advaith Hyundai ORR Service center since past couple of occasions.Earlier, prior to the pandemic, I used to interact with a Service Adviser named Sudhakar SV and has stored his number.Recently when I called the number it was picked up by a new gentleman named Ashik Kumar. I was a bit apprehensive about the quality of customer support I could expect from him. But, to my pleasant surprise he went out of his way to accommodate my requests on not one but a couple of times and Im indeed relieved when I know that my car is in safe hands if Ashik is the service adviser.Kudos to you Ashik 👏. I have used them many times. Due to a poor delivery and wrong commitment by manager I stopped using them. I have been chased by their callers at least 50-60 times in the last 18 months. ..on the persistence i gave them a chance. They gave. Me an estimate for my verna sc .. I reminded the lasy that at one of the items quoted was replaced in 2019 and asked to see the last bill.Since tgen they are cutting my calls and the person is not responding.. Definitely a dishonest group .. the callers number is +91 6364-XXX115. This a Advaith on ORR next to Novotel. BEWARE PLS

I recently went to this service centre for a minor dent at the back bumper on my new Hyundai venue. It is plastic part and can easily remove the dent. But the service department person told me that the parts have to be replaced by claiming the insurance. I did not believed on that, still had no option so I accepted. The insurance claim was approved with 2 days. But the car was not delivered after even a week.I badly needed tha car back so called the service centre to check and hear they have no stock for the parts and it is on the way by truck which got stuck at the traffics in between( I laughed at this joke) because they said the parts were available and can fit once the insurance approved.Finally I got my car back after 1 week saying the parts are replaced and surprisingly they charged for the parts as well as the painting. I raised the doubt and heard all parts come without paint. Ok but when I checked the replaced parts ... that is where I am shocked 😲They removed the dent and put the parts back and the dent removed marks are clearly visible.They charged 11500 for removing the dent on a plastic part and repaint.Compared the different between the repaired and original light. The space is not even fitted fully.Not only the space. i removed the parts myself with suspect and yes it is not replaced for sure. It is still the broken part and the light is the actually broken part not the bumper.Now my insurance claim history is added and not sure how it will after while renewing it next year.

I am downgrading the star value to 1 start from 5 start, as I might have given this long back.I took my first car delivery from here Hyundai i10 in the year 2014 and have done all my servicing here. It was all good initial days as any new car will not have any problem for first 3-5 years and so they assure a warranty and just a engine oil change, filter clearing will do fine with servicing. It was recent years I noticed that servicing was not good when i was actually having problems with my broken link rod which was not looked when I give for servicing although I informed. All they told is they didnt find any issue when did test drive every time and it costed me to change my tires due to it impacting wheel alignment.As it was lock down, I asked for pick up and drop service. The driver who did the drop used mobile phone and there is now a fine on my Car number KA03MT6189. Clearly police have mentioned person used Mobile near marathahalli junction.I called to service center to address my fine issue and no call back yet.Long term customer is treated so badly and I am really disappointed by the way they handle customer now. Showroom is always busy with 20-30 cars atleast per day and really dont pay attention to old cars is what I can make out now. I have any way passed on this feedback to Hyundai main center anyways.

We recently gave our car for servicing.Here are few awesome changes they have done.First the car was sanitized. Handle steering wheel etc.Our service manager was Santosh.He noted the issue.Each and every step of the servicing was updated to me over WhatsApp both with image and a short video.On car delivery the car will be sanitized again in front of you. Temp seat covers will be removed.For each car there are 2 microfibre clothes given which is to be used for your car over the service.Great experience. Thank you Hyundai for listening to my issue and doing the needful and for sharing details of servicing.

I have to say Advaith Hyundai at Bellandur really knows how well to treat its customers.From the time I first visited them a few weeks ago to pick a new car - really good polished interactions with just the right amount of detail.Not at all pushy like some dealerships and treat you well and not like a child.The sales person was amazing - this is the best I had been treated and in a very professional manner - and this was after i had been to a number of other car brands and other Hyundai showrooms. Very professional and excellent experience.The booking process was a breeze and completely hassle free and the car was delivered on time.But in the first few hours of taking the car delivery we had an unfortunately incident and got rear ended on our way to fill diesel. They quickly swung into action giving me a very good quote looking at the damage picture so I able to handle the offending driver well.They got the parts quickly and had it all shiny and as good as new in a days time! Extremely professional work and again excellent interactions.I can really say that you feel in good hands with them - I foresee a great relationship with Advaith Hyundai Bellandur.

