The award for worst company in the entire courier industry goes to Shadowfax for their absent customer support, irresponsible mail support, and infinite days of delayed delivery.A donkey coming from Chennai to Delhi would deliver faster than Shadowfax Express Air Services.Intracity Delivery Time is 3 Days - Yeah Intracity i.e. between Delhi to Delhi. From Metro to Metro Intercity is 10 days, and from other remote areas, its about a month.Dont believe me, try their services and find out. Beware of this stupid managementless shameless company and their promoters.

Pathetic service. Even 1 star is more for their service. Constantly send messages that the package is out for delivery and that never reaches. At the end of the day message comes telling that the person could not reach you and there will be an attempt the next day. The no of the delivery person in the message is never reachable (either does not pick up or is switched off). Happened for 2 consecutive days and still yet to get the delivery. Even spoke to call center and their manager who gives a standard response that the package will come before 7 PM.

Not even 1 star. Without star i cannot give feedback. They work with fraud and scam resellers and deliver cheap wrong products. Delivery guy delivered the product, before i open he ran away taking the money, i called to stop giving the money to the reseller utsavsuits, he says money already sent to them within 10mins. Utsavsuits reseller is worst website and these people deal with them.. both are scammers. No customer support number for utsavsuits and they wont take return when i droped email. Such a fraud company. I purchased product for Rs2000 and they sent a very cheap quality cloth which is not good for cleaning also. Courier and resellers scamers...

Very poor delivery service. They keep sending messages that you have rescheduled delivery meanwhile I didnt for 4 conservative days. I spoke with their customer service and even the manager twice and they could do nothing. Very bad experience. For 4 days I get message they are out for pick up but no one comes only for them to end up sending me a stupid message that I rescheduled pickup. I dont recommend this for anyone except you are ready for stress.You guys need better training.

Each and every staff here is an idiot!! Never in life have seen such irresponsible people!! This startup surely wont last longer!! I had a paytm item to be returned by them.. On the day of pickup, nobody even attempted the pickup and rejected my return on remarks of PRODUCT WAS TAMPERED!! I complained to paytm and somehow managed to put the return request again.. Again, nobody came to pickup and it was updated as CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE! These * are simply harassing their customers.. They are perfect example of FRAUDS OF ALL TIME!! Just look at their reviews by other people.. Ye * saale paida hi hue hain gaali sunne k liye.. Jis thaali me khaate hain usi me chhed krte hain ye!This fraud company will surely be banned soon or I will sue them!!!

Employees are not helpful, Yesterday I went for new joining they messed up my documents while uploading documents for verification, they have uploaded other persons pan card image into my profile 😔 now my ID is not activating because of pan card, today morning I searched shadowfax office on Google to see office opening or not I saw on Google office is opened then I thought to go to the office and resolve the problem but after I came here seeing the office is closed 🔐
