Great place to get your Tata car and/or get them serviced. The advisors are helpful and go that extra mile to assist you in the process. They are reachable and keep the consumer posted about the progress. The delivery ceremony is held gracefully too.The showroom can definitely be cosmetically improved a lot though. And its almost always crowded and so, plan your visit appropriately.

Certainly recommended over prerarna. The exectuives here are more knowledgeable and courteous than other TATA MOTORS showroom.After the lockdown, there is a plenty of crowd rushing into the showroom. The showroom is pretty large to handle the crowd. If there is a customer car parking, it would be better. Finding a roadside parking is bit tough sometimes.

Tata motors really changed not its cars but the face of customers relationship. People at this showroom are outrightly keen to serve with a personal touch. Hi, I bought a Tata motors’ Car recent and my experience was really good. You might have read in several articles that tata motors customer experience is not good.. i deny to that. Yes they are not class apart but are in comparison to pears. If you got this particular showroom of Adishakti motor.. do ask for Mr. Akeeb, he is way knowledgeable, supportive and helps one to take good decision when required. I didn’t follow up and the car was delivered on time!I am very happy with purchase and hope to have same feeling post purchase ;-)

I got my Altroz delivered from Adishakthi motors this week. Booked it in march with a waiting period of around 8 weeks, but then got delayed because of pandemic and lockdown etc. Mr Prathap was my sales executive and it was definitely a hastle free buying experience for me. Prathap was always available in helping out with my queries and was keeping me posted with the updates. Overall a good experience and didnt face any issues.

Am writing this review on the basis of my last two years of experience from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Adishakti Cars, Hebbal.Day by day they are growing because their focus is only on money. They dont care about customers even though they act like that. Now a days service also not good, the service advisors are working for incentives. Skilled technicians/mechanic are not available . They dont solve the real issues. I own 2 Tata cars , vehicle is good but I am very much unsatisfied with the service that I get from adisakhthi. For a basic service they are giving a bill comparable to premium cars . From last few services I am noticing this. When I go through the invoice I can find unnecessary parts are being billed. While cross checking parts which they have mentioned in invoice. I noticed that it has not been replaced.

Dont know where to start explaining the bad experience. I have visited this place multiple times as its nearby my home only to return bare handed without any resolution. I even booked my vehicle with them, they promised 1 month waiting and made me wait for 45 days. Then they said I needed to wait for another 1 month. I had to cancel my booking with them and went to other dealer. Today also I visited with a small issue but they just never want to be helpful and resolve the issues. They made me wait for 40 minutes and then again no resolution. Please go somewhere else to save your time and energy.

Service was below average as the service agent hadnt understood things and he was more interested in selling their annual maintenance package than asking what things need to be serviced/repaired. Wait time was long and didnt was overall a disappointing service.

Checked in to four tata showroom in Bangalore all sales representative attitude is same.least bother about customer. When you walk in hardly someone there to welcome you or attend you.you have to go your own working and seek their assistance if needed. This could be one reason why Tata sale is low.

I was planning to buy an SUV from past 2 months and finally decided to buy TATA SAFARI,I visited this showroom adishakti near Hebbal and asked for test drive but the vehicle was unavailable at that time and later I visited this showroom 3 times but still did not get the test drive,finally I got in touch with Mithilesh who introduced himself as team leader and scheduled testdrive to my home.I was about to book the vehicle on spot but the executive was not ready to wait to take the booking and was in a rush to go back,later had to get in touch with other showroom and book the vehicle,good that I did not book the vehicle in adishakti worst experience.will not refer any one to this showroom

Place is good. They have a huge showroom and a service centre as well. Excellent products with an average customer service, when compared with Maruti. Tata has improved a lot when it comes to service, however it has miles to go yet!! All the best!

So still waiting on my car but the billing was done yesterday. I had initially posted a 1 star rating but changing it to 4 as Sneha did all she could to get my car early. It still took around 60 days since there is a shortage of parts and so the change of review as it is not something the showroom or Sneha can do.I enjoyed interacting with Sneha from Tata sales who went above and beyond to help me !My only recommendation to Tata and Showroom is be as realistic as possible as people do understand and are more reasonable when you tell them the truth.Overall a smooth experience.

Pathetic customer service, followed up for 3days for test drive with Sunil koushik but no proper response. Ended up getting test drive different dealer and also booked my car.Highly recommended not to pick this showroom

Been calling them since morning for a test drive. They do not pick up respond. An SMS appears stating somebody will get in touch but no response at all. All this after I had personally visited the showroom yesterday and booked a test drive. Even the experience in the showroom was awful. Despite a couple of executives sitting and chatting, nobody appeared interested in attending except for the girl at the reception

Worst experience buying tata nexon in this showroom. No value for customer at all. Even for small information I had to go to Showroom everytime. Delivery was delayed for silly reasons for few days after vehicle arrived at showroom.On the delivery day we waited 3 hrs at showroom simply because there is not coordination between employees there.It will be a big book if have to write all my horror experiences with the sales persons in this showroomPlease avoid
