Had a pleasant experience while buying my Nexon from here. The SA I was dealing with is one of the best I have seen so far among other dealers of Tata. The booking, PDI and delivery processes were smooth and enjoyable. Even though I am living 17kms away, I would still prefer and definitely recommend the Mysore Road branch.

Friendly staff. Test drive was promptly given on request. Refreshments were offered to us on multiple visits booking. Finance. Communication. Pre delivery inspection And Delivery was all on point. However, they do not carry sufficient spares onsite which could be improved.

Terrible experience. I havent received the fast tag even after two months. Sales executive stopped picking up my phone. The team lead picks the call and tells he will call back after 30 minutes. But wont call. For everything they has absurd excuses. KHT Motors had offered me a lower price. But I choose concorde hoping to get better service. It turned out to be a big mistake.

Sloppy people. Poor floor signage. Shoddy reception team of service department, more devoted to their smartphones than customers. Takes like forever to get even simple answers. Feels very much like municipality office, sorry municipality office maybe better!!

Good polite Tata staff. Honest service cost and customer oriented. For service you will need to collect a token at the entrance, park your vehicle inside and go to the service office (entrance is in the same building but towards the right). For sales, just get an entry done and move to the main glass reception

Got my car serviced recently in Concorde dairy circle. Car had engine heating issues which my earlier service centre was not able up fix. But this time its fixed by Concorde properly. The SA Mr Satheesh clarified questions and bill details with lot of patience. Issues not reported by me like loose bumper and bad shock absorber struts were diagnosed and repaired. And provided minor breakdown assistance on road. The facility is good too.

One of the best showroom in Bangalore for Tata passenger vehicles. Buying car from here is amazing experience as compared to other dealers of Tata, better pricing and availability of test rides vehicles is plus point. Finance is smooth too, but the rate of interest is higher than (0.25%) what you can avail on your own from bank.

I had a very bad experience here. Right from the sales, delivery and customer relationships team, everyone is making sure that they give a hard time for the customers. Right from the time we ordered the vehicle till we got it, we had to go through a lot of hardships. No proper updates, lame excuses and unprofessional behavior made it even worse. Please think twice before you make a deal with this dealer. I wish if there was a negative rating to rate them as there are no positives to mention about them.

Well TATA Motors need to revamp many of their Dealerships, among them Concorde definately.Information not handy, laid back attitude of the staff, but some of the staff sure were courteous.Expected better interaction, service & support at Concorde.Team TATA definately can do better anyday..

What I thought was just a rumor, does sound true now. Concorde all over seem to be in the process of shutting down, even the Dairy Circle concord motors.I went there to ask for Tiago JTP. The receptionist asked me to take a seat and then simply went chatting. Even though there were easily 10+ staff gossiping around, no one bothered to even approach me. So, I had to simply walked out of the place after waiting and watching this happen.

Staff is really friendly, they have fair knowledge on cars. They tries to maintain good relationship with walk-ins. Welcome warmly the reception staff. Markets well on Tata cars. However they lag in providing details of the product proactively and they underestimate buyers. However if you are going on exchange of a car to buy Tata car then this is not place for you. They quote very low value and very arrogant on negotiation.

Took my Zest for 4th paid service here. Got a good reception but had to wait for 30 minutes while leaving the car as well as taking it back (quoting system upgrades, hanging etc). Trusted service centre to leave your car for service. Overall happy with the final outcome after service. But price was on higher side (about 11.5K for cleaning and AMC) for a petrol vehicle.

Wrong information, low standard of service or no service, wrong bill, AMC paid but not billed, incorrect billing, safety issues, mileage issues... All for Nano XT model bought in 2014. Promised mileage 18-21km...giving hardly 8/9kms...Very bad experience...my brake failed while driving the nano to Mysore. But no action even after raising the complaint at the customer care.

Had to visit this place as my 3 year old tiago broke down due to a structural failure.The nearest service centre was concord motors.Located on main road but Reaching this place is difficult due to heavy traffic throughout the day.If you are planning to give your vehicle for service go early in the morning or you will be stuck in the traffic.As usual the service was not impressive, had to wait for 2 days to get the vehicle fixed.I would prefer KHT motors for service as they respond better than concord.TATA motors needs to improve their service to back their well built cars.