To add this, I found a noise and they were so helpful in resolving the issue. The moment I spoke about the issues Ravi Prakash was so kind enough to pickup car and keep me updating. They finally diagnosis-ed that its an issue with a part. The amount of time they spent in talking to me and resolving is awesome. They give good value to customer.Apart from this Ravi Prakash connected with his Manager, Runnish & KOmeshwari and they spent almost 30 minutes to listen and advise with lots of patience. I have never seen any manager/service advisor taking care so effectively and efficiently.Sincere thanks to Ravi, Runnish, Komeshwari and pick-up person GuruVery good Professional. During this pandemic situation, they picked-up my car and then Service Manager Ravi Prakash started updating me each and every moment as it progress. He sent me the images and keep calling to make sure service provided is up to the mark.He is really a good professional and values customer. For instance, I forgot to remove the Pen Drive and he made sure Pen Drive is intact and handed over to Driver to make sure the same is returned back to me.I would be happy to get the service done by him next time.

Their own insurance policy is fraud, dont ever anyone buy Hyundai car insurance policy. Fraud...fraud. Fraud.It will be completely contrast what is being advertised versus the claim process indeed it is as normal as any other Insurance provider, all hiccups will be there. Although they say it is their own policy indeed youll be kept hearing Were awaiting approvals from the Insurance providerI was confused at one point whether i bought Hyundai policy ?Just Hyundai loot your money at least 50% more and i was deceived in this regard. What is the WOW in Hyundai When all the renowned policies are at least 50% less. This is my one year experience.Well.. Service point of view i have an convincing experience so far.

I would say best hyundai car delear and service centre in Bangalore. I bought my car from their Outer Ring Road showroom. They gave me the best price among all other hyundai delears in Bangalore. When it comes to servicing car they are excellent. They wont suggest unnecessary staffs to do with higher cost rather they will suggest you how to save your money when it comes to servicing. I had issues in my cars headlight. Unlike other service Centre or other car accessories showrooms Advaith Hyundai suggest me best headlight in cheapest price. Thank you team Advaith. Hey All,I would like to share the reassuring experience I had with Advaith Hyundai Service Centre. My car met with an accident near Bellandur, such that it turned on one side. I was having a tough time with TATA AIG insurance that refused to pay me insurance claim, despite me having been a loyal customer for 12 years. They have still not paid my insurance claim.Mr.Anand Kumar, whose the GM of Advaith, Karnataka took personal interest in ensuring that my Santro gets the best repair and importantly it is repaired for safety and looks. Thanks for the amazing work from his team,my car is back on the roads looking better than before. He is also helping me fight a truthful battle for my rightful claim with TATA AIG. Mahabala who was supervising this was amazingly cool-headed and helpful too. They helped me technically, emotionally ( to fight Tata AIG) and also helped me get a good discount, taking into account my long association with this service centre. I have come out of the incident with a better car and a great camaraderie with Anandji and his team. Thanks a lot to him and his team. I would highly recommend their services.

I bought a new top end I 20 in Bellandur showroom they gave me a car with all local tyres , two tyres got burst same day just in 3 months. Also they won’t explain the car features properly when they give the delivery. When we tried to contact show room regarding this none responded even we sent an e mail to their corporate office no response .Pls don’t buy any car in this show room they cheat their customers

Very worst in sales handling. I have booked car on 08/08/2020 and I was promised to deliver my car on 21/08/2020 and i was intimated that my car is ready and will be sharing Engine no. soon on 18/08/2020. But on 19/08/2020 morning, they gave such a reason that billing is not happened and problem in the plant. I have booked car on my daughters first year birthday exactly at birth time. These people played with my emotions. Is this the customer service? This showroom dont even deserve 1 star. Just killed my interest to buy car.

I took my car for service . I had few complaints: door not was opening very smoothly, Starting problem even after change a new battery. After servicing none were rectified instead they asked my to change the clutch plate as it was a bit tight. I agreed although did not notice any issue with the clutch. After few day the clutch become very tight and I took it back they said it may be because of improper use of clutch while driving.LOL I have been driving car since 20 + years and they are telling me I am not using clutch properly. After that I decided not to take my car back to advaith ever again. But later on after 3 months they started spamming me with their customer care reminding me of service due. They would keep calling even if you say I are not bring your car there. Later on I started blocking their numbers and till now I have block atleast 50+ of their numbers but they will always call with a new number and would daily send SMS. My main issue is not their poor service but spamming by their sales team. I suggest never give them you primary phone number . ADVAITH PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE AND I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICE

Went for regular servicing and complaint of hard clutch replacement and problem of indicator blinker. Service and clutch replacement was fine but service engineer told light and indicator assembly need to be replaced which with cost 9000 including labour and components. As they quoted very high I didnt get light assembly replaced. My friend suggested to go to local mechanic and he told flasher spring is displaced and he fixed it for 100 bucks for which Service engineer has explained light and indicator assembly needs to be replaced.

Sales guys are giving false commitment on delivery date to the customers and attracting customers to book the car. Once booking done there is no response from sales guys. Worst part they even dont know by when they get vehicle. I booked creta on 18oct2020 sales guy promised me that they will deliver the vehicle by Diwali without fail.but the reality is they didnt give the delivery date even today its been almost 2 months now.I suggest dont book vehicle from Advaith hyundai.
