I beg everyone. Please do not order red velvet cake ! Ordered it for a grand event thinking these guys r good at their work ! Beleive me it was the worst red velvet cake Ive ever had in my life till now ! I request all of u .. plz do not order this cake from these idiots .. they ruined our day with a disastrous cake .. so embarrassing situation .. we had to go get another cake to avoid the disappointment.

Cake was just awesome, this we ordered for my daughters half year Birthday. Staff were so friendly when we visited the store agreed for customized design based on our personal request. Nice cake design collection with Less cost. Must try if you have customized cake requirement.

Very bad quality. Cake was dry and looked old. Only Cream was fresh i guess. Red velvet cake did not taste as it is supposed to. Total waste. Wont recommend it

I ordered for a Ferrero Rocher cake on swiggy for my dads birthday and It was definitely not what I expected it to be. They dont have a sense of how to decorate the cake. And moreover the cake was old and tasted bad and could smell the stale smell.This was the perfect example of the words Looks can be deceiving, compare the photo of whats given on swiggy and what i actually got!

Very unprofessional person at the restaurant who attends calls, he talks to his customers bluntly with 0 ethics, I clearly have sent him message as to what should be written on the birthday cake for my friend. They have written some other name itself. If I got to know immediately I would have raised this issue with Zomato, but when my friend sent me a pic i was aware. Chocolate truffle is nice, but the people there need to be trained to behave and work properly, just a couple of unprofessionals.

Order rasmalai cake.. it was pathetic, no one liked at home, its was dry, no flavor at all.. not sure how the other cakes are but this was my first experience here..I have tried a lot in ammas and ferns and petals for a change I tried with cakezone worst experience..Cakezone might have reputation and lot of people liking it. But pls dont go for rasmalai cake , u will regret later and its 1450 per kg worthless.

I had asked the cake person to write Happy Birthday Viji Mama from Shamit and told him to deliver the cake, when I received the cake I was in a shock , the handwriting was so shabby and instead of writing what I asked they have written Hommy Birthday Uiji Moma from Shamid . I think they should have the bear minimum English knowledge.

Cake Zone... Assured Safety is what you have mentioned. Please take a look at their max safety!! Dont fool yourself by looking at the tag of Max safety by Zomato. I personally visited this place in Rajajinagar and ordered Nutella Jar and got a chocolate truffle instead. Quality of cake and the way he prepared it was totally bad. When enquired person said he will be using a packed brownie..but instead used a piece of cake which was lying on the table which was so pathetic. Please dont order food from here. Zomato please dont fool your customers without assuring hygiene and safety. Absolutely no hygiene. They will fool you with good package and use the dirty cake piece which is lying around on the floor.

Very bad experience. They spoiled my Valentines day surprise.Today I ordered a pack of 6 cupcakes to deliver at my husbands place. But the delivery person told that packaging was so bad, that all the icing on the cake was spilled into his bag and he couldnt deliver. He shared the pictures of the bad packaging. I raised a complaint and they told they will replace the order . I asked to take care of packaging. But same thing happened again. All the cakes got spilled and damaged . I had to cancel the order with an assurance of refund within an hour. Its 3 hrs and still no refunds.