This showroom is the perfect example why Tata brand is receiving negative feedback for customer service despite having built great cars.I started my enquiry for Tata Tigor a month and a half ago. Since its Tata I felt Concorde is the best place to go.During the sales discussions they asked me whether Im interested in any previous years cars considering my budget. They even showed me a list of available old stock. When I went forward with this and asked for the quote things started moving differently.The salesman who used to call me regularly suddenly stopped responding to my calls! They started behaving as if like theyre determined not to sell the car to me. Giving all kinds of excuses to delay sharing the price. I could sense some kind of misconduct and manipulation from their behaviour. I even brought this to the notice of CEO of Concorde motors but still havent received any resolution.Now I can understand the reason why good cars are still lying in their yard from 2017 instead of being on road!

*** Update *** Changing 1 star rating to 5 star rating for the reasons below:- The service team contacted me after I posted this review, said they got an approval for the 2nd free service.- Mr. Prashant Kumar (not Shetty), took the lead and coordinated with me after that. He helped correct the delivery date, ensured the vehicle service was done smoothly, even dropped the vehicle to my home at no cost.- Helped get clarity on Fastag status and connected me to the right person for a resolution.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1) Sales team had zero knowledge about the bundled insurance package they were trying to sell and it was twice the cost of other similar offerings.2) Six months after purchase, still havent received Fastag.3) I booked the car in January, received it in March 1st week but the service team conveniently does not have this on record. Now, theyre refusing to offer the pending 2nd free service.Good job Tata, way to lose a customer. Customers are not retained by pretensions (telephone surveys + gifting glass bowls) but by efficient and seamless after sales service. Until this is learnt, you will remain a company that makes decent cars but still struggles to sell them. Hello Ford, Volkswagen.

My husband booked Nexon 20th Dec-18 on confirmation that vehicle available also he paid full amount by 27th December after that as they mention price may change later. After paying the amount also he did not received vehicle. They told me vehicle not available so he need to go for double tone instead single tone. Better be careful purchasing vehicle during year end or offer period, you may never receive vehicle as promised. We had to bear huge loss as we broke all my saving scheme.

Did unnecessary checks and did sensor check which does not solve problem (If thermometer is correct it does not mean person does not have fever) and took away SD card and returned after multiple followups but by then SD card was corrupt and unrecoverable. Afraid of going for TATA service and dont know where else to go. Can anyone suggest a good car service center.

I am in process of buying a car (Nexon) from this showroom. However there everyone seems least interested and I am stuck in half the process. You have to call each department personally and follow up (forget they will provide you with any update).If you ask me to deal with these guys again it would be a big No from me.

Very poor service.. The sales team has a very I dont care attitude and if the customer wants he will buy the car sort of attitude. Moreover they seem to lack the product knowledge and does not know about most of the features of their cars. As a TATA Direct dealer would have expected much better service and behavior from the sales team. The corporate discount offered for reputed companies were 2500 rupees which again is very poor. It would have been better if they did not give a discount at all. Overall rating is very poor and I would not recommend anybody to walk in the showroom if they are serious about buying a TATA car

Blood Suckers! The service person will threaten you and intimidate you to to do many things and to replace many parts in the car. They dont have integrity and honesty. Service is extremely bad and worst. If you dont agree to pay up as per their demand, they would spoil the car and damage parts for sure. I have experienced this personally, better go to some other place. Dont ever go to Concord Motors service at Dairy Circle.

Worst experience, Not at all giving respect to car holders if we are going for servicing. May be due to free service.Responding and following up perfectly for selling a car thats it. Post selling they dont even give respect except calling customers to come for service.They are calling us to come for car service their job is completed. once we went for service not at all receiving customers we have to wait until they complete their own work and lunch, dinner etc...I dont prefer concorde motors for buying a car...........

Bought a Tata Tiago. My sales advisor Sohail helped me with a smooth purchase. Rajendar gave me a best price and helped with all the transactions. Venkatesh helped me with vehicle delivery, he explained everything about the vehicle.Overall a very smooth experience. This is the best showroom to buy TATA cars in Bangalore.If you are certain about buying a car, definitely talk to Rajendar he has a great attitude.

Very evident Tata Motors showroom on Hosur road. One of flagship showroom of Tata passenger cars. Location is good, accessible from different parts of South Bangalore. Facility is old, but ample space inside the campus, unlike many newer showroom. As such Tata has never been famous for service, but they definitely seem to be improving. Still, they have a long way to go on improvisation. Off late, the Tata car models are getting so much better, that they are poised to compete in international markets (may be they are learning post JLR acquisition). So a to make proud of an Indian brand.

I have a 6yr old nano car. Service is pathetic until and unless one can make a big deal or as a customer I really get into serious trouble. So happened that my car engine temperature issue occured last dussera I spent 9k then same issue with radiator leakage spent 15k plus towing 2k plus additional loss as am a bness person, then same issue last week also on the way to work, I lost my cool, had to really make a big deal and took a loaners car for which fuel is again my cost which they said they will update me on reimbursement by this friday and they handed over my car back with empty blink. Am just so tired, lost words to give even a review. Hopefully this time issue is fixed 🤞Plus the waiting is pathetic. People have life. I so know tata motors in and out in service dept am sure all recognize me and my car and so do I know employees there, just praying this time issue is fixed. Feedback I will give in a weeks time. 🤞🤞

I once owned a TATA vehicle, Tasta Sierra, some time during 1993 and that was a perfect nightmare in respect of its service....I bought it at Prerana Motors, Bangalore and shifted to Aravind motors under the impression of some better service (which was headed by a retd Air Force officer) .....both proved to be equally Competitive in offering worst service to clients! This makes me think twice on even taking a test drive of your Hexa....How do you prove that TATA has improved in its quality of product as well as service ...I do not wish to risk once again!

Worst customer care, we had been to concorde showroom (Diary Circle) to test drive TATAs new car Harrier the response was bad by the sales staff no one came to attend us. But need to appreciate one of the staff Mr.Adhil I think he an apprentice who helped us for test drive and told one his senior will help us.We waited literally for 30 mins and no one turned up.Recently one family member brought Tiago from this showroom, but never expected this kind service.I hope the management will look into this.Me being great admirer of TATA cars.

I recently received my vehicle (Nexon XZ+) back from 2nd service. Apart from the the regular service, I also had mentioned other issues with my vehicle (Infotainment system issues, Gear change issues etc). Post service, none of the these issues have been rectified! Also, now Ive new issues post service.There is a gas leak which can be felt inside the cabinet! I gave the vehicle with almost full tank, while at the time of delivery the petrol mark was reduced by 2 points!Ive been calling the service center over the weekend but I havent received any response. Person sitting at the reception, does not understand English/Hindi and kept communicating in locale language. Finally I could get some person online and I was asked to bring my vehicle to service center again!The service center is ~18Kms from my place and Ive other important things to do apart from getting vehicle to-and-from the service center. Who is going to pay for the gas loss? Who wouldve been responsible if the gas leak ended up being worse?Even worse experience was with the so called advisor who literally stood on my head to fill the feedback with 10 rating! I mean!! Seriously!!!

NO POINT having an AMC with Tata Motors. And 1 Star, coz ZERO STAR is not there.Theyre always busy & in a hurry to finish the work. Results in short cuts in servicing. I was told 1 day, but it took 2 days. Despite which, the car is more jerky to drive after servicing. And I dont have the time nor patience to take it back again for 2 days. Im just going to go to a local garage.The nooks & corners which collect dust & leaves are left as it is even after asking them to clean them. Id specifically asked them to clean the AC filter & Air Intake. The air intake is still filled with leaves & dust. The other issues too which Id mentioned continue as it is.If you go for repairs theyll try very hard to convince you to go for cash payment instead of insurance claim.

Took 3 cars from there, 1st car experience is OK., 2nd car new sales girl Ms.Gomathi did and she handled everything properly with out any issues. Even though she is new to the showroom she did very well and managed all the things. Never had any kind of problem .3rd ones Mr.somaiah the SM of concord gave us a very big discounts and gomathi helped for all the process for the car to be delivered as she did for the 2nd one.
